For the second time, we had a pinpoint leak in the cold water pipe in our laundry room. Our home warranty company contacted Dustin at FPS. He got back to us, arranged a time and showed up on time. He was courteous, professional and very reassuring. He evaluated the situation, determined the problem, and repaired the leak immediately. We recognize that it's a challenging time to do business, and customer service has certainly taken a hit. Dustin restored our faith!!

Had a great experience with Dustin. On Christmas we blocked up our kitchen sink garbage disposal so I reached out to him and he was the only plumber who was able to come the very next day. He returned it to the store, and picked up a new one for me. He wouldn't even accept a tip for the additional time and effort. What amazing service!
