Established in the year 1983 as Jupiter-Tequesta, but now rebranded to FPL Home Services. Every job is guaranteed to comply with applicable safety regulations and construction codes. Their coverage area includes Lee, Sarasota County, St. Lucie County, Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County, and Miami-Dade County, catering to a collective seventy thousand people. Prey on the elderly!! Overcharged my wife's elderly grandparents that have dementia. When I asked for an itemized receipt they came up with excuses. We've used this company personally as well many times and referred them to friends but unfortunately will need to find another company to give my business.

kevin bell came out to service my 3 year old ac. it flooded after he left. called company left many messages for manager to call back, it took 5 days for ops manager (roberto) to call back.this is an fpl company, should be ashamed. stay far away from this company. 2 more people came out after the first technician.

3 weeks ago I had my 6 month scheduled maintenance on an air conditioner I purchased from them 14 months ago. Supposedly all was well and everything was running as it should according to the technician. 3 weeks lates my 14 month old unit now has a hole in the outside condenser unit. Really? A unit that is barely past a year old that has been cooling fine all of a sudden now has an issue. Funny how this happened just 3 weeks after someone was here working on my unit. Not that it was bad enough with that but now they want to charge me a """"warranty processing fee"""" of $249. What kind of scam is this? This fee covers picking up and delivery of my replacement part and then sending back the defective part to the manufacturer..... Really...That's your job. I have a 12 year parts and labor warranty and when the salesman was sitting in my dining room clearly stated that there were NO other fees other than the $39 evaluation fee. I was intentionally lied to and I want to warn others of their practices. I will be contacting the BBB and poring this to the 40 plus surrounding neighborhoods in my Neighborhood app. I could go on with a couple of other issues with them but I think this will give potential customers a look at the way I was scammed with lies and false promises. Update The work was finally completed yet for some reason they had to go to a parts store to get a part they didn't have. They knew whet they were fixing yet they didn't have the right part. ALSO, that fee they want to charge of $249 was supposed to be in part so they can return the item to the manufacturer....... funny how when the job was completed they just left and didn't take the defective part on the side of my house. I found out the next day when I went to turn on the pool filter. See photos of what was left.

4 days ago I had Brian come out to give me a quote on my line set repair. He said his manager wants to see the job and would be out today. They both arrived and after viewing the work the manager decided to decline the business. This was surprising to me because they came recommended from my condo maintenance man and have done similar work in my complex before. What is my lesson to be learned? Dont call Jupiter Tequesta air for repair work. If they dont have confidence in their specialty of AC work, neither should you.

I do not recommend this company at all. My husband and I recently moved into our new home and had requested for the waters to be tested since it was blue to now dark blue water. Our concern was that our baby was bathing in this water and we wanted to know if the water was harmful. Alex, the Tech came out and ran the test and recommended that we put in the Halo system ($4K) so we could have good water. A week later we still have not rep'd our results. But we did get the water filter halo quote the next day. I called the office and spoke to the Rep and asked to speak to Alex's supervise in which the Rep told me Craig is not available and is not even in the system to receive calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AC unit was not working properly, called and two days later prior to them responding it was working. They charged 90 dollars to tell me """"it is working"""" and """"needs to be replaced"""". Quoted 5800.00. Unit goes out again and once again they charge 90 dollars, don't do a thing, tell me to replace it and leave. Called a family friend Nelson, he came out, advised my unit has several more years to go. Cleaned coils and added freon. Now all is back to normal. AVOID this company, new ownership not interested in helping, just looking to sell expensive AC units.

I am completely dissatisfied with their horrible communication and response to my 93 year old mother in Palm Beach Gardens. She has not had air conditioning for several months. They have been to the house numerous times and have done nothing because they have ordered the wrong part. This is very unprofessional and unreliable. She has a service contract that I guess is a total rip off by you. I hope the BLACK MOLD is not growing as we speak. The supervisor has promised several times to get back to me with an update and NEVER called back as promised. This is inexcusable and becoming a serious health hazard. I need an answer today and the air conditioner repaired tomorrow. ZERO STARS

I contacted this company about fixing or replacing a. Tankless hot water heater. I was told it would cost $235 to replace the element or $2700 for a new unit ( I could buy a new unit from amazon for $600. I choose to replace the element. The technician did not order the part for 20 days. I waited nearly 6 week for the part to arrive and the technician to return. I had to call to find out the status of my repair and never received a single call from them. When he got hear I was informed the the repair would be over $500 ( again a new unit only cost $600). Obviously I asked him to leave. I call their competitor. They were here within 1 1/2 hour and three hours later i had a new unit completely installed. Don't ever call JUPITER Tequsta plumbing for any work

I give them a 0! I have had issues with this company too many times! During this time i would say is the worst of issues! I called because my Generac generator wasn't functioning and Devin was of no help! I asked the receptionist (Rosa) to ask Devin to send out a tech since Devin wouldn't bother to get on the phone!!!!! She said she couldn't which was understandable! So I asked Rosa again since Devin wouldn't get on the phone or return my phone call to ask her to have a tech call me at least before this storm hits and she couldn't be bothered to do that! I had to call Generac to get someone to help me reset my generator to get it to function again. That is unacceptable and just pure laziness on Devins part!! She is suppose to be a manager at this company and won't even call a customer or try to help them and point them in the right direction in this time of need! Update: My AC unit went out October 30, 2019. I called this company since I have my generator through them and told them I needed emergency AC service. Excuses once again!!!!! There were no technicians available until the next day! I called another company and they were ready to send someone out within the hour!!!! Needless to say once again Jupiter Tequesta failed their customer!!!!! Do NOT use this company!!!!! Use another company!!!! ECM has no problem helping me! They also replaced my unit in less than 24 hours from my service call!!!

I had a new York A/C system installed by Jupiter-Tequesta A/C in November 2018 at a price higher than competitors. Fan was loud & installer did not know how to slow fan speed to quiet it down. Had to have another tech come to adjust. A/C not working a few weeks later part needed to be changed on compressor. 10/25/19 air handler iced up because fan motor went bad. I was told I would be without A/C for 4 or 5 days while they get a fan motor. How could you sell York units & not stock parts. I thought I was buying local & was paying extra for quick service. Never Again!
