Great service from this company. I get both AC and plumbing services from them and it is always a great experience. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and proficient. Everyone is friendly and polite from the person with whom you book your appointment to the worker that shows up to service your home. I recommend them to all my friends and family. Prices are very reasonable. Unbeatable, especially when you get the membership.

Total scam. Called last night about leaking water heater. Couldnt schedule an appointment """"well most likely call you tomorrow """". So I sit around until noon. Call them """"the technician should be there between 3:30 and 5:30"""". Should??? And that famous """"1hour guarantee """"? There isnt one. """"It's from the time the technician calls you"""" not when they call to set the appointment. And why a two hour window then? """"So we can get there in time because, you know, COVID"""". Really? Bullshit. Having this service done, then switching to American Home Shield. Friends have them and not any problems. I bought into the FPL brand promise. All this is is some crappy home warranty company with crappy service and FPL's name on it. Won't last long. As far as I can tell this is just a scam. One hour """"anything"""" my ass.

Not even a full year and the motor they put on the blower has failed! The service man they sent out, Rob, was knowledgeable and respectful. So we shall swelter for days, last time it took 10, while they spin around in their coordinated incompetence.

I agree with the other negative reviews here. They came for a routine maintenance visit, told me I needed a very expensive change to our system. Because we are new to the house and the area, we did it. I didn't have a lot of confidence in them and I changed service companies 6 months later. They told me the repair that was done wasn't necessary and only made it easier for JT to service the house - a $4000 waste. Avoid.

Very very bad customer service skills!! An employee came to my house and was very arrogant, we didn't even go as far as to get an estimate! I just wanted him out of there !!! You're not the only one out there with an AC company buddy!!!

my ac went out ,we have a service plan, they came and looked at it.for 5 years we have payed this plan every month. the tech said we needed an 800 dollar part. i had my ac tech come who services the restaurants i own and he is great and a good friend. in 2 minutes he fixed it. drain pipe was clogged and float switch turned off ac. these guys are liars and crooks. outright punks.

These guys scam people... Told us we needed refrigerant bc our air conditioner stopped working and froze (all we needed was a filter change that's why it froze) $200....Then they wanted to come back because they said we prob have a leak, which we then paid another $200 for, (we are at $400) they came out and of course told us we had a leak and it's not good etc etc which then tried to sell us $840 for the labor since the part was still under warranty! We called for a second option (Carl's - who I highly recommend) and of course there was nothing wrong with our air conditioner! They are a bunch of sales guys who take advantage of old people and those that know nothing about appliances and don't feel like dealing (like us) because these are our second homes and we just want to enjoy our time while down here! Save your money and time! They have great customer service and that's why they get away with happy customers!

KEEP LOOKING...DON'T USE THIS A/C COMPANY. We called them to fix our A/C (replace the coils) that is under warranty and they """"fixed"""" it only to find out a day later that while they """"fixed"""" it they broke the plastic pan and it leaked all on the floor. Because of the inept technician, we had to wait another five days with no A/C for the new pan.
