André N.Charged us $350 and didn't solve the problem. It actually made it worse.
No warranty no nothing.
They would charge us again to fix the bigger problem they created.
UPDATE:
After speaking with the manager, they sent a senior professional. He was great, explained the problem in details, tried different techniques and finally solved the problem.
I have used Fox plumbing and Heating twice now and have really been impressed with their service. Very punctual, courteous and fairly priced.
I have used other Plumbing companies I would not give One Star to. These people I rate with a 5 star. Anthony is such a nice person to work with and very mindfull of your home. Honest Company and that is so important.
I Highly Recommend this company and will use them in the future again.

Jim G.My furnace went out late yesterday and when I called for an appt, was told that I needed to wait a day and a half for service, but they might call in the morning if they could rearrange their schedule. Well, they did better than that! I pulled into my driveway this morning after a short errand, and there is Chad ready to go to work. He poked around, and in less than 60 seconds my furnace was humming along. Turns out I had a loose wire in the switch (odd, but there you go) and no power was going in. Once Chad firmed things up, we were back to normal. In and out in less than 20 minutes.
Will I use Fox again? You bet!
300$ emergency call out fee on Sunday. Waited until Monday. Fox plumbing and Heating guy tells me right away this water heater is not under warranty, Fox installed it 6 years ago, then tells me it's probably the burn chamber and that part is really hard to find but he could install a new w h for 1200 bucks and tax. An hour and a half in his van in my driveway and still can't find or price the part, so I told him to call me later when he finds that out and he says I need your credit card. He tells me it's 100$ service call, I give him a check. Next morning I call Rheem w h and they say it's under warrantee and highly unlikely the burn chamber is broken. I then have Russ out from Able, he installs a thermal couple and is done in 30 minutes, and I write him a check for 97$ and I am in hot water in less than hour. Buyer beware when it comes to Fox!
Unfortunately the reviews I checked were on Google. Fox will give you $25 to write them a review. It's an incentive to be favorable. The Yelp reviews are more trust worthy as they tend to be more negative. We paid $242 for 45 minutes of labor to snake a side sewer. Never again.
Matt F.RIP OFF ALERT****
Do not fall for this scam. Not only are these guys 100% unprofessional, they are jerks! They offer a 20% discount on the homepage of their website, but when presented with this discount they argued that it was not valid.
TERRIBLE customer service. You get what you pay for....be careful with these scumbags!
I used them last year because my heater would not ignite properly plus I got tired of banging it. The person that came out was late and new and according to him the only heating specialist.
Anyway, we spent 120 so he could tell us it all looked okay, but if something was wrong to call him back. Needless to say, we called them back and this time he diagnosed the problem as the IFC needing replacing, which would cost $450. Crazy! anyway negotiated down to about 300 and it worked for about 2 months then same problem. I called them back that I was having the same issue.
Flame turns on when it wants to or if I bang it a few times. Well they came down again and charged me another 120 to tell me it was the ignitor this time. He said he found one and would replace it for 299. Checked ebay and amazon and the darn things went for $16, so I told him no way I was paying that much. He said he would credit me $100 off for the service call and I told him maybe for 100 I would do it, so he left.
Anyway ordered the ignitor for 16 including shipping, unscrewed the old one, put the new one in and the heater works like magic. took me about 5 minutes.
In my opinion from looking at the old ignitor, this was the problem from the beginning, so these guys just dont know what they are doing or they do and are trying to rip people off. Stay away
The technician arrived right on time, was friendly & professional, quickly assessed the problem and was thorough in checking it out (e.g., after hearing we'd had the problem several times before, he checked the water pressure to make sure we wouldn't have future problems), and had entire thing finished and was pulling out of the drive in exactly an hour later. Wonderful! Brilliant service!
.... And then I took a look at the invoice. $242 for ONE HOUR of labor??? Are you kidding me?? Ungh... as easy and professional as these guys were, I don't think our company can stomach such exorbitant rates ever again.
Mr. P.I had a great experience with Fox. They gave me the cheapest bid to replace my sewer line and had a new one in a week later. I'd recommend them to anyone and would advise them to ask for Rick Moore who was extremely friendly and helpful.
DONT FALL IN THIS TRAP of using Fox Plumbing!!!!
i had a water heater issue. control valve needed to be replaced. i was charged for (are you sitting??) $718 for labor only...yes that's right. Rheem the water heater manufacturer covered for the parts under warranty. I called Rheem and they told me that Fox Plumbing have ripped me off. it should cost at most 200 to replace that valve.
Needless to say they will not see a dime from my end anymore.
They took advantage of me being stuck with no hot water.
