Our long plumbing upgrade is now completed. 4 Star Plumbing performed every task with professionalism. It appears from the 4 Star website we had every technician in our home at one time or another. I even visited the office in San Juan and met the owner Robert.

We had a Halo water system installed & the result is tremendous. Everyone in the OC knows the problems with hard water and all the chemicals added by the local water districts. We love the water we now have throughout our entire home.

We had a very unpleasant surprise show its ugly head at the point we thought we were finished. We had beautiful dark hardwood floors installed in the entire home. Low and behold we found tree roots in the toilet in our downstairs powder room. One of the technicians, Corey, mentioned he thought we might get some support from our HOA on the fix. Corey was right. Talk about relief from a major additional expense! We really were happy to have this knowledge supplied by 4 Star Plumbing. Yes we had to destroy our entire powder room, but better find out now than later. The hardwoods were replaced, installed a new upgraded vanity & faucets. Beautiful!

We spent in excess of $11,000 upgrading our entire plumbing. We feel this was money well spent. Thanks to Corey, Angel, Manny, Cisco, Helena, Robert & Kelli.

We now have a new home with 100% new plumbing. Everyone should feel confident in calling 4 Star Plumbing for any minor or major work required.

4 Star Plumbing should be renamed 5 star Plumbing! Recently, we had a back up in our master bathroom. Toilets were getting clogged, smelled terrible and our shower wasn't draining. I called Rob at 4 Star Plumbing and was impressed at our quickly they were able to resolve the problem (seeing how it wasn't an emergency). Not only were they quick and efficient, but they were professional and courteous. That's something lost with many businesses these days.

I would call them in an instant with any other plumbing problem and even referred them to my mom who had a leak. Thank you!

Robert was extremely professional, courteous, helpful, and prompt. He took great care in providing me with the homeowner assurance that my family, my home, and my livelihood was in tact and secure. They should be called 5 Star Plumbing! We are doing backyard construction and have had to call them last minute a few times to come out. They have been awesome! Got us on the schedule and the guys knew what they were doing, did the job correctly and did not waste any time. Love dealing with them. Their customer service is top notch! Will definitely be our go-to plumber from now on.

Ladies this is my recommendation. Highly highly recommend Four Stars Plumbing.
Another terrific job done by Four Stars. Last year I was forced to have my bathroom remodeled by an i#@!$ who said he needed to get to a broken valve and the only way was to remove the shower kit bathroom. Ignorant me I acquiesce and I was taken.
I couple of months later I could hear a drip on the shower wall; it was water leaking from the valve this @#@!$ replaced. I called this other plumber several times and he never returned my calls.
I called Four Stars and explain my situation and told him I had just installed the new bathroom kit. Robert checked and found the previous plumber forgot to weld the fittings. Robert made every effort not to take the shower wall off and welded the leaky valves.
Another few months passed and I called him again; this time water was leaking from the bottom of the tub. Needless to say the other #&@&@% guy did not put the tub fittings and broke the sewage pipe when he removed the old tub.
AGAIN Robert safe me $$$$$ by fixing this problem.
As a single older female you want someone you can trust coming into your home and do the job right; well older ladies, he's the man. His prices are fair and along the line the other license plumbers.
Maybe you can save a few bucks here and there but you will also get what you paid for.(like I did) Robert is upfront and he will not cut corners.
Robert has proven, not once but twice, He is a professional and takes pride in his work and he left my home clean, the same way I had it. Nice to know you do not need to clean after this man.
So ladies, let me just say this, you want peace of mind? He's a keeper for his honesty and a job well done.
Oh I forgot to mention, yes the initial charge to do his inspections is the same as the other companies( price standard in the industry) and if you need 24 hr emergency services these prices are high as are all standard in the industry.

Well, the dispatch was extremely helpful, got my information down, and put me in touch with the technician right away.

Unfortunately, the technician seemed very disoriented, didn't seem to know why I had been connected to his line, and the first thing he brought up was how much money I'd have to pay because of the 24 hour service ($525) just for him to come out...and of course no inquiry about what exactly the issue was, just $$$.

I called another company which sent a technician out to do a diagnostic which was done thoroughly but quickly, fixed the problem by replacing the part, AND cost hundreds less.

This plumber was hired by my homeowner association. The person who lives on top of my property had a hot water pipe break in my foundation. The correct fix on this is to re route the hot water pipes through the upstair unit and not my unit. I authorized them to go through my garage then my bedroom closet. Their staff decided to tear up my ceiling in my garage and both bathrooms. I now have to repair/replace two cealings, my garage, my closet paint all rooms including my bedroom ceiling. None of this work I authorized and now the owners are hiding behind PCM Management my homeowners association. I have asked them to plug up their plastic tubing which they used verses copper tubing, They have refused to cooperate and now I have to hire a plumber at my expense to repair their screw up
