We've had several leaks in our home and it's never a pleasant experience because of the mess and plumbers not knowing what they're doing.
However, Four Star Plumbing is amazing! Angel and Taylor came out to my home and they ran tests to confirm the issue. They explained everything in such great detail that made me confident they knew what they were doing!
We will definitely be calling Four Star Plumbing when we have any issues! Thank you for your great overall service!

I am very grateful to Four Star Plumbing for saving the day!! Technician Angel literally became my Angel!! I had a major crawl space leak and after having two plumbers schedule and then cancel on me, I noticed the neighbor had a plumber working in their garage, so I stopped by to see if he was available after that job. He said he was swamped with the job but gave me the company card & said there might be a technician available if I called.

I called and Kelly was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was exceptionally communicative and was very clear about the upfront charges for an assessment and what I could expect from their visit, she also assured me the company was very familiar with the neighborhood and problems that come with these older homes. I agreed to the price I would be charged for inspection and she said a technician would be on their way from another job.

Keep in mind, it was 4:30pm on a weekday and this was INSTANT service. I don't even think I waited 20 minutes after the phone call. Angel and an additional technician arrived and very quickly assessed the problem. I agreed to the charges and got the leak fixed all within a very short amount of time.

Angel was my lifesaver and even though he was thigh deep in a muddy water crawl space, he still had a wonderful demeanor without any trepidation to the muddy mess he was working in.

They explained to me they did not offer water pumping out services (which I figured was a long shot), so I'm having a water remediation company come out to pump.

All in all, a complete disaster was very quickly fixed thanks completely to Four Star Plumbing and I couldn't be more grateful!!

I needed a gas line moved, and a leak under the sink fixed. Everything from my call backs, updates on arrival and billing was super. The guys came out and were fantastic, neat and efficient. Highly recommend FourStar.

Had four star out to the house to check the blockage of our kitchen sink. The technicians arrived promptly and did a great job fixing the problem of a 50 year old home. The price came out to the price i was quoted and the drain now works like new. Will use these guys again when the time comes.

Stay away! Arrogant owner, Kelly. Awful Customer service. Michelle their front office is nice and professional, but Kelly, the owner, is rude, arrogant and unpleasant. Requested service to change the drain traps and replace garbage disposal. Every single part and service recommended by their technician to be replaced was approved by me and was done. They overcharged their time, but that was not the issue. I did not argue. I bit the bullet and wrote the check. But as soon as I started using the sink the same day after they left, my sink started to have a blockage in the line which backed up in both sinks when I run the water for just 2 minutes. Called back to get it corrected and looked at. The owner said it could have not been caused by the service and did not want to own it that they should have made sure it was clear before they left. Told the owner I would have approved the additional work if it was caught by their technician just like I approved all the other items they recommended. Instead of working something out to get the problem solved, she hung up on me. I started with two sinks not working and $650 later, the sinks are still not working. The way they handled the issue is awful. They didn't make any attempts to fix the situation unless I pay for a new service. Instead she got extremely offended for calling it BS. Their customer service is horrible and apparently so is their work ethics!!!

Our home had a gas leak after our fumigation. Four star plumbing came highly recommended to me from a trusted handyman. I called on a weekday evening and my call was returned within 30 minutes. The workers, Manny and his crew, showed up the next day as promised and got right to work. They found the problems and I knew that I was in good hands. Their plumbers were polite and respectful, totally competent and honest. They were not the cheapest plumbers that's for sure, but they were well worth the money. They cleaned up the job carefully afterwards. Eye candy for sure! Four Star Plumbing was five stars to me!

We had a clogged sink and toilet upstairs, I called Four Star and they were able to send someone out the same day. Two technicians arrived within the window provided, and we explained what was happening. Taylor explained step by step what could be causing the clog, and what they may need to do to fix it, and what each possibility would cost. He made sure that we were okay to proceed before starting anything, the detailed explanations were great. They were able to clear the clog and everything works great. Definitely will use them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

Absolutely amazing team. We had a toilet back up at our rental property and had called about 10-15 other emergency plumbers who were quoting days out. Called here and Kelly was so nice and helpful on the phone and got someone out to our property right away. Taylor, the technician who came out, was absolutely fantastic. He ended up spending about 5 hours onsite because of a number of issues with our property but communicated with me throughout the process and kept me up to date on what was going on. The owner, Rob, even stopped by to check-in and he was just as friendly and explained what they were seeing and his recommendations also. After a lot of work Taylor was able to get the sewer line clear and our tenants have a working toilet again! Will absolutely be using Four Star again in the future.
