I am reporting this business to the state contractors license board. They are using scare tactics and intimidation to scare senior citizens and their clients into plumbing solutions that are not needed. In addition, they have a customer service representative named Kelly that will yell and threaten you with recorded phone calls and legal action if you do not adhere to her demands. This is unacceptable behavior.

We recently moved into our home and encountered a sewer drain clog within weeks which was especially stressful. We called out a plumbing company recommended to us who said we had root intrusion and advised breaking into our bedroom floor or tunneling under the house and repairing the pipe. This advice was based on their efforts to snake through a clean out which did not alleviate the clog. The thought of breaking into our flooring, repairing the pipe, trying to find replacement flooring and pay many thousands for the repair was very distressing.

We contacted Four Star Plumbing for a second opinion. First, Kelli, the company's co-owner, was firm, empathetic and extremely knowledgeable. Kelli provided guidance, more information than any layperson should know about plumbing, and reassurance. She explained the possible options and guided us as we tried to figure out what to do. She and Robert (her husband and co-owner) closely examined the issue, pictures of home and information we provided. Along with their technicians, Taylor and Angel, they created a plan and executed the plan which ultimately cleared the clog without digging up our flooring. To say we're relieved is an understatement. We will only hire Four Star Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and we will recommend them to others. These people are crooks. The changed me $835.00 to clear a drain and said that the stoppage was taken care of. The first time we used the bathroom where the stoppage was, it backed up again and these crooks refused to come back and even look at it.

This company is fabulous -- and so are the owners and team! I had an urgent situation with a garbage disposal breaking the day that VRBO tenants were arriving -- and Four Star saved the day! They were efficient, reasonable, tidy and friendly. I'm so grateful and recommend them highly :)

VERY Professional! We had clogged pipes in our backyard and thought for sure the quote would be very high. They came out, put a camera through the drains and could see that there were a lot of tree vines that were clogging the drains. We coordinated some things with our Gardner and Four Star Plumbing. Everything was fixed in a very timely manner and the cost was very very fair. Less than what we expected.

They were courteous, professional and we would use them again. They were also on time as they stated they would be. They are family owned so that was also a plus to us. I found out after we had the work done that they've been in business for well over 20 years. That explains why their service was so good.

Our hot water heater died and it was still under warranty. I called the plumber that sold and installed it originally. I was told he could not find the same heater and referred me to another plumber who works with warranty replacements. I called them and they said they were backed up for a least a few weeks and referred me to the manufacture. I called them and they referred me to a wholesaler in my area that had the heater and I called the original plumber back to say I found the heater and he said he couldn't get to me for a week. I made a few more calls and finally found Four Star Plumbing. My overall experience was Amazing! Kelly was extremely helpful and worked her magic and got the guys out to me within a couple hours. I had hot water within 4 hours of my first contact with them. The guys were very efficient and helpful. It was so refreshing to find a company who was willing to help me even if it may of been some extra work for them due to the warranty component. I feel like the other companies I called just did not want to be bothered with the warranty replacement part. I now have a plumber I can trust and count on. I will be referring them whenever I can. Thank you Four Star you guys are the best.

We've had several leaks in our home and it's never a pleasant experience because of the mess and plumbers not knowing what they're doing.
However, Four Star Plumbing is amazing! Angel and Taylor came out to my home and they ran tests to confirm the issue. They explained everything in such great detail that made me confident they knew what they were doing!

I am very grateful to Four Star Plumbing for saving the day!! Technician Angel literally became my Angel!! I had a major crawl space leak and after having two plumbers schedule and then cancel on me, I noticed the neighbor had a plumber working in their garage, so I stopped by to see if he was available after that job. He said he was swamped with the job but gave me the company card & said there might be a technician available if I called.

I called and Kelly was very friendly and pleasant to work with. She was exceptionally communicative and was very clear about the upfront charges for an assessment and what I could expect from their visit, she also assured me the company was very familiar with the neighborhood and problems that come with these older homes. I agreed to the price I would be charged for inspection and she said a technician would be on their way from another job.

Keep in mind, it was 4:30pm on a weekday and this was INSTANT service. I don't even think I waited 20 minutes after the phone call. Angel and an additional technician arrived and very quickly assessed the problem. I agreed to the charges and got the leak fixed all within a very short amount of time.

Angel was my lifesaver and even though he was thigh deep in a muddy water crawl space, he still had a wonderful demeanor without any trepidation to the muddy mess he was working in.

They explained to me they did not offer water pumping out services (which I figured was a long shot), so I'm having a water remediation company come out to pump.

All in all, a complete disaster was very quickly fixed thanks completely to Four Star Plumbing and I couldn't be more grateful!!

I needed a gas line moved, and a leak under the sink fixed. Everything from my call backs, updates on arrival and billing was super. The guys came out and were fantastic, neat and efficient. Highly recommend FourStar.
