Highly recommended. I got an email with a photo of who was going to be showing up at my door. We were given an estimate which was lower than a few others we got but I went with them because of the great customer service I was given. They replaces our valve in our shower, were very clean and followed up with us after the job was complete. Thanks to Rob and Kelly. You guys are awesome!!!

I would like to make an additional comments. I've read the ""poor"" ratings posted on Yelp for Four Star Plumbing. I want my experience with Four Star Plumbing to be NOTED for all that read these reviews!

I've worked with literally EVERY employee at Four Star Plumbing over the past year. I know all the Service Reps and the Owners -

We have experienced nothing but Quality & Professionalism from every employee @ Four Star Plumbing. This include the schedulers at the home office.

I fear some of the reviewers have given poor ratings because of either poor understanding of problems explained to them, or they just have unrealistic expectations.

You can Trust Four Star Plumbing. I don't know how to make it any clearer !

Horrible horrible horrible!!
Plumber couldn't even accurately diagnosis the problem. We took his advice and replaced our toilet ($450 later) and it wasn't even the plumbing problem. DO NOT USE!!! And don't trust Four Stars comments to my review. They are liars, and I can prove they came to my house and that it was NOT my toilet that was leaking through my ceiling!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Highly recommend Four Star Plumbing. We had an emergency and had to turn off all water to house. They were at my home in just a few hours and did an amazing job. Their office is very profession. Kelli and Rob took care of our problem right away. I am so happy that I found this local Plumbing company. It was a BIG job to repair and they handled it quickly and professional.

BEWARE!!! Please also see the reviewer below, who had a VERY similar experience to what we just had! My son's shower/tub combo was leaking profusely from the spout. We were quoted $750 NOT including any hardware to replace the entire thing. And, then the price continued to go up....I started to get upset. My gut told me we were getting ripped off. I called another plumber that my neighbor recommended. They were here the next morning and replaced the valve, the shower head and the spout... ALL FOR $200! And, working like a charm!

I would give zero stars if possible. I was referred to this company by Triton who probably won't be sending many more clients to them after my experience. So I needed a water line run from my laundry room to my attic for a whole house humidifier I purchased from Triton. I called and told them what I needed done and they said just a rough estimate it would be around $500-$600. Now when you get estimate you think ok well it will be five or take $200-$300 dollars more or so. They came out took a look at my neighborhood and probably thought to themselves hmm we can try to overcharge these people. They quoted me $2400 for the job they also informed me they don't patch the holes!! For a simple water line they also wanted to run it through a cabinet which would be ruined. On top of that they charged me $130 to come out and tell me they wanted to rip me off.
I found a plumber to do the work for a $700, did not destroy my cabinet, and meticulously painted and patched the wall where he ran the line.

Four Star Plumbing is an excellent company. Rob Frank is knowledgeable, practical, and really cares about fixing your problem. His employees are journeymen plumbers as well and they operate as a team to diagnose and fix the problem. They arrive with all the tools they need to get the job done. Workmanship is excellent and you are apprised up front of the cost of services. Charges are very fair. We had a gas leak inside the house and were without gas service for more than two weeks. Three visits by gas company, another plumber, and leak detection service resulted in minor leak repairs, but the major leaks inside the house went undetected until Four Star arrived. In one late afternoon they located a major leak behind an enclosed cabinet. Three more hours the next working day found source of several smaller but significant leaks which were repaired by going behind the back wall of a bedroom closet and working within the enclosed dead space to fix the leaks. Pressure tested A-OK and gas company retested and restored our gas service. We are very glad that we discovered Four Star and will continue to call upon them for help in the future.

They were the worst plumbets I came across. Very unprofessional. The job that was supposed to have been done wad never done. I wascharge alot of money and they never fixed the problem. I

Great experience last week with Four Star Plumbing! The plumber actually came EARLY (after I received a call asking permission to do so). I then received an e-mail confirmation from the office with his photo so I knew exactly who was coming. He took care of my issues quickly and professionally and I could not be happier with the results! So happy to find this company and will definitely call them again.
