Took me 6 or 7 calls to get an appointment. I drove in from Atlamta 2 times for a 2 different confirmed appointments. They never showed up or called to cancel either time. First time when I finally reached the owner he said he had been sick. I'm forgiving person. Gave them a second chance. Never again. !!!! I would give them 0 stars but it won't show up. Everyone should note the lack o respect they have for other people's time. 3 strikes you are out.

I've used these guys for years. They have always done a good job. They replaced my main water line from the meter to my house a couple of years ago. The connection to my house broke and had a huge leak in my yard. They sent a guy out and all he complained constantly that whoever installed it did it all wrong. I I'm formed him that his company installed it. He finally fixed it and I went to the water company to try to negotiate my $1,000 water bill. After a few days they told me I still have a major leak and I need to get it repaired asap. After countless calls and no shows from Fortune I had to get somebody else to come fix their bad work. After many calls and being told they would send somebody nobody ever even came out. They absolutely left us hanging. Don't know what happened to them but I'd stay away.

Plumbed a new sink for me after having new counter tops installed. Excellent job and very prompt. Another plumbing service in town quoted $500+ for this job, Fortune completed the job for $150 the same day, thanks!!!!

The customer service and professionalism at Fortune Plumbing was second to none! They were fast and efficient in analyzing my problem with our bathroom leak and were able to fix the problem with limited expense. This is much different than many experiences I've had over the years with plumbers. Jesse from Fortune Plumbing was very professional and took time to show me tips and things I should do to prevent further issues down the road. I was blown away with the service and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

I understand you want to get paid for the work done, but people make decisions based on quotes. The actual bill came in @ $1500 when the work was originally quoted at $300-$400. The additional work that was asked of you is estimated at $200-300. You would not have gotten the job if you quoted the actual amount. I don't blame you though, this was certainly our mistake using Fortune Plumbing.

I've called and called and left multiple messages for them to fix my pipes. I've never even received a call back from Fortune Plumbing. Very unprofessional!

Had a need to move a gas line in the basement for a basement finishing project. They came right out , quoted me 3 hours, charged me for two plus a few parts. Did not charge me for the time he had to run over to the box store to get an extra part. Good work Fair Price
