I called Brian Friday for an appointment. He assured me he could come out Monday morning, but wasn't sure what time. He asked if he could call me Monday morning and of course to it it sounds as if I'm being blown off. This morning at 8:15am he called and asked if he could come by in 20 minutes. Brian showed up and took care of our issue. Brian was professional, he took his time but moved quickly. He asked many time if I needed anything else. There is nothing like a company making you feel like a priority.

We had a leaking supply line. We had 3 different bids and actually selected another plumber. That plumber showed up and as they prepared to start the work they were surprised by a number of things that they didn't plan for in their bid. So we got a fourth bid from fortune and they knew and pointed out all these challenges as part of their bid. They did the work on time. They did it for the estimated price and they did it without any surprises.

Where do I begin. I had a running toilet, that I needed help with. I called Jesse from Fortune Plumbing @ 770-295-9117 and he told me his pricing to come out and fix my issue, but instead he diagnosed the problem by text and pictures and saved me the service trip fee plus parts. Listen I don't know many people or businesses for that matter, that are as honest as Jesse is. In this day and with the hard times, that everyone is going through, with personal or business, Jesse took a little time from his busy schedule to help me out. My brother-in-law referred Fortune Plumbing to us last year. We were pleased then and the price was right , they got 5 stars The second time was for a completely different thing and again they came right out were professional & quick. They explained everything to my husband & he was satisfied, again 5 stars Today Brian came to fix pipes under my kitchen sink He was on time, smile on his face, very respectful& patient. my little dog barked at him the entire time, & he said he was use to it. The one thing that """"sells"""" me on a company is how they leave my house when their finished. They have never left a mess for ME to clean up. THANK YOU BRIAN..... This time I'd give them a 10.

Took me 6 or 7 calls to get an appointment. I drove in from Atlamta 2 times for a 2 different confirmed appointments. They never showed up or called to cancel either time. First time when I finally reached the owner he said he had been sick. I'm forgiving person. Gave them a second chance. Never again. !!!! I would give them 0 stars but it won't show up. Everyone should note the lack o respect they have for other people's time. 3 strikes you are out.

Great plumbers. They know how to do the work & are reasonably priced. No reason to call anyone else. Scotty & Brian are my favorites, but they are all really good.

I've used these guys for years. They have always done a good job. They replaced my main water line from the meter to my house a couple of years ago. The connection to my house broke and had a huge leak in my yard. They sent a guy out and all he complained constantly that whoever installed it did it all wrong. I I'm formed him that his company installed it. He finally fixed it and I went to the water company to try to negotiate my $1,000 water bill. After a few days they told me I still have a major leak and I need to get it repaired asap. After countless calls and no shows from Fortune I had to get somebody else to come fix their bad work. After many calls and being told they would send somebody nobody ever even came out. They absolutely left us hanging. Don't know what happened to them but I'd stay away.

Plumbed a new sink for me after having new counter tops installed. Excellent job and very prompt. Another plumbing service in town quoted $500+ for this job, Fortune completed the job for $150 the same day, thanks!!!!
