It's a Saturday afternoon when I realize my plumbing problem is not one I can handle on my own. I was extremely fortunate to have Tim respond to my request with a clogged line which was causing a back up in my master bathroom shower and toilet. He spoke to his tech Angel, who was supposed to be finished working for the weekend, but he agreed to make one more stop. Angel came right out and within an hour of my first conversation with Tim, the nasty back up in my shower and toilet was just a memory. I'm so thankful I did not have to wait until I could arrange time off work to be home to get this resolved! My bathroom was unusable and it would have been a major inconvenience (as well as very unpleasant) to have had to wait until sometime during the week. Tim and I agreed on what I believe to be a fair price for the service prior to Angel's arrival so there were no unexpected charges or add ons. After Angel completed the job Tim called to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Based on my experience today I can honestly say Fort Lauderdale Plumber will be my go to for any future plumbing needs! A straightforward, honest, well run business which takes pride in putting their customers first seems to be hard to find these days, but I found one today!! Thank you Tim & Angel!

Great communication and service. Unfortunately my problem was an refrigerator problem not a water line problem so Angel wasn't able to fix it. Only after he tried a few things with the waterline did he realize it. I was charged for the service call and part, but not the whole job since my problem wasn't fixed. Angel was considerate and friendly and did his best to help solve my problem.

Had an issue with the toilet right before a few friends came over. Called these guys up and Pat came and swiftly, and efficiently fixed the issues. And it works!! Super happy and super easy! I highly recommend them.

UPDATE: Tim (owner) is a very candid person who came all the way to apologize and offered a refund. I hope the world has more businessmen like Tim. I cried after the plumber left. I really should have listened to other reviews. --Charged double the price than another plumbing company I hired afterward who did a much better job than them. Tbh, if they could do a decent job, I don't mind they charge more, but they provided low-quality faucets, left the job unfinished until I asked the plumber to fix/finish; --Bad attitude, playing two-faced to me and my husband. Disgusting; --Showed up late (more than 1 hour) every time they came; --Left tools and trash here and there in the house *They charge $75 initial consultation fee, if you decide to move on with them, they """"promise"""" to credit to the total charge. That's a lie. They didn't credit me. Fortunately, I found another plumbing company to fix the pipes, install the vanity and toilet who charged half of the price and finished the job in 1.5 hours, and even took out the trash. #contrast

The team responded quickly and were able to come out the next day to address issue. Service tech was friendly and walked me thru process and cleaned up after project. Only issue was price was higher than expected or planned from earlier conversations.

I called them at 3:30 because of a plumbing emergency. They were at my house at 4:35, fixing my issues. Professional and cordial. I was freaking out and afraid that someone would try to take advantage of my labo of knowledge but that wasn't the case. Thanks Fort Lauderdale Plumber

First I would just like to say thank you for the professional job that Luis did on my project. Luis did a great job and really went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. He definitely was customer focused, over communicated, and is an asset to your team. Job well done from start to finish.

They will rob you blind. I hired Ft Lauderdale plumber to remove the toilets and free standing vanities in my two bathrooms. I was sort of in a time crunch, as this was necessary to finish installing new floors and subsequently move in, so I opted for a pro rather than to follow a YouTube tutorial and do it myself. After just the removal in ONE bathroom, a hole in my wall, and a broken toilet flange, I was charged $800. The plumber worked for a little less than an hour, was going to charge me another $800 to put the toilet back on and put the vanity back, and another $1600 on top of that for the other bathroom (which I of course opted not to do at this point). I have since spoken with several other contractors who all tell me this is 2-4 times the usual rate. After calling the business a couple of times asking to speak with someone in charge, the plumber who did our work returned my call and insisted that all they could offer was a $100 refund. Unacceptable. Next I got a call from the managers secretary, now offering a $200 refund. At this point, I feel like they are just trying to get away with as much as possible rather than making right what So I told them that is still not enough. I was robbed. Lastly, they had one of the owners call me. He asked what was going on. I told him. He said I was completely robbed. He said he would handle it. He said I would get a $400 refund. Later that night, I got a text saying they were going to refund me $325. These people took advantage of us, and are trying to get away with it as much as possible. Absolutely ridiculous.
