They sent a plumber to my condo who was super smart, and arrived almost exactly within the minute they said he would. As a situation has it, it's going to be a fairly complicated installation project, since the builder cut some corners, some work has to be redone. What's odd is that I was promised to get a quote for the work the following day, which never showed up. I'm sure when I remind them of that they will send it, but the follow up could been better. I'll update the review if I hire them to do the work.

Tim is a knowledgeable and upstanding professional. I thought we had a slab leak. There was water coming up from a crack in the floor next to the toilet. The crack appeared out of no where. Tim came by right after another job he had nearby - only 2 hours from the time I called. He quickly identified that we don't have any leaks. We just needed a double wax ring on our newly installed toilet. And the leak in the wall he identified as not coming from any pipes, but from the roof, and suggested we called a roofer if we want it fixed. He quickly identified the problem - which is something my husband and I can fix ourselves - and didn't charge us anything. He was also great with my crazy dogs who were jumping all over the place. I didn't have a leak, but next time I do - or if I need anything for my water heater - I will call Tim because he is honest and he knows what he is doing.

It's a Saturday afternoon when I realize my plumbing problem is not one I can handle on my own. I was extremely fortunate to have Tim respond to my request with a clogged line which was causing a back up in my master bathroom shower and toilet. He spoke to his tech Angel, who was supposed to be finished working for the weekend, but he agreed to make one more stop. Angel came right out and within an hour of my first conversation with Tim, the nasty back up in my shower and toilet was just a memory. I'm so thankful I did not have to wait until I could arrange time off work to be home to get this resolved! My bathroom was unusable and it would have been a major inconvenience (as well as very unpleasant) to have had to wait until sometime during the week. Tim and I agreed on what I believe to be a fair price for the service prior to Angel's arrival so there were no unexpected charges or add ons. After Angel completed the job Tim called to make sure I was completely satisfied with the completed work. Based on my experience today I can honestly say Fort Lauderdale Plumber will be my go to for any future plumbing needs! A straightforward, honest, well run business which takes pride in putting their customers first seems to be hard to find these days, but I found one today!! Thank you Tim & Angel!

After buying a new home we noticed a leak in the ceiling so we called Tim. He seemed very helpful and knowledgable so we had him come look at the leak. He came out to the house two days later to identify where the leak was coming from. After replacing a few parts to the toilet he said the leak would be fixed (he had told us he was taking the toilet off but later mentioned as he was running out the door that he was unable to get the toilet off in fear of breaking it). I found this to be strange that as he was working he would not have come down to let me know he was unable to get the toilet off. The leak was not fixed so we called tim again and he came out free of charge. He was here for about 15 minutes did not say much or explain what he did besides that he was able to take the toilet off this time and replaced the wax ring. He was quick to run out the door again probably annoyed he had to come back a second time.... Three days later and the toilet is still leaking into our first floor ceiling. We will be calling a new plumber to have the problem fixed because Tim was unable to do so and always seemed ready to run out the door.

I called Tim at about 10am to install 2 bathroom faucets. He quoted me $200 and had one of his guys at my place by 11:30am. Faucets installed perfectly complete at 1:30pm. Thank Tim. I couldn't have been happier..

They will rob you blind. I hired Ft Lauderdale plumber to remove the toilets and free standing vanities in my two bathrooms. I was sort of in a time crunch, as this was necessary to finish installing new floors and subsequently move in, so I opted for a pro rather than to follow a YouTube tutorial and do it myself. After just the removal in ONE bathroom, a hole in my wall, and a broken toilet flange, I was charged $800. The plumber worked for a little less than an hour, was going to charge me another $800 to put the toilet back on and put the vanity back, and another $1600 on top of that for the other bathroom (which I of course opted not to do at this point). I have since spoken with several other contractors who all tell me this is 2-4 times the usual rate. After calling the business a couple of times asking to speak with someone in charge, the plumber who did our work returned my call and insisted that all they could offer was a $100 refund. Unacceptable. Next I got a call from the managers secretary, now offering a $200 refund. At this point, I feel like they are just trying to get away with as much as possible rather than making right what So I told them that is still not enough. I was robbed. Lastly, they had one of the owners call me. He asked what was going on. I told him. He said I was completely robbed. He said he would handle it. He said I would get a $400 refund. Later that night, I got a text saying they were going to refund me $325. These people took advantage of us, and are trying to get away with it as much as possible. Absolutely ridiculous.

Absolutely fantastic! This is one of the best experiences I have had with someone coming to do work for me at any time, ever, anywhere I've lived. He was so friendly and helpful(even with jobs other contractors were currently there struggling through) We will be calling any time we have a plumbing need! Thanks so much!

Quick response, solved what had been a terrible problem. Prices were fair. Jonathan technician was great, took only an hour or so to complete sewer clog issue that was impacting the entire house. Thanks again.
