Jess is the guy to call for any plumbing issues. He knows how to fix everything and shows up with a smile on his face. The guy has a fantastic attitude, patient, polite, reliable and doesn't try to rip you off or take advantage of the situation. He has been helping my family for years and is simply the best. We had a drain back-up that needed immediate attention. I called Jess at Forest Cove Plumbing (by reading Yelp reviews) and he was able to fit us in at the end of the day. He called me about two hours before he was to arrive and said he could come by earlier. Perfect. He gave it his full attention by snaking our main drain to solve our issue. He was polite and informative in reviewing what needed to happen. He fixed our drainage issue and came back the next day for another smaller job we had for him. Very fair prices, too. I called Forest Cove Plumbing after reading all the good reviews on ""Next Door"" . I spoke with Jesse and explained what to expect and how much it can cost. I asked him if he can come today and give me an estimate . He accommodated me in his schedule and VIOLA my bathtub is fixed for a very decent cost. ( other plumbers were 4x of what I paid )
He was efficient, explained every detail of what he was doing and very nice man!! He is a professional and we are so happy he fixed our tub in an hour. What an amazing service . I highly recommend this company , it's small but reliable and honest !

I had a hot water leak under the foundation of my home. They call it a slab leak and Jesse had to cut a square of concrete and jack hammer it just to get to the problem. After fixing it, he had to pour concrete back over complete the job. Not every plumber can or is willing to do that. Jesse was recommended to me by another reputable local plumber. He did great work fixing the issue and worked with me on the price. Then he helped me make sure the insurance company reimbursed me by detailing all of his work in the invoice. Will definitely be hiring him again.

We've used Jesse now for three separate jobs - and each time, he leaves us more than satisfied. Excellent work, great response time and so much more. His first visit, he repaired some outside faucets in our back and front yards that were leaking. Another plumber told us that he'd have to open up the walls and do all sorts of costly work - which sounded weird. Jesse took care of them both with no trouble and minimal cost. With that behind us, we decided to replace our water heater, and once again called Jesse. Quick, skilled - and he had the old water out and the new in with the whole job being done very professionally. This last week, we decided it was time to replace the toilets in the house. We bought the units and called Jesse once more to install them. We called him on a Saturday - and he came to the house on the following Tuesday ready to work. Not only did he install them, but just as he had done with the old water heater, he removed the old toilets and hauled them off. Super conscientious, Jesse puts on booties before coming into the house - and when the job was finished, he even declined to shake my hand because his hands were dirty! Jesse is a great guy, best of all, and his work is top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again myself, and I'd be more than willing to recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors who need work done. He's a great guy, honest, local, hardworking - and the quality of his workmanship shows. Thanks, Jesse!
