We had a serious stoppage in the drain line from our toilet on the second floor. Jess came out promptly and diagnosed the condition of the line by removing the toilet, placing a camera within the drain opening. Once he identified where the stoppage was, he pushed the cable further and unplugged the line. His service charges are very fair and we plan to use him for our future plumbing needs. To our surprise, a valve broke in the shower nozzle, which would not allow us to turn off the water. I called Jesse and he came over immediately. He took care of the issue with ease and totally accommodated our day's schedule. Additionally, he and his team member came wearing masks and even booties covering their shoes. Was so pleased. He saved the day and even found another issue which he will solve! Would certainly call him again!

Once again I had Jesse fix a plumbing problem. The cartridges in the shower were worn. Jesse and Martine went out of their way to locate ones that would work on this older and higher-end shower system. They went to JC Plumbing, a terrific place too, and returned with cartridges that worked and solved the hot water issue.

Jessie the plumber sounds good at first, but then he promises things and does not deliver. His work is sub standard. He is rude. He says one thing then does another. I would not use his service ever again. There are many more better plumbers that are reliable! His prices are way to high and he is not very smart either.
