No one likes plumbing problems and when they occur, all you want is for them to get fixed (a) as soon as possible (b) correctly and professionally and (c) at a reasonable cost. I've had Jess out to my house numerous times for problems with the water heater, toilet malfunctioning, sink and shower leaks, etc. He comes quickly, is thorough and responsible and (my wife appreciates), doesn't make a mess. On the last occasion, after he left an additional problem occurred with the shower which wasn't part of what he was called upon to fix. He came back anyway and fixed it at no charge. That is above and beyond. While I hate plumbing problems and would rather not have them, I take comfort in the fact that there is a responsive, conscientious and highly competent professional like Jesse available to put me out of my misery.

Probably the best independent contractor I've ever used. Quoted a fair price, arrived EARLY (I couldn't believe that!), was clean, even wore those hygenic foot covers when walking on my hardwood floors. Turned my job quickly, professionally and ultra courteous. I've used a few local plumbers and I would say Jess is a notch above his competition. Would recommend him highly!

My spouse found Jess in Google search. He came within an hour after calling him this morning and found burst water pipe in the back of kitchen wall behind where refrigerator was located. Jesse did fantastic job installing new section of 1/4"" copper pipe and his price was reasonable. I will definitely call him the next time I need plumber and will highly recommend Jess. Jesse is finishing up as I am writing this. He was referred by another 5 star plumber who was too busy. I had a pinhole leak in my hot water line that was spraying water. Fortunately I caught it before it ruined the cabinets. I called him Friday afternoon, and he answered the phone! He said he could come over in 2 hours and did so. He was very personable, did a great job splicing and soldering the copper line. He then knocked out a clog drain in the bathroom.

So... he answered quickly, came over when he said he would, did a GREAT job and was reasonably priced. What more could I ask for? (other than not having the leak in the first place!)
