Worked with Ford's 1.5 years ago to audit our pipes. They discovered some serious safety issues with our gas piping, and worked to fix them right away. They also responded promptly to any follow up work we requested.

Just got off the phone with them about doing some repair work on a tankless water heater they installed as well. They were quick to find the warranty and set up an appointment to come out right away.

10/10 service - very glad we found them.

Ford's Plumbing has come to our condo on two separate occasions, and each plumber has done an efficient, speedy, and outstanding job. In each case we needed a line unclogged, and each time the plumber went to work quickly and handled the job neatly, calmly, and very professionally. They fully explained the problem involved in each instance, and they even made much-appreciated recommendations for the future. I will definitely not hesitate at all to use Ford's Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs. By the way, the price was very reasonable, although I had not been doing a lot of price comparisons. I found Ford's plumbing through Angie's list, where they are highly recommended, so I expected them to be good. And they even exceeded my high expectations.

Scotty helped with numerous jobs ranging from installing a steam shower to fixing a sump pump and replacing check valves. He has years of experince/knowledge and has been great at coming up with solutions to complex problems. Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. Fairly late in the evening on Black Friday we discovered the pilot had gone out on our gas wall heater and after multiple attempts to light it, it wouldn't stay on, several places don't even work on wall heaters, one said they could come next Thursday, okay, sure, we can live without heat for a week with another storm coming. I kept calling until I found Ford's and they connected me to Scotty, who was absolutely wonderful! He listened to me explain the problem, asked the age of our heater, which I didn't know exactly since we only bought the house 3 years ago, he recommended something simple to do and to try again after that, he was on another job at the time, but said he'll call when he's done to see if it worked and if not he'd swing by on his way home. I did what he said and it worked! Yay! Thank you Scotty! We probably do need to replace soon and we'll definitely get an estimate from you when we're ready!

Scotty was super helpful when he came out to help me with my pipes. He replace all of my galvanized pipes to copper and poof, no more rusty water. He explained the whole process and did everything with a smile. Thank you Scotty!!!
