I am not a happy customer.
They were 3 hours late.
They left trash,in my backyard.
Their salesman kept asking for more money,which made me very frustrated,mainly because ,i still have plumbing problems.
My estimate went from...a $2500 1 day job...to a $6000 3 day job, and i still have plumbing problems.
I would not recommend ,using this company.
Their workers were out of uniform and could not speak english.
I was charged top dollar for Labor,but they hire inexperienced cheap labor.

Very Unhappy.
My carpet was ruined. One of their plumbers,made a mistake,broke a pipe,and flooded my kitchen / living room.
They showed up 3 hours late.
I felt like i was overcharged,i originally signed a contract for $1500.
I was told i needed ""extra"" work,that was gonna cost another $3200

I still have problems with the original problem.
The Owner,refuses to come out to my house and fix the problem.

Very Frustrated and Disappointed...after spending $4700.

Never ever I will call them again. We had an emergency issue late evening. We called them, the plumber came but wasn't able to fix anything. So, he came back next day and he still wasn't able to fix the problem. We had to pay $534 as we signed up for it, but I still don't understand for what we have paid. Unprofessional service. We called another one, and he fixed the problem in 30 mins.
NEVER call them. Don't waste your money.

Excellent job - very helpful consulting and installing a new heater in a timely fashion. We replaced out an old heater/furnace / Rob supervised the installation and answered all our questions!

I have always hated having to deal with plumbers.
Until my first experience with Ford's. Literally.
First, it's a family-owned and operated business, and that goes a LONG way.
A year ago, things got backed up in our new (old) house in Culver City. I called Ford's because the previous owner had used them.
Ryan Ford came out IMMEDIATELY and took care of everything, showing me the issue on the snake camera, quoting me exactly what I ended up paying, and giving me a warranty on the work.
Recently, things backed up again (but for a different reason). Robert Ford (and Ryan) came out IMMEDIATELY and showed me the problem on the camera, took care of it, and honored the warranty. I have NEVER had plumbing service like this before...and I am a tough customer.
Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

Plumbers have the reputation of someone not to be trusted but since I've begun to use Ryan at Ford Plumbing I feel very differently. He was very professional, knew what he was doing and pricing was very fair. And he was able to give me great advise that resulted in saving me almost $500 on plumbing supply cost. I will definitely continue to use Ford for all my plumbing needs and plan to recommend them to others.

Our toilet got backed up (we'd had this issue multiple times)
Ryan Ford came on the same day/ within the time frame (on the early side) and was extremely nice & helpful! He snaked the main line to clear the blockage and the original quote is how much I actually paid. I'd had many, many plumbers come (2 being beyond horrible) but Ford's Plumbing & Heating was definitely one of the BEST! THANK YOU RYAN!!!!

Efficient & quick service. Riley showed up as promised and got the broken pipe in our yard fixed in less than proposed time. His price was very reasonable. Satisfied customer.

These guys are excellent. They came out to our house at 3am due to a sewage line break. Ryan was prompt, honest and most importantly very knowledgable. He and his crew came out to fix our problem which included breaking concrete. They are a great company that I would highly recommend to anyone in the area. Don't be fooled by the big companies like RotoRooter.

Great experience with these guys. Solved a big problem quickly before it got worse, showed up on time every day and the bill was actually less than the estimate. Called them again for a smaller problem and they were just as great -super reliable.
