Had a stoppage on the top floor bathroom. Called Ford's and they sent Scotty the plumber out ASAP. He was incredibly thorough, not only fixing the problem but taking the time to explain the situation and the reasons for his approach to the fix. He even adjusted my water volume for the toilet, which went above and beyond what was absolutely required to fix it. They also honored my Angie's List coupon. Thanks for a great job!

I've used Ford's plumbing twice in the last year.

First my old tankless water heat said goodbye. I called Ford and Scotty showed up and got me a new one pronto. He walked me through the issues, exactly what they were going to do, wrote a clear detailed estimate and the new heater has beeb flawless ever since.

And late at night 2 weeks ago I discovered water gushing out of a pipe in the crawl space. Ford has a 24 hour emergency hotline and who other than Scotty showed up again. He stopped the leak in no time and 2 days later him and a crew showed up to permanently fix the issue.
Scotty also looked over the pipes, values and pressure regulator under and around the house, which are multiple decades old and recommended some fixes for at-risk items.
He definitely knows his stuff and I highly recommend him.

We had a plumber from Ford's come and give us an estimate on a toilet and shower repair. I was told I had to replace both fixtures which would cost $1,894.00 Our second opinion from Drains Unlimited said we didn't need to replace either, that he could repair both. We paid them them $405. Always get a second estimate!

Had a really bad back up in my kitchen sinks and water levels were only rising. Called and spoke with Scotty on the phone who said he'd arrive within 90 mins and went over pricing ahead as well so I knew what I was looking at cost wise. Then when he arrived, he reviewed the pricing again so everything was transparent. He was incredibly friendly and professional and honest - would recommend again in a heart beat. We have used Ford's Plumbing multiple times since moving into our current home 4+ years ago. Being that it's an older home, we've had a range of issues, from the serious (replacing all waste lines) to the mundane (replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, our most recent job). They have always been responsive and professional. They're not the cheapest solution out there, but we've always been happy with the quality of their work and are comfortable paying a small premium for peace of mind.

Ford's Plumbing in Culver City has handled a number of very big jobs (including main sewer line replacement) for us in the last 5 years in a commendable manner. Yesterday, they handled some smaller, but important, jobs. Scotty arrived on time, investigated and fixed them, and provided some advice concerning long-term aspects of our plumbing. He cleaned-up after himself and left us with a smile on our face. Good job Scotty! We will continue to use and endorse Ford's plumbing.

Lets be honest...having the need for a plumber is never fun. That being said, Scotty (and the guys that came out with him over the various visits- Dimas, Dino, and Marlon(?)) made what was a stressful situation involving various issues as painless as possible.

What started as a call to Ford's due to smelling some sewage under our guest room (after working with another plumbing company that didn't get the problem solved), turned into a multi-part project over several weeks. Scotty was always friendly and on-time. He was upfront and honest with news he knew I didn't want to hear (there were a lot of problems discovered that needed fixing!). He took pictures of the things needing repair so I could see the issues for myself and his estimates were comprehensive and fairly priced. I would highly recommend using Ford's.

We used them once in an emergency and they were really great to work with and they solved our problem, charged us reasonably and told us if optional preventative measures we could take. I needed them a second time a few months later and a different plumber came out and he was honest and straight-forward about my issue and I really appreciated that and I like this company and am happy to recommend them. Plumbing costs money. There are choices of various plumbers out there- but these guys are really together and nice and they get it done. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I called Ford's yesterday because my wall heater was not working. They said someone would be here between 11-1pm. Minutes after 11am, Scotty showed up. Big smile on his face and ready to help. He could not have been more helpful, showing me step by step what he was doing. He was almost instantly able to recognize the problem and help figure out the solution. I never write reviews but I needed to let everyone know just how amazing he was. Ford's is now my go to for any future problems.

We had been battling a problem of roots invading our 60 year old clay pipes for a few years until it was time to take action and solve the problem once and for all. Reilly inspected the situation running a camera through our pipe. We abandoned faulty section of clay pipes and they ran a new line using ABS. Even tunneling under some massive roots. Everything was done on time and within the price quoted by Reilly. Start to finish they provided great service.
