Fantastic job today. Came on a Saturday at 7:45 am to snake out my plumbing mess in less than 1/2 hr. Jose Lopez did great work today. Kevin took my call at 6:30 am Saturday. They all work with Mike the leader. The best plumbing in La Canada Flintridge!!!!! Bravo, I worked with them for over 20 yrs & they are the best!!!!

It was important for me to find a local plumber so I read a lot of reviews and ended up phoning at 2.00 pm for an appointment to fix my gas water heater (only lukewarm water) and my blocked sink. The phone was answered very promptly and my options explained clearly. A brief time later Foothill phoned me back to say they could fit me in and Russell and Joe turned up around 4.00 pm. Both Russell and Joe were very professional explaining what my options were and their cost estimate.
It really made my day when Joe inspected the water tank and after a thorough cleaning and testing said it was good to go.
The sink blockage included the removal of an old obsolete garbage disposal and Russell did a very professional job in removing the unit, unblocking the sink and replacing a small piece of pipe.
The jobs were finished in around an hour or so, the clean up was perfect and the whole experience made me feeling better.

I called Foothill Plumbing on a recommendation from my neighbor. My toilet was not working properly. I called at 4:00pm and had a technician (Michael) was here by 4:30pm. He examined the problem, told me exactly how much it would cost to repair (much lower then I had originally anticipated). Michael made the repairs quickly and NEATLY!! He even went outside to throw the old parts away! Once he completed the repair, he also noted my toilet seat was not securely fastened, so he fixed that for me also. He has made me a Foothill Plumbing customer, I will be calling them for all my plumbing needs!

How many of you out there PANIC when something goes wrong with your plumbing? I know I did.
I called Foothill Plumbing 3/28/19 around noon, and was told that someone would be there between 11:00 and 2:00 on 3/29/19.....they were here at 10:00 am. At the door were two plumbers, Joe and Russell, they assessed my situation and EDUCATED me of the problems I had.
When a person educates another person, you gain trust in them and build an instant relationship.....all that to say the job was completed with ease and I have a new Plumber that I can count on. I would HIGHLY recommend them in any situation.....Thank You Joe and Russell and Thank You Foothill Plumbing

So, I get back from a trip and hear this hissing sound somewhere inside or around my master bathroom. I've literally never called a plumber in the 30 years I've been in LA, so I basically rolled the Google dice. Joe L. shows up ahead of time, knows exactly what the problem is, and shuts off the water. He puts on a jumpsuit and crawls under the house and shows me via flashlight the torrent of water spraying all over the crawl space and tells me it's ""about"" $365 to replace and weld the pipe.

That would be my price just to crawl down that muddy spider fest, much less drag a welder and re-do the pipes. I'm certain, at this point, that the quote did not include muddy spider fest surcharges. When he's done, I'm TOTALLY expecting to hear the ""crawl space was tight and yada yada yada...cancel Christmas because here is the real bill...."" kind of business.

He tells me it will take about 2.5 hours.

He finished in an hour or so, covered in mud (but not even cranky), and hands me the invoice for, not ""about"", but EXACTLY $365. DONE.

When someone asks me if I know I good plumber, I'll say, ""Call that Joe guy over at Foothill.""

P.S. He's coming back on Friday to replace the stripped-off shower knob in my favorite shower that's been idle for a year. I mistakenly thought it would be a HUGE deal and require cutting up the shower wall, but Joe has some goofy tool to fix it without demolition and install the new ones he special ordered. These cats are solid. It's so good to find a business you can actually trust.

I have used Foothill Plumbing numerous times over the years and I am very pleased with their service and customer service skills along with their pricing. They have provided excellent service and have performed at a level that is virtually non-existent nowadays. Mike installed a reverse osmosis system for us and made it seem like childs play. They are always punctual, well versed in their trade and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends. Thanks Mike for such great service!!!!

Excellent service Mike the owner was recommended by a good friend and they performed very well and efficiently. The price they charged us more than reasonable I would certainly most definitely recommend them to all my neighbors they are fair efficient and punctual
