Foothill is the best and most trustworthy plumbing company that I have ever encountered. Matt is very knowledgeable, personable, a straight shooter and so good at what he does. We have used them for multiple jobs and they are very responsive with fair prices.

I really had a great experience with this company.

I first spoke to Mike and he was really helpful and gave me a fair price to fix my water and it was much less than what the other company had quoted me at. He said there would be someone at my house in about two hours and they were right on time.

Brian and his coworker (didn't get his name but was a nice guy) got to my house. They looked at my water heater and told me that the gas line was off and that they didn't need to fix anything, doh! I had the gas company at my place prior to hiring a plumber and they left my water heater off (long story). Anyhow, Brian could have said that my water heater was broken and that pretended to fix it but he didn't. He turned it on and got it going asap. He told me it was 95$ for the visit and I was ok with that but he decided to call his manager and he got it down to 60$ without me even complaining.

These guys are a class act and any issues I have with my plumbing I will contact them and refer them to my friends. Honesty and character go a long way and that's exactly what these guys demonstrated the whole time.

We had Foothill Plumbing come and install a 6 gallon hot water heater at our business in Glendale. The price was fair and Matt did a great job.

Mike came today to snake out the drains. While $145 sounded steep it's not exactly something you can do yourself. He battled tree roots with a 4"" cutter. Something I have to do about every 5 years. Friendly guy who knew what he was doing. I like to support local businesses so could recommend them.

Foothill Plumbing used to be our first and only call since we moved here in 2001. No more.

Since ""third-generation"" Mike took over, the prices have crept up and up [$150 for the routine drain cleaning we had every 2 years for $100]. $150 for a routine snake-out?

And today was the last straw when Mike was driving his big Foothill Plumbing truck up our street and made my wife drive around the back of HIS truck!

The hell with you, Mike, and with Foothill Plumbing. I put up with you becoming a ripoff, but bullying women? You've lost my trust on every level. People, take your business somewhere else.

Have been using Foothill Plumbing for many years. Pricing always seems reasonable, they finish in a timely manner, clean up after them selves, are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling, are friendly and clean. Micheal the owner is down to earth, fair, knowledgeable, funny...not to mention good looking. All of his plumbing technicians and office staff thus far have been fantastic too. It's still as reliable as when his father ran it. Have recommended them to dozens of people. Their the go to guys for all you plumbing needs. Micheal/Mike also has recommended other business when I was looking and in need of other repairs, I.e. electrical. Thanks!

Love Love Love Foothill plumbing. I spoke to Miranda on the phone yesterday for a silly faucet replacement. Nothing of any urgency but was treated equally to those that have a water main break. Mike came the next day and installed the new faucet and fresh water spicket. He allowed me to change out the dishwasher air gap cap.( I like to be useful like that. )
I cant say enough good things about FP. They're the best in the area.

After having Mike out a couple of times now, he will definitely be handling all my future plumbing needs.

Ok so I thought I could do the job myself. Replace the shutoff valve, what could go wrong? Well after many many many tries I failed and had quite a mess on my hands. So I called a plumber, Foothill Plumbing. After I called, Matt was at my door within an hour. He evaluated the job, gave me a reasonable quote before starting the job, I agreed, and he proceeded to fix my mess. He did not look at me funny for trying to do it myself, he just fix the problem and completed the job.

In short am I happy with the job Foothill Plumbing did? Yes. Would I recommend them to other people? Yes.

Their prices are totally outrageous! Don't use them! They charged me $100+ for parts that only cost $10!

This company is a joke. I would not recommend to anyone. They over charge, they do not show up on time and they often completely change a time when you wait all day for them. They charge way to much money. I was charged 300.00 for them to just repair my water heater that should have been replaced for a new one. Instead they just glued it together with tape and crap and charged 300.00 for this. They also said i needed a new bathroom faucet that was perfectly fine. It was actually the water heater that needed replaced. Anyway, they are awful and they lie and do not do good work at all. It's a joke. Good luck.
