I reached out to this company for a water heater installation. After accepting their quote they advised that they wouldn't be able to get to it ""for a few days"" which i advised was fine as it was not an emergency. They let me know they'd be able to do the installation the following thurs/fri (8-9 days away at that point). I said that was fine. I didn't hear anything at all by the following Thursday and reached back out and they advised they wouldn't be able to support until the following week. I let them know that a notification would have been appropriate and helpful and the response was ""you said it wasn't an emergency"" which apparently means they can get to it whenever they have time and won't notify you about changes to the expected service. Very responsive but not very reliable or professional in this instance.

Edited: this has nothing to do with emergency or not. A 2 day time frame was provided. A week went by and no information was received regarding changes to discussed timeframe. It's just bad customer service.

I contacted Flush Plumbing and Sewer, Inc. when I had a plugged up sink in my second floor washroom. The came quickly and fixed the problem almost immediately. Their work was excellent and the value was great also. As long as they stay this excellent, I will be glad to have them come back when I need more work done in the future.

Darron and his great crew has fully completed two major outside sewer improvement projects for us in the recent past. He gave us a fair and honest assessment in each case and then kept to his word to the letter. His crew were professional and knowledgeable too. His quotes were also fair and accurate. Hire Flush!

Company responded timely to our emergency call on Sunday regarding blocked sewer.
The crew worked outside the next day under extremely adverse conditions and freezing temperature.
They excavated the sewer line by hand, found the problem with penetrating roots and fixed it within 2 days.

I made the mistake of paying at the time of service. I have made 2 phone calls and messaged them multiple times. I was told the video was accidentally deleted. I asked if they could provide another camera inspection free of charge since it was their fault for deleting the video. I was told I would have to pay again.ed to watch the video again later to double check to make sure I wasn't missing the clean out before we spent several thousand dollars to dig up the yard. I asked at the time of service that the video be emailed to be afterward and they wrote down my email.

Called to fix a clogged sewer line another company charged and failed to fix. Came out within the hour and unclogged sewer. They were quick to respond and fixed the problem. Highly recommend them!
