I called a plumber from schaumburg to come to my schaumburg home because the basement shower was backing up when a toilet was flushed.WRONG! He came out and told me that the pipe in the cleanout was broken, which it was. He then called his boss for an estimate. He tells me i would need a permit,have julie called and excavate the area for 3,800 dollars.WRONG! I figured to ease my mind, I would call a company from another town to justify the cost. I came across Flash plumbing by chance (reviews).Darren came out, he also stated the pipe was broken and could fix the problem for 2,200 dollars. no julie, or permit. I was a little worried at first thinking they may say this is wrong and this is wrong and up the price.WRONG! job well done for agreed on price. for anybody going to any company other than Flash, you guessed it, you would be WRONG!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had a serious plumbing problem - on a Sunday no less - and called many plumbers. I had no toilets, shower, could not use any water. Flush was the first available and I couldn't be happier. Dustin and Brian came out, assessed the issue, explained what needed to be done and solved the problem in a short time. They left the worksite clean and checked everything thoroughly to be sure all was working again. I will definitely work with them again and am happy to give them a positive reference. Lori Thum

These guys seem to thrive on your hardship. Don't go with them if it's not an emergency. I called for a routine maintenance job and was asked if it needed immediate service. I told the lady I didn't, but when Darron got back to me, he asked again. I was quoted almost double the average going rate. I decided to go with them regardless as I had a small extra job I wanted them to do and I wanted it done right. The reviews were all so positive! A week or two went past before I was ready for them, and when I called again, I was asked another time if it was an emergency. Once I did schedule it, on the day of the work I received a call asking once again if I had an emergency!!
When they came, it seemed painful for them to talk to me; didn't want anything but the bare minimum, and no feedback, even when asked. Granted, they did do the maintenance job, but when it came to the extra job we had discussed over the phone......

They said they had difficulty opening the pipes and would have to come back another time. Never heard from them again. Left messages with Darron, called the main number again, nothing.

When it comes down to it, if you don't have an emergency that they can charge a fortune for, they are not interested.

I had a clogged pipe that was causing water to back up. Called Darren and within an hour he was out and was able to fix everything quickly and was very reasonable. Would recommend Flush to anyone looking for any plumbing and sewer needs.

quick response through Yelp, but kinda tough at first to get my appointment scheduled. However, once I got it scheduled, the service was very quick, professional and more than reasonably priced!

I had a leak behind the toilet in the main bathroom. Called on Wednesday afternoon & received a quick response from a technician Darron Reed. He was able to come out 9:30 Thurs morning. He assessed the situation quickly. Determined that I needed a new toilet supply line which was an odd size that he didn't have with him. Left and returned shortly with the correct piece which he installed. He tested it several times before leaving to make sure that the leak was fixed. Price was fair & leak is fixed. I'm very satisfied with the service I received & would recommend them.

Honest and fair priced. Great communication and execution. Darron was on time and called ahead. His explanation of the potential issue was accurate. Once I agreed to have him do the work on my sewer he had the village and Julie out within an hour. Located the problem, carefully dig in and located the line, repaired and replaced with a new clean out and completed the job within 6 hours. Pretty amazing work. Highly recommended.
