Chris was amazing! We had an emergency issue which required us to turn off the water to our house until it was fixed. Chris responded to a quote immediately and was out within a few hours on a holiday weekend! He was early to his appointment, professional, friendly, and fixed our issue very fast. He even was good with our 3 year old asking hundreds of questions . Will definitely be referring them to others. Highly recommend!

I needed a reliable and professional plumber to help with a pressure reducing valve. From the positive experience with the Yelp quote to speaking with Rich in scheduling the appointment to the service call with Armando, I was very impressed by the professionalism and strong customer service. The company sent me text messages and emails to keep me informed of the appointment, the fact that the technician was en route, and the invoice. Armando worked hard to install the difficult job with older pipes. I would definitely recommend this company (and Armando) and will use them again.

I had their tech come over and diagnose the leak. He said he could fix the issue, but it broke again.

I figure I get the same guy out here and he can do something different to fix the issue. It is still not working. I've spend over 800 dollars with them for no solution, and no follow up care.

They charged me for both times, and it didn't work both times. Right now I'm just throwing money at them, they have no real desire to fix the problem or diagnose what the larger issue is.

No refund, no deal, no commitment to getting it right. In fact they overcharged me the second time after I graciously tipped them $50 the first time. The guy had to call and explain he made a ""mistake."" But as he was ringing me up the second time he said ""com'on it's the same price as the first time."" Just a blantant rip off.

Bottom line I've spent over 800 dollars, and the leak isn't fixed.

I started recording after the third time I called them about the same problem, and he told me ""you have a shitty valve.""

You can listen to the review below. He condescends to me about not knowing what is behind the shower. Raises his voice to me, tells me he doesn't care.

It was 6pm and my tenants were unable to change the temperature from scalding hot. Chris messaged me back within the hour and got me scheduled for the next morning at 8am.

This was my first time using Yelp's ""competitive offers"" feature. I didn't originally plan to go with Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers, but I was not disappointed. They were the second to respond, but actually quoted me a price and not a ""in person consultation"" needed.

Larry from Flush King Plumbing was straight to the point, immediately confirmed the issue, and was done within 30ish minutes.

I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers when two different handymen installed and reinstalled the same toilet where it was wobbly, and smell was coming from under the toilet. I had had it with non-professionals. I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers, and someone was at my door later that day. He first solidly secured the flange to the ground, then reinstalled the toilet with no issues since. I have since dealt with this company for all my plumbing needs exclusively. The prices are super fair, and the quality of service is sterling and dare I say personal. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. You will love them.

Awesome service. I broke a pipe in backyard, water spraying everywhere, Chris arrived at Cave Creek address in under an hour (30 minutes or so), was easy to work with, friendly, and gave me a discount. Will definitely use again, highly recommended, thanks.
