Great tip from technician about water pressure coming into our house and why we have had so many plumbing related appliances and faucets fail.
The repair done around 4pm failed by 10pm so technician had to return
The cost to repair the leak, was just under $1,000.00 not including the faucet (under warranty and being shipped for later installation)
There will be another service call to install the faucet when it does arrive.
