Chris came on time and repaired my leaking water main connection at the meter. Excellent workmanship - can't even tell the big hole he had to dig . . . It was great to be able to take a shower again . . . The price was very fair considering he came the next morning after the call requesting the repair service. I have requested another lower priority repair and he will be back tomorrow morning to do that job.

Just bought a house and needed to have a water line for the fridge installed before my fridge came. Chris came by to do an assessment, proposed a solution along with a quote, and then started the work right away. On a Saturday! A couple short hours later, the work was done. Chris did a great job and performed high quality, thorough work. He walked me through everything he did at the end which also made me feel very confident with the work. WOW! Chris and Donny are absolutely top notch. My hose set up was a disaster and eventually started leaking to the point where I had to shut off my main water valve to my house. I reached out to a number of companies and Donny responded nearly immediately and said they could be out the following day. I think the job was way more than they originally bargained for but Chris stuck around for hours to get it done correctly (in 100 degrees no less), helped me with another small additional repair that I thought I had to call the pool company for, all while honoring the original quote. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family!

I was trying to change my RO filters, and when turning the water valves off under the sink one actually broke off in my hand. The leak which followed could not wait long, so I found Donny (Scottsdale Rooter) online, loved the reviews, and called. Donny and Chris came out the same day, even earlier than expected. They were very genuine, and fixed my valves beautifully, going above and beyond even changing my RO filters at no extra fee. The cost and service was SO TERRIFIC, that I had them do a new water heater which I had been putting off. They came the very next day, did another 5 star job, and was less expensive than even Home Depot. I love being ""Wowed"" by mom and pop shops, and would use/recommend Donny & Chris again. DON'T look any further if you need anything plumbing.

I sent a quote request late at night when a shut off valve started leaking. This company responded early the next morning and offered to come out same day. Chris was the plumber I dealt with and he was very professional and friendly. He was flexible working around my schedule and patient when I was running late. He did a great job and even fixed a drain pipe to the disposal that I had installed incorrectly for no extra charge. I definitely recommend this company!
