I called Flush King Plumbing to fix my kitchen sink on a Sunday no less and I got an answer. Rich was at my door within 30 mins to help. He was kind and very knowledgeable. Rich checked my water pressure as a courtesy while he was here and suggested preventative care which would help maintain the water system throughout the house in the long run. I was surprised to know the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. And the price is well worth the service I received. I would recommend this business.

This is my first time hiring plumbing ever and do bear in mind, I usually try things myself. When my shower valve couldn't shut off the water and the remaining problem was out of reach, I initially contacted Parker & Sons. The thing is I was suspicious of their knowledge of the situation and I'm not fond of surprise billing. I'm glad to second guess my choice by finding Flush King on yelp. They were transparent on what was needed and the final price to get everything done. That immediately won me over, so I had to cancel the other guy right away. Rich came over within 30 minutes and instantly solved everything I needed! He also accommodated all of our requests. Though the price can be a bit hefty for simple labour. For a sunday emergency, this has to be the best value one could get, especially when we needed to go on with our day. I would recommend Flush King to anybody!

Called Flush King after reading reviews on Yelp. Our kitchen valve was old and had broken off when we tried to close pipe. Anthony arrived right on time and had the problem resolved within minutes. Only took him about twenty minutes to fix. He was very knowledgeable and offered us great advice on how to not have the problem with our other shut off valves in the futures. We will be using Flush King again in the future. Thank you Anthony!

Had a clogged toilet and this is my second time calling for help. The response time was 30 minutes. The tech saw that my toilet was old and had calcium build up and I needed a new bowl. I was in agreement and had a new toilet install and cleaned out line. I was a happy camper thanks to this company.

In my eyes this company is real good. I've had them out a couple of times all work complete, real great employees and the job gets finished at the end of the job. So if you need a good plumbing company real good, I believe Chris is the owner of the company and real great guy.

tech arrived to fix a blocked toilet. He presumable saw with hid camera that we had a broken pipe and would need to have our entire bathroom and most of the flooring in our house destroyed to fix it. I would estimate a 50k job. He then called a friend from a ""restoration"" business---no website or reviews who proposed an insurance scam by ""discovering"" that our bathroom had water damage (the toilet never overflowed by the way). The claim was the insurance would pay for everything if sign up right away and the restoration guy wrote the claim. All this sounded quite illegal. We had a second company check the system. It was initially impossible for them to see the pipes and they had to hydro flush they system to get a camera in there, Flush King must have had an xray camera to see the extensive damage. Stay away from these scams.

By far, Tom from Flush King gave the best possible service with a great attitude and alacrity. We had our main sewer line plug up the day before Thanksgiving. This lead to our third bedroom's tub filling up with dirty water, as well as the toilet over flowing with the same. We managed to make it through the family gathering by filling and dumping large 40 gallon trash cans as needed to keep the tub empty. When we finally got Flush King on the phone, they were able to schedule a tech within a couple hours. 10 minutes after scheduling, Tom texted saying he would be there within 20 minutes. This was during the weekend!!

Tom ended up snaking the main line from the roof. All told he was gone in an hour and half. That included an extra task I asked of him, replacing an inline shutoff valve to the toilet that was way to tight against the wall for me to do right.

Pricing was excellent for the main reason he came. The second task was a little pricey, but he gave me several options and I choose the costly one because I wanted it done right with good parts.

I highly recommend Flush King and specifically Tom for any plumbing work. I know I will be calling him in the future when it's time to remodel the bathroom.
