Chris and his crew were at our house for most of the afternoon to complete a pipe reroute. Very grateful for their work and timely service. Having sent numerous requests after hours to multiple plumbing companies via the internet all but Flush King just sent replies that they were unavailable, out of town or too busy. Flush King responded by e-mail and telephone. They were prompt, efficient and friendly, work was completed in a timely manner and their fee was reasonable. I am very happy with the services that Chris provided. I am selling my home an inspection revealed some roots in the sewer line from the house to the city service and other debris in the line under the house. I talked to Chris a couple of times before he did the work and he was always available by phone and patiently answered my questions. He recommended hydrojetting the lines, quoted me a fair price and was right on time to do the work. After the lines were cleared he provided me with videos that I can show to the buyers. Chris also took care of a couple of other minor plumbing items for me while he was there and there were no surprises with the bill. I would definitely use Chris again for plumbing needs!

I have used Flush King on several occasions. They have always been responsive and come out quickly to address the issue the first time for a reasonable price. My most recent request was due to an unknown water leak. I emailed them Sunday evening and they responded almost immediately, scheduling someone to come out the next day. They arrived earlier than scheduled but texted first to confirm that was okay, quickly assessed the problem, grabbed the part and fixed the problem within the window of time I was told to expect them to arrive. These guys saved me not once but TWICE recently. I had a catastrophic failure of my water softener that flooded my entire house plumbing with resin beads. All of my water supply stopped working in the ENTIRE HOUSE. Every faucet and pipe was jammed up with the resin beads.

PRO TIP : Make sure you got a filter before and after your water softener to prevent this issue from occurring.

Long story short, they were able to diagnose and fix the issue with a team of 4+ people in the course of a 12 hour day - on the day it OCCURED. I had all my water back the same evening.

This was a nightmare of a situation that was handled VERY Professionally and PROMPTLY by an extremely competent team of folks. Amazing turnaround and work by these guys and I would not look anywhere else if you want PROMPT, EXTERMELY professional and knowledgeable staff to handle your work.
