Katie replaced a number of shut off valves and installed a new kitchen faucet. She arrived at the promised time and did a quality job for a reasonable price. Also she's a very nice person to deal with. I highly recommend Fluid Plumbing.

We've had Katie out three times now. The first time was for something simple. She actually told me I probably didn't need a plumber and could fix the problem myself. But I just didn't have the time so hired her to do it anyway.

The second time was to do all of the installation of a sink after a leak meant we had to redo our kitchen. The contractors who had done the water remediation and rebuild had made some ... interesting choices that made the plumbing more challenging. Katie was able to get everything set up and working correctly.

The last time was after we'd switched over from a gas stove and we needed someone to cap off the gas line.

In each case she did a great job. She was professional, answered my (many questions), and priced very fairly. I'd recommend her to anyone who needs a plumber.

Katie is great! She is very busy right now but she called me back, listen to my problem, asked for photos, diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it over the phone. So today I embarked on a plumbing repair by myself. I'm not a plumber... but hey... I'll try anything. Anyway.... things were going fine until an aluminum type crazy hose that led from the wall to my toilet basically disintegrated in my hand when I bent it... things were getting technical now.. So instead of panicking, I called my friend and plumber, Katie C. owner of Fluid plumbing. She was out of town but told me exactly what I needed, where to find it and to call her in video chat when I got home and had all the necessities. She walked me through the whole process and even when I was ready to give up, she encouraged me to keep going. Such selflessness and kindness on the part of a business owner. She clearly could have told me she couldn't help me or that she could come when she got back in town but no, she walked me through and my disaster was totally avoided. What great customer service!! Katie is an exceptional plumber and incredible person. I started what initially seemed like a simple plumbing repair, but when things went awry and I had to find a plumber, I stumbled on Katie's number. She was the only plumber of five that answered the phone (and no call backs from the others, either). I told Katie the situation, and because the repair was nearly done, she gave me advice on finishing the repair myself. Thanks to her, it ended up working out!
