So today I embarked on a plumbing repair by myself. I'm not a plumber... but hey... I'll try anything. Anyway.... things were going fine until an aluminum type crazy hose that led from the wall to my toilet basically disintegrated in my hand when I bent it... things were getting technical now.. So instead of panicking, I called my friend and plumber, Katie C. owner of Fluid plumbing. She was out of town but told me exactly what I needed, where to find it and to call her in video chat when I got home and had all the necessities. She walked me through the whole process and even when I was ready to give up, she encouraged me to keep going. Such selflessness and kindness on the part of a business owner. She clearly could have told me she couldn't help me or that she could come when she got back in town but no, she walked me through and my disaster was totally avoided. What great customer service!! Honesty, integrity and generosity... such a great addition to our North County Oceanside business community! Thank you Fluid Plumbing!!!

Katie is an exceptional plumber and incredible person. I started what initially seemed like a simple plumbing repair, but when things went awry and I had to find a plumber, I stumbled on Katie's number. She was the only plumber of five that answered the phone (and no call backs from the others, either). I told Katie the situation, and because the repair was nearly done, she gave me advice on finishing the repair myself. Thanks to her, it ended up working out! She is so knowledgeable, so honest, and so sincere. I finally have my trusty go-to plumber!

Katie is fantastic!!!! We were referred to her by a family member and I will never use anyone else but Katie now. She's straight and to the point, reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. We bought new trim for our shower and she informed us the type of shower trim we had offers a lifetime warranty on parts. So we were able to return the new one and get the parts we needed for free. Would have never known! She also fixed our gate on her way out !!! She goes above and beyond any other vendor we have dealt with. I highly recommend !!!

Katie (aka Little Plumber Girl) is exceptional! Incredibly reliable and professional plumber who is also totally candid and clear about the problem she's facing. On time, polite, clean, prepared and personable!! She has supported us for years and recently impressed me even more when she responded to a short notice call for a leak under my sink. Although I didn't remember, as soon as she saw the site, she said ""I did this connection years ago so it's my fault and I'll repair it FREE."" Incredible integrity!! She'll always be our ""go to"" plumber!!

So, had a small problem while fixing the toilet and the water valve started leaking so we called Katie at Fluid Plumbing, she asked me to send a pic of the valve to her and she called back and talked me through it, saving is a lot of money. I was trying to get some non-emergency plumbing work done with my pressure regulator. I couldn't find anybody that would even give me a ballpark estimate over the phone. Then I found the reviews for Fluid Plumbing and Katie. She gave me a firm number over the phone AND said she'd so pick up the parts and come over ""right now"". 45 minutes later she was at my door and in another 45 minutes she was done. All my work was done in the garage so there was no mess so no issues there.

Katie is great - she came out in a Saturday to help us with a valve that was leaking in our shower - it's not like anyone likes calling a plumber ( add a weekend to boot) but she explained everything that needed to be done - she was such a nice lady to boot - edx really appreciates her helping us get our water back on !
