I am giving a review today for this AWESOME plumber!! Katie is wonderful in so many ways. She is knowlegable with plumbing and goes above and beyond any plumber I have ever used before. She advises on what are the best parts to buy and why you should buy them. She complete 2 jobs at a rental proterty and went the extra mile and then went over to my house and helped with a toliet problem and didn't even charge me for the part she installed. She helped with calling a mfg that had a life time warranty on faucets and I am getting those new faucets for FREE!! She really know her stuff and you will not be disappointed if you call her for service. Thank you Katie!! Will be calling you soon for those other projects in my house soon. Marianne/Oceanside

Hardest thing about having people fix things in your home is you never really know if it's fixed right. So when you find someone you know has integrity and skill you hold on to them and don't use anybody else right? That's Fluid Plumbing! Work done right, on time, on budget...had them out a few times and always been very satisfied. Five stars.

Katie was very dismissive of me when I complained about one of her parts leaking. She told me to contact the manufacturer, that it wasn't her fault, and did not offer any other help. Worthless customer service!!! And crappy materials used!

Little Plumber Girl is a service not to use. The price was ridiculously high for a simple fix and the woman never explained her price vs. the time it takes. Hanna Plumbing is much more competitively and reasonable priced and explains what they're doing and the time it takes. Would never get service from Little Plumber Girl again. 0 stars is the only rating that applies.

Katie is amazing! I am so impressed by her knowledge and professionalism. She genuinely cares for her customers and provides great service. She is always there when we need her. We called for a flood in my kitchen and she answered the phone and came to us straight away. She even helped to educate my kids in the process! I am so glad to know a plumber we trust. I can't recommend Fluid Plumbing enough! My sincere appreciation to Katie!

Great service from Katie. She helped out our emergency water main valve replacement and gave us some good advice on a couple of other plumbing issues. Katie will be our first call for any further plumbing issues.

The amazing service I just received I don't believe I would find it anywhere else. I was replacing the cartridge for my shower valve and had to turn off the main water valve which broke in the process. I called several plumbing companies and they not only could come to my house immediately but also had the best price.

The owner showed up, changed out the valve and regulator, stayed to make sure everything was good.

She then asked why we were doing this and I told her. So she came up and fixed my valve in the shower for free.

She was very friendly and had the utmost sense of customer service. I would hire her again and will recommend this company to anyone needing a plumber.

Fluid Plumbing replaced our water heater and made several other repairs that we had been putting off due to the high cost of plumbing work. They did a great job and the price was fair. Katie and her workers are amazing!

I confess to having contacted Katie on a Sunday evening so she could ""hear"" the crazy sound our hot water heater and pipes were making. Not many people would have bothered to respond to me until the following Monday morning, but Katie got right back to me and we did a little troubleshooting over the phone. Ultimately, she came out early in the week to fix our problem.
Our family has used Katie/Fluid Plumbing's services on numerous other occasions, as well. Every time, Katie is responsive and quick to find a solution. If Katie thinks my husband or I am capable of making the repair, she will tell us what we need to do, step by step. We can always count on Katie to be honest about the best and most cost effective solutions to our plumbing problems. All of the plumbing work Katie has performed in our home has been second to none.

Super service every time we have called fluid out for repair. Katie is always friendly, kind and knowledgable about her trade. Her work is rock solid. Doesn't make a difference if it is replacing a faucet or a hot water heater, the work is stellar!!
