I've used Flowright on several occasions. Water heater replacement, copper pipe replacement, icemaker line disaster fix, shower that wouldn't turn off... etc. They are friendly, fast and efficient. Saved me tons of money on the pipe replacement. They are not always the best with call backs, but it's not hard to pick up the phone and call again. I use them every time I have a plumbing need now!

The owner responded quickly to my request and came out to give us a quote by evening. Plumbing for bathroom, utility tub, washing machine, water softener, all items hooked up to lines once floor was done and dry wall for 5 rooms.
Plumbing was completed in one day. Dry wall took about 7 days. 90% of hookups completed and water softener took about 5 weeks.
As for the quality of work they did, I would give the dry wall crew a 'D+'.
Plumbing a 'D'. Hook ups are not completed, but right now a 'C'.
The pex lines were cut to make two 90 degree turns near floor, instead of going straight up into sink. When you open the doors of vanity, you see the sloppy job they did. It is not hid.

Dry wall looks like a puzzle. Each sheet rock is ran in different directions. There are numerous gaps either between each sheet, around receptacles, doors, and they covered up one of the light electrical boxes.
The utility tub has a sewer smell coming from it.
It took the owner several days and about 3 text before he got back with us. Can't change any of the above. Took some money off the price and and said to call when ready for bathtub fixtures to be put on. It's been 5 days since we called. Now we wait until 'who knows when' before the other 10% of hookups get completed. Our permit runs out in 3 days.
Can't stand the rotten egg smell coming from utility tub. Hired a new plumber. Cut into wall and found the vent was covered up and had two pieces of pipe that should have been taped, glued, or something together. They were separated and this is what was causing the smell.

Best company I have ever dealt with for plumbing and heating. They responded quickly to my phone call the first time. They have done 3
different jobs for the Pueblo Divine Science Church and all were done timely and without any problems. I will continue to call them for our
plumbing and heating needs. All of their employees, whether in the field or the office are great people. The last three that came out to put in a new furnace were Joe, Gabe and Ray. All three are knowledgeable and answer my questions without hesitation. I have also had them to my house to put in a new garbage disposal. Myrna Chandler

Absolutely terrible. HMS Home Warranty sent us to them for service on a shower valve. The my arrived, said I needed to order a part (I later learned they were supposed to do this). I scheduled two times for them to return and both times they did not show up and never called. They never returned any voicemails and I had to call them for days and days to get anyone to respond. We took off two days of work to wait for them to show up and they never came or called. Extremely unprofessional. Don't use them, and if your Home Warranty gives you this company, ask for a different one!

Fraud seems to be their business.

We have pipes under our shower leaking and we were assigned this company through our warranty (even though they're about an hour away). This whole process started about two months ago and we STILL have NO RESOLUTION.

The first two times they were supposed to show up to identify the problem, they did not. Not convenient when you take off multiple days work. We finally got them to show up the third time but they were very late. They walked in, did nothing besides look at the water spots, and then we of course had to cut them the initial $100 check. We were told they'd submit with warranty company and be in touch to schedule work. Has been two months and have heard NOTHING. In fact, the warranty company stated they never submitted it.

Finally, we call the warranty company to check in AGAIN and they say flow right did not give them enough info for the warranty(surprise) so they contacted them to get more info. Flow right stated our shower pan is leaking (LIE) and therefore our warranty has now been denied because that is not covered.

Needless to say, I am irate, and this fraudulent company should be shut down. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well.

If you enjoy being yelled at and called a liar by your MIA plumber, go for it. Rude and inept. Made three appointments, didn't show to a single one and then said we made it all up and he couldn't possibly have skipped appointments. American Home Shield (just as useless as Flowright) even replaced him not questions asked. I would never let this plumber in my home, so maybe it works out he never showed.

Terrible experience. I can't rate them on their work, as they never showed up. My warranty company assigned Flowright to me and told me they would stop by sometime between 2PM-10PM. I called around 8PM and left a VM, but they never showed up or returned my call. Called several times the next day for an explanation and to reschedule but of course they did not answer. I took off work to get my garbage disposal fixed, but they have no regard for others.

Worst experience, do not recommend for anyone. Very unprofessional, took 10-15 days to fix a a small issue, then did not come on scheduled time, left job incomplete and never called back. They came at 9 pm at night, walked to upstairs bathroom with out asking permission and then left without telling that they had completed job or not. I believed they went outside to get a part from their van to fix our shower, but found they already left. Wish I can give them below zer star.

Flowright came out today to fix our plumbing. The two gentlemen were fast, efficient and helped process my claim with our Sears Home Warranty. They were in and out in quickly and fixed the problem quickly. They also gave advice on what to do when winter starts.

Wow, one word: beware. My water heater broke, but it was still covered under warranty both thru the manufacturer and thru my home warranty. They charged me over $500 in ""mandatory upgrades."" This seemed odd to me, so I called around to other plumbers and they confirmed this was a rip off, but I was in a bind and I needed the work done. So, then I asked for an itemized list. The admin assistant clearly knew I was onto their game because she played around, rushed me off the phone and after everything was said and done, I had to request this 3 times before they provided it to me. To add further insult to injury, they left my floor a muddy mess. RIDICULOUS. I would HIGHLY recommend just about any other company.
