We first met Jerry after doing research into local plumbers because our hot water tank began leaking a week after we moved into our house. Jerry responded promptly and thoroughly discussed alternatives, including tankless. After doing that research, we decided to do tankless and Jerry installed. It has performed flawlessly. Since then Jerry - and son, Gabe - are our go-to plumbers. In addition to occasional repairs, they have installed a recirculating hot water pump and replacement upgrades for all our fixtures. Most recently on the day after I was discharged from hospital after heart surgery our master bathroom toilet began leaking at the floor. Gabe came immediately and did a temporary repair while we considered whether to upgrade and replace the toilet. Ultimately we decided to upgrade and replace and, while at it, also upgrade and replace the toilet in the guest bath. Jerry and Gabe went out of their way, and entirely without any pressure, to suggest alternatives, direct us to brands, and ultimately secure the two toilets we chose and install them, all in a short time frame because of the recovery period from my surgery. With every job they are immaculately clean -- booties, masks, vacuuming. We cannot praise them or recommend them highly enough -- they are responsive, wonderful to work with, and fair and reasonable in their pricing. Flowright is a top shelf operation - you'll be delighted to have used their services.

I had called another plumbing company, who never called me back. In contrast, Jerry at Flowright returned my call within an hour. When you're having a plumbing emergency, this means a LOT. He has amazing high-tech equipments to actually see the pipe dozens of feet into the yard, and zaps tree roots causing the clogs. He likened it to a colonoscopy zapping polyps, and that's exactly what it's like. He even gave me the thumb drive of the video for future reference (haha, for entertainment?). Jerry is warm, friendly, professional, and a total joy to work with. His son Gabe is great, too. Thank you, Jerry and Gabe!

Cannot recommend Jerry @ Flowright enough! We called with a water heater emergency and he squeezed us into his already busy day. He came to our home within an hour of our initial call for help, assessed the issue, researched the part, located it and returned within 3 hours to fix the problem after tending to other scheduled service calls.
He and his team member were both extremely courteous and professional. Jerry kept me aware of everything he was doing and explained not only the parts he was replacing, but also the functionality of said thermal components.
When our water heater does finally go kaput, we will defenitely be calling him again for help.

Jerry was quick to respond to my lack of hot water when we had just came back from a vacation. My wife is twenty weeks pregnant and loves her baths and we also have two children so when our electrical and tankless water heater was having an error I called four other plumbing companies and Jerry was the one who picked up and was literally over to my house to fix the water heater within hours of me calling him. It was amazing and a godsend. Flow right saved us from a lot of hassle. They were honest and didn't beat around about what needed to be done and they got it all done. They explained the problems to where I could understand and really made what we thought was an emergency so much less by their calm demeanor. They were very cost effective and had our water heater fixed quickly. I highly recommend Jerry and Flowright Plumbing.
