Jerry was a huge help he came to replace a toliet the next day after I called. It was so refreshing cause I was dealing with a larger not so helpful plumbing company. That screwed me. While he was here I asked him to help with my dyer duct and was willing to help. He then noticed that my gas line was exposed without a cap and came back late afternoon in a Friday to fix it for me. I would highly recommend this small local company.

Had Jerry come out to provide an estimate for a broken hot water heater. We had him replace the heater with a tankless heater as the original heater installation/location was dangerous and not even close to code. His price was reasonable and the work was fast and very well done. Jerry is an honest plumber and doesn't charge the flat rates that the bigger companies use to feed their huge overheads. The tankless water heater is great!!!! We will not hesitate to use him again.

I can't say enough good about Jerry. Our hot water heater broke down on Tuesday. PG& E came out Thursday morning and said it was the thermocouple. I called Jerry thinking he might have the part. Jerry said to contact GE. Ordered from GE for delivery Friday. Never showed up. Jerry kept calling to see if it arrived so he could install. He even swung by to make sure it wasn't air in the line. Part came yesterday, Saturday so I let Jerry know so he could come by Monday. He called back to say he would come over today & install. Wonderful news! Jerry just left & I'm getting hot water already! What a treat! Thank you so very much

Wow, I called and they were on the scene in less than 90 minutes. Cleared the root clog in our main drain and were done in less than 45 minutes flat. That is SERVICE!!!

Jerry took every care to call me back as quickly as possible and gave me several options to schedule an appointment. Matt showed up right on time and completed the work (clogged main line) quickly and without any mess. He was very courteous and let me know exactly what he was doing and what the line needed. For the first time, I think I can trust that that the problem is being taken care of, reasonably and efficiently. That's a great relief for someone who knows exactly nothing about plumbing. The best, most pleasant, and most efficient plumber. And did I mention honest? Jerry of Flowright Plumbing arrived after calling first to confirm my address -- just as we agreed -- and within 10 minutes had cleared the clog in my toilet.
