Thanks to the comments on Yelp, I called Flowright Plumbing. Jerry fixed a problem with a shower valve when another plumber suggested I might need a new water tank. He was prompt, courteous, concerned about my house and above all, honest. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs.

Oh No! We had water backing-up into our downstairs bathtub! It looked like our sewer drain was blocked-up. Of course, late at night.

The following morning, I had reviewed plumbers in our area and found Flowright with all good Yelp scores. I called and left a message. Jerry returned my call about 1/2 an hour later. He had a couple of jobs already scheduled, but said he could get by in the afternoon.

He called when he was on his way. He and his partner got right to work and started his powered snake in the drain. About 45 minutes later they had cleaned up and got the area back to normal. The drains worked, and their price was reasonable. We talked about the long term problem this was going to be but there was no pressure for immediate action. Definitely not the ""Hard Sell"" described by Yelp reviewers of another local plumber. I'm sure in time we will have to do pipe replacement, and Flowright will be doing it!

I'm happy to give 5 stars for the prompt, courteous, professional, reasonable and friendly service Jerry gives. I wish all businesses were run like his.

Had a problem with a broken pipe under the house. Called him on a Monday @ 10 by 12:45 my problem had been fixed, the cause corrected and my waste line jetted out to boot!

Fantastic turn around time and great service by Jerry!

I had an urgent back up and Jerry came out the same day we called. He was able to clear it up but pointed out to me that our pipes were close to the end of their lifespan (cast iron).

I decided to have him replace the line. This required a concrete company too because the plumbing was under my driveway. Jerry referred a great company and I was only without water for about 8 hours total. The estimate was the same as the invoice and the system works great. Furthermore, the pipes they replaced came apart by hand. If I hadn't followed his advice I would have had regular problems.

I was able to communicate with Jerry by texting and never had trouble getting a hold of him. I'll be a customer from here on out.

I cannot say enough about Jerry at Flowright Plumbing. It's like having a personal friend with expertise and competence working on your project. Jerry had to return to my house several times to cope with a complicated water heater heater problem (due to our having to wait for parts, etc.) He was genuinely concerned about the problem, and his bill was way below what someone else would have charged for three or four visits. I actually look forward to seeing him again, as he was so dependable and caring that I know I am in good hands no matter what. Don't hesitate to call! You'll be glad you did.

If you're in the Santa Rosa area and looking for a plumber, look no longer! I called Jerry for a home improvement project I've been wanting to complete (Natural gas piping out to patio for NG barbeque and heater) He was the third estimate I obtained for the project, and although slightly more expensive, was clearly leaps and bounds above the competition in his dedication to the job. He approaches each house and project as if it were his own. I should also say that the customized features he added are well worth the slightly higher cost.

He obtained all county permits at no charge, and safely completed a fairly large project in a day. I was very impressed.

After the project he walked around the house, checked the water heater, the gas line coming in to the house, etc. We talked about later upgrading to tankless water heater, earthquake valves, etc. Top notch service, highly recommended.

Jerry is great. He called me back in less than 5 minutes, showed up within the hour, repaired my leaky toilet. Kept my floor clean by putting on boot covers. Had dog treats for my dogs...what more could I ask for. He is a local guy. small business that is doing great.

What a gem! He is full of integrity and honesty. I called Jerry this morning to come look at a leaking kitchen faucet. Not only did he call back within 30 minutes, but he was at my door in another ten minutes, since he had just finished up a job in my residential area. He came and looked at the faucet, tightened some things, turned the water back on and VOILA! My faucet was not leaking any longer. And on top of that he did not charge me since it was such a fast job for him to do. He could have charged me a service call fee at least, but he did not. I was amazed at his honesty and his genuine sincerity. I will be telling all my friends about his expertise and am now a loyal fan of Flowright Plumbing! Thanks Jerry! You just made my day!

I have to agree with the others - Jerry is THE go-to plumber. We have relied on his expertise on a few occasions over the last 7 years, both for emergencies and for improvement projects. In emergent situations, he is responsive and fast. During improvement projects he is helpful with advice. In all situations he is diligent and makes sure the job is done right and all for a reasonable price.
