Loved the service! If I could give more then 5 stars I would This company is amazing very efficient these guys are taking all the safety precautions with covid and wearing masks! To insure the safety of them selfs and others This is a very honest company very reliable and dedicated to what they do they have come out many times for us after hours and even fixed others work to make it better! I will never choose another plumber ever again honest people are hard to come by but flowright you can depend on for getting the job done right!

Got Jerry's business as a referral from the realtor who helped us buy our home near Finley Center. Jerry was the only plumber listed in the ""recommended contractors"" part of that referral document.

Our master bathroom had a leak that was discovered by a pest inspector during his sub basement inspection. Had on experience with another plumber that was OK but not worth repeat business.

Called Jerry and he and his sons were out the next day, confirmed the leak started the repair the following Tuesday (after Memorial Day).

The leak had saturated the under-flooring and Jerry was not going to remount to toilet until he was certain the the fan placed under the toilet in the sub-basement had eliminated any indications. It took 4 days to eliminate all the moisture but he got the job done and while good plumbing repairs are never inexpensive I was happy with the final price and thought it was fair.

Flowright is now my go-to plumber.

Jerry Abundis and Flowright Plumbing are absolutely the best! They have done jobs for me as big as plumbing my entire large home ( after a fire) and as small as replacing a faucet and unplugging a toilet (for nearly 20 years!)- ALWAYS with skill, patience for my questions and a smile! I have always been pleased with the plumber that is sent, including Mr. Abundis' two sons who are knowledgeable, polite and considerate( all important to me when tradesmen come to my jobs). Mostly, Jerry Abundis is a fine man- always does a good job and errs on the side of doing the right thing

Jerry and his son came to our home this morning to repair a leaky pipe in the ceiling above the kitchen. The job required cutting and soldering pipes in a tight space and at an awkward angle. I was very impressed by the speed and efficiency with which the repair was performed. This was the second time we've used Flowright - they fixed our hot water heater when it stopped working last year in the same professional manner. Jerry is a good man, he is knowledgeable, fast and fair... and he's doing a wonderful job of teaching his sons the trade.

When I called Flowright, the owner was out of town and I had to deal with his son. An appointment was made for 3 days later and his son rehashed the problem I was having over and over again on the phone. The night before he is supposed to arrive he calls me to discuss it yet AGAIN and I was getting a little frustrated but went thru the details one more time. He then canceled on me via text message. I will never use this company.
