If I could leave a negative star review I would, they sent 2 different men to my house to over charge me and try to scare me into a $10k job that my home did not need. I called another company for a second opinion in an hour they fixed EVERYTHING that Flow Right did NOT fix charged less, spoke with us about how to maintain our pipes. This word NEVER came out of either Flow Right plumber, they are only there to scare you jack up the prices and sell you services you don't need to get a better commission.

If you need any type of service do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Great service. Our water heater quit on us and they came right out. Phillip our technician was a great guy. Polite. Professional and did a great piece of plumbing for us. The guy needs a raise...seriously.....give him a raise he's worth it.

I'm so glad I have to pay another company to do the job you guys billed us for and never did.

And you destroyed the lids to our septic tanks. Real winners. And your employee wanted to threaten my husband who's a disabled veteran that's paralyzed and in a wheelchair.

Gross. Disgusting. And collusion is illegal. So, keep trying.

I usually give only good reviews and give companys a little slack due to covid and the strain it put on service professionals but I had this company check my AC in April and they told me it was almost shot. Okay I had them install a new one $$$$$$$. A week later water heater gave out this company replaced it $$$$$. Now I find out they did not get an ispection on the water heater and there install may have affected the furnace they did not install. I am just saying do your research.

We have used this company for years because their pricing was fair. Now they charge by ""the job"" so our faucet replacement took 45 minutes and they charged $250. Ridiculous. If you have simple jobs I suggest going elsewhere unless you want to pay their new ridiculous prices.

I usually only write good reviews but this company sucks. They over charged me thousands for a job that only took a few hours. I was getting a bunch of work done on my house and thought I paid the rest of my balance the day the work was completed. Almost 6 months later they put a lien on my house without even trying to collect payment. Always rude people on the phone and terrible customer service. After I got the job done I found out they're the most expensive company in town. Go with literally anyone else.

Scam artists!!! Did not show when arranged. Did not complete work! Did not invoice (good thing) Then put lien on house for non payment5 of invoice never received for work not completed! $%&^%^$%!!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and use someone else. I don't expect perfection. Heck, I don't even expect people now days to be polite. Do the work, get paid. what a scam!

Flo Right is simply the best in town..:.and YES YOU GET WHAT YOU pay for!!!! A company w/a 24 hour answering service an actual billing dept a dispatch service and techs who are actually qualified in their field

I had four separate issues on home that had NOT had any service to its mechanicals in a very long time and Flo Right took care of everything I needed, each in a timely matter!!! They are fair, responsive and got ALL the jobs done :)
I highly recommend them....ESPECIALLY for your boiler needs!!! Thank you everyone at Flo Right!!!

I have had problems from the beginning. Finally got drain installed by Anthony and Robert they did a great job. Now I am still waiting to get my receipt email to me. it's going on three weeks now and still no receipt. Very disappointed, Lance I can't give Flow Right a better review From the first review I wrote. Only that your installers did a great job. It took weeks before I received an appointment, then it was rescheduled cause there was an emergency at Flow Right. Your bookkeeper says she is behind that's been two weeks now. I keep getting told that they will send me my receipt still waiting!

What a joke, their emergency quote was 150.00 plus 40 or 45 per hour, I had a bathroom sink leak, so I was talked into waiting until Monday for the plumber to come, the only bathroom sink was unusable, they couldn't come until Tue, ok. The plumber came in pulled off the piece of my sink that was leaking, told me it was a mobile home part only, a lie, I knew it but okiim old and stupid , anyway he had to find that part,so was gone for appr 20 minutes, came back with the part fixed the sink in about 15 minutes and charged me 250.00dollars do not ever call these people no invoice nothing never again I will call somebody from canon city or coloradio springs before I ever use another Pueblo based business.
