I have a contract with Home Serv. I contacted Home Serv because my hot water heater was not working properly. Home Serv contacted Flow Rigjht Plumbing, who sent out a plumber to assessed the situation. The plumber contacted Home Serv, and made them aware of the fact that the hot water heater needed to be replaced. My contract with Home Serv covers replacment and installation. The plumber from Home Serv stated that replacement and instulation of the hot water heater, did not cover replacement of the pipes, which would be an addtional $700.00. He stated that once Home Serv made the necessary arrangments with Flow Right, he wouold return for the repacement and installation. He reminded me that there would be the additional $700.00 charge,
I have a friend (plumber) come and take a look at the heater and pipes, and he stated that there would be no need to replace the copper pipes, just the water heater.
I notified Home Serv requesting an assessment by a different plumbing company, and , the second plumber indicated that there was no need to replace the pipes.
This company replaced the water heater--NO PIPE REPLACEMENT, AND NO ADDED $700.00! The water heater is working just fine!!! I am a seenior citizen!!

This company sucks. I called for a plumber to fix our leaking kitchen sink pipes in the morning and was told the plumber would be there btwn 5 and 7 that night. I was fifth on the emergency after hours list. When I didn't hear from the plumber by 9:30 that evening, I went to bed. I received a voice mail from him at 9:50 pm, saying he would be back in Pueblo West to work on our job by 11:00 pm or Midnight. I called AGAIN at 5:00 am the next morning and spoke w the dispatcher. Then the plumber called me at 7:00 am and confirmed I would be first on the emergency list for that evening. By 6:45 pm, he hadn't showed up, so I called the dispatcher. She had no record of me calling that morning but called the tech, Paul, who told me his assistant called me and no one answered. I told him, ""no one called."" He asked if I was calling his tech ""a liar."" I said ""yes"" and he should check the phone number. The tech (another Paul) promptly called me, said he had dialed the wrong number, was on the way to Beulah, and could come by in a few hours. I told him to forget it. A company this disorganized probably isn't very good, so I'm looking for another plumber!

Plumbing isn't rocket science but it does require some expertise to get the job done. I used this company 2 times. 1st time a nice tech came out and got my drain flowing BUT did not snake the entire distance of my sewer line which is over 100 ft. He only snaked about 25 feet and it took him about 15 minutes. It cost 75.00. This year my drain was completely clogged again and I called them. 3 days later they sent a really young guy looked like a party guy. He did the same thing, was here about 15 minutes. Within a week my drain was backed up again. I called and was told management would call me back by DISPATCH who had all told me different prices for the snaking. It was actually over double from last year. The 'manager' called me and I explained the situation. He offered me a refund or to send another tech who 'would do it right'. I said that would be fine. He told me a specific time range 2 days later which I agreed to. Well the guy showed up 3 hours before the agreed to time which I was not prepared for. After I called he agreed to come later which he did but unfortunately he did not come prepared the 2nd time and had to leave and go to the office to get a screw. He had also told me to ""GO IN THE HOUSE THAT HE DIDN""T NEED ME TO WATCH HIM"" which totally blew me away. By the time he got back it was almost dark and he got the snake in the drain with what seemed to be a lot of difficulty and he went about 25 feet and said he couldn't go any further and that my pipe was broken and he didn't want to damage it further. I was really starting to smell 'something stinky in Phewblo'. I was eager for him to leave at this point. I unplugged his machine and when I got back he was on phone with his manager and handed the phone to me. The manager stated that I would have to pay about 3 times what I had already paid for a hydrojet and a camera inspection and that I probably needed my pipe replaced and they would be glad to make a bid to do that as well. Needless to say I didn't sleep well but woke up with a really bad feeling in my gut that I SHOULD NOT use this company. Needless to say when I checked the drain it was completely clogged again so the last tech actually left my drain in worse condition than it was in before he 'did it right'! This can be a very stressful situation for a homeowner.

I decided to go with my gut and I started researching other companies. I found one that I felt good about before I even called and sure enough. They came this very same day that I called. This company got my drain clear and completely snaked the entire length of my sewer line in less than an hour and the cost was less than what I basically ""JUST HANDED MONEY"" to Flow Right FOR NOTHING. Oh wait. No it wasn't for nothing. It was an attempt at scamming in order to pay for new vans and machinery and to CLAIM it was inflation, not unethical business practice! Sometimes you have to pay to learn a valuable lesson.

Flow Right Plumbing came out to fix our hot water heater. They were rude to me, charged a LOT then didn't get it fixed. They then told us that we needed a new heater. (they should have told us that up front!) When we had them go ahead and install a new one, the technician took it on himself to perform extra work that was not needed. Then they charged us for that.

We have had our tankless water heater worked on 3 different times, the third time Greg told us that sometimes it takes three times to get something right. We were charged AGAIN for something they didn't fix the first two times. After asking to speak to the owner regarding payment we finally got somewhere, we paid for parts but we were refunded on the labor since they should have fixed this problem the first time. Fast forward to now, the hot water heater is not working again, with the same problem before. We scheduled an appointment for them to come back out and Greg called and accused us of hard to work with and that we didn't pay our last bill, which we obviously did and were refunded money. I called and made a complaint against Greg and received a call that he will not allow for Flowright to come back and work on our stuff. Which is fine because I found a smart plumber who actually figured out the problem. I would never use this company, because as a customer you will always be wrong and they are always right. If I could give zero stars I would, but one will have to do.

If I could leave a negative star review I would, they sent 2 different men to my house to over charge me and try to scare me into a $10k job that my home did not need. I called another company for a second opinion in an hour they fixed EVERYTHING that Flow Right did NOT fix charged less, spoke with us about how to maintain our pipes. This word NEVER came out of either Flow Right plumber, they are only there to scare you jack up the prices and sell you services you don't need to get a better commission.

If you need any type of service do yourself a favor and call someone else!

Great service. Our water heater quit on us and they came right out. Phillip our technician was a great guy. Polite. Professional and did a great piece of plumbing for us. The guy needs a raise...seriously.....give him a raise he's worth it.

You guys really do the most when it comes to jacking up the price and screwing people over.

I'm so glad I have to pay another company to do the job you guys billed us for and never did.

And you destroyed the lids to our septic tanks. Real winners. And your employee wanted to threaten my husband who's a disabled veteran that's paralyzed and in a wheelchair.

Gross. Disgusting. And collusion is illegal. So, keep trying.

I usually give only good reviews and give companys a little slack due to covid and the strain it put on service professionals but I had this company check my AC in April and they told me it was almost shot. Okay I had them install a new one $$$$$$$. A week later water heater gave out this company replaced it $$$$$. Now I find out they did not get an ispection on the water heater and there install may have affected the furnace they did not install. I am just saying do your research.

We have used this company for years because their pricing was fair. Now they charge by ""the job"" so our faucet replacement took 45 minutes and they charged $250. Ridiculous. If you have simple jobs I suggest going elsewhere unless you want to pay their new ridiculous prices.
