Jess and his crew are super honest and hardworking crew. They gave me a fair price, out of 5 quotes it was the second cheapest. Jess is a second generation plumber. His dad has done honest plumbing work in and around San Diego for several decades now, still going strong.

Jess replaced my failing cast iron drain pipe with good old plastic. His team was very careful with hand digging around irrigation, tried very hard to save certain plants for us. Did a great job compacting and cleaning up afterwards. They don't have many reviews probably because it's all word of mouth.

We had to replace our 60-year cast iron pipes and called Flow Right and one other supplier. Flow Right was significantly less expensive, faster with less inconvenience. The other company said we would lose toilet/water access for large parts of 3 days. Kenny's team got it done in 2 days and made sure we always had access. Go with Flow Right.

Look no further for drain service! If you find yourself in an emergency or near emergency, please call Flow Right!! I have experienced every type of repair known to a house built in the 1920's. I had been putting off the sewer line replacement but as two neighbors began having problems, I started to do my research. In the process, I can assure you that Flow Right will respond quickly, communicate effectively...are incredibly honest and beyond fair priced...they were the best. They are also incredibly flexible in little glitches that occur along the way...like when they find out there is concrete under all those layers of DG and have to jack hammer to get to the sewer line! Flow Right suggested a hybrid approach: a new plastic pipe for the areas that could be dug out and a liner on the old cast iron pipe, due to poor access between buildings. In the end, my cost was less than half of what my neighbors paid for a fully lined cast iron sewer pipe! How does that happen? Through due diligence in gaining estimates (that I have already done for you), not jumping at the first available due to the emergency and reading reviews on YELP! All the bigger companies were twice the price and one even tore up my old cast iron pipe in the process of using a large camera and causing a disconnect...and an emergency! Maybe that was their tactic? Anyways, I just felt more comfortable with Jess and Kenny out of the three estimates that I had the time to obtain. After learning that I now had a disconnected pipe, FLOW RIGHT scheduled the work immediately and provided an estimated invoice. Their work ethic, camaraderie and good, overall people skills made them a delight to be around. I always like to go with smaller, local companies and you cannot beat what a group of guys who went to High school together can do to solve your emergency. My suggestion, especially if you have an emergency, HIRE FLOW RIGHT immediately! Don't act out of panic and take the large box plumbing companies' recommendations. You have to admit, all the reviews say the same!

Kenny and Jess are the best bar none. Don't waste your time looking any further. They are high integrity, honest, clean, fast, and give more than they promise at a fair price. I had an entire 50 feet line of old cast iron removed and replaced under the concrete in my house. The process was extensive including saw cutting, digging, pipe cutting, and much more. It had to be done because the 65 year old cast iron was falling apart. They had to completely redo the plumbing for sewage for two bathrooms toilets, sinks, tubs in addition to the kitchen waste pipes. They installed a total of 80 feet of ABS of which 30 feet was installed for a new ADU. They did an amazing job....imagine a 50 foot by 2 foot hole that is 3 feet deep being cut down the middle of your house to replace old cast iron...AND at the end of the process you respect and love the guys who did it for you! You can't ask for more than that! I couldn't recommend them higher! They were fantastic.

JESS BAIRD, the son of George BAIRD who is renowned in East County especially, came to help me with camera scanning under my home because the main sewer line cast iron pipes were disintegrating and leaking. While they were down there they thankfully discovered a gas leak under the house as well at the gas meter (SDG&E said everything was OK, no problem, despite the fact I've smelled gas in that area for at least a year).

THANK YOU to the BAIRD family and KENNY and JESS, co-owners of FLOW RIGHT. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really took care of so many things around my place and were a pleasure to have around. Super friendly, accomplished, and good natured individuals.

And also thank you FLOW RIGHT for referring me to MICHAEL owner of ABILITY PLUMBING who came out yesterday late afternoon and fixed all the gas line issues.

Recently had Flow Right replace my aging cast iron drains and install liner on my sewer main. Their bid was cheaper than ""the other guy's"", they were extremely fast, and they worked hard to minimize disruption. Everything was cleaned up, patched up, and hauled away when they left, and every drain flows like a shop vac is attached to the other end. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs any drain or sewer work done.

Flow right came to my property on very short notice. I am undergoing renovations on my newly purchased and they came right away. They replaced all of my old cast-iron sewer lines underneath my home in the crawlspace. They completed the job quickly and efficiently and are very reasonably priced for the workmanship and Quality. We realized we had a plumbing problem the day our toilets clogged up and we couldn't get them unclogged. It turns out that our 60 year old house has old cast iron pipes. We called two other companies who came out assessed the situation and gave estimates.
