University Heights, 90 year old house with old rotten/broken cast iron sewer pipes that have been a problem for 30 years. The crawl space (which it is not) under the house is made for moles. I desperately needed help and called Flow Right for an estimate to replace all cast iron pipes. When I gave Kenny my address he said the week before they had done work for my neighbor directly across the street, My neighbor found them from a neighbor one block over.
Flow Right exceeded any expectation we had.
Dependable, responsive, quality workmanship and dedication to getting the work completed with the least amount of disruption to property and our living situation as possible. Our backyard looked better than it did before they started. They should get 10 stars.

We had a stinky leak under our house and called Flow Right. They came out the same day we called and were able to schedule the repair the next day. He also checked our other pipes and recommended updating the oldest ones. They had it fixed the same day within hours. We have a raised foundation so it wasn't a slab leak. Our house is almost 70 years old and needs some more old iron pipes replaced which we will do in a few months and we will be using Flow Right for this too. When the old cast iron pipe under my Clairemont 1950's home ultimately had to be replaced, I took the time to get several estimates and asked a lot of questions. Jess and Kenny were so patient and knowledgeable and the value proposition was superior to the competition. I can now rest easy knowing I have all new plumbing under my house and two new clean outs out front. They put everything back the way they found it, including the plants in the planter! Outstanding on every front. They got us a very reasonable quote quickly and got to work equally fast. The job was professional and results were perfect.

The owners Kenny and Jess were on site for the evaluation so we got it straight from the boss from the start. One of them was present each day during the work as well making sure it was done right. They were able to work around our brick staircase and front sidewalk with outstanding creativity and hard work. You can barely tell they redid our entire septic, system from toilets to city line.

Their finish plumber Ariel is outstanding at his job. He fixed mistakes of plumbers past with minimal damage to the look of the house. (I don't have pre photos but he fixed shower faucets, improper drains under sinks, laundry vent, and more) He also dealt with 5 or so unforeseen problems at minimal extra cost which saved me from damage and headaches in the future.

Lastly the crew were all polite, hard working and cared about the quality of their work. They laid the lawn and garden back like nothing happened and didn't skimp on the details.

I would highly recommend these guys.
