Kenny is bar far the best contractor I've worked with. We called him with an emergency we had during a bath remodel and he was able to get his own work done and help the other contractor repair some things they did incorrectly ( he double checked any plumbing related items just to be sure). He gave them a master class of plumbing and they looked to him for any and all changes to be sure it was done right. Kenny did not have to make the extra stops back to our house to be sure it was all alright, he just did. Climbing under the house repeatedly with no complaints. Smiles and a great attitude was what we got. We will be using them for future projects we have coming up. Thank you Kenny you are a Rock Star!

We got a referral from our neighbor and we are so please to have met Jess and Kenny, who are such a well groom and professional. They are very knowledgeable, know exactly what they are doing, they walk you through step by step. We bought an older property that unfortunately came with a very old septic tank and no connection to sewer.
I'd spoken to a number of plumbing companies that (either through license limitations or because of the scope of the job) weren't able to help us.
The difficulty of decommissioning both the tank and tying in to the city sewer line at the same time was further complicated by COVID stipulations. The city of Chula Vista was understandably understaffed during this time and this made procuring permits and inspections tough to do.

Flow Right were extremely patient with our rather odd situation and helped immensely with getting everything organized. Kenny and his team were very communicative and approachable throughout the whole process.

When we finally got everything good to go, they coordinated with the city for final approval and got the job done quickly and with very minimal disruption to our home life.

I hope I don't ever have to undertake such a project again but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

I had a clogged main drain from my house to the road that had lots of roots and had been a problem for many years. Kenny from Flow Right came out and gave me a more than fair quote for digging 4 ft deep hole in hard clay and rock to remove old pipes, install a two way clean out and auger the sewer pipe 150 ft to the road. Arrived on time, got the work done in 5 hours and made the sewage system work like new. I highly recommend Kenny and the Flow Right team to handle any type of dig/sewer drain service.

I highly recommend Flow Right! I would give them TEN stars, if I could. They replaced our sewer line and bathroom plumbing. Kenny, Jess and the whole team are experts in their field. They answered all of our questions and completed the job in a timely manner. They showed up on time every day and cleaned up afterwards. Kenny was very conscientious and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be sure we were satisfied. I can't say enough about what a positive experience we had with Flow Right. I didn't actually use Flow Right (I needed a drain descaled and lined; he only does dig and repair), but I was so impressed by Kenny over the phone that I wto hire him! He was straightforward, helpful, and he took the time and went out of his way to give me advice on potential companies I could call, what costs were likely to be, etc. You know how sometimes you just get a sense about people? I had that over the phone. Genuinely kind, helpful, and obviously knowledgeable in his field. Call! You'll probably have the same sense I did. Use this guy.

Jess did a camera inspection for my rental house that was having issues with clogs. He was able to schedule quickly and gave me a lot of information about the plumbing in my house, like where the pipes and joints are. He used his camera screen to specifically show me areas that another plumber suggested were clogged with roots (they were turns in the plastic pipes, not clogs in old pipes). We later had him out to raise up the property clean out line near the street, that way unclogging would be easier in the future. I really value and appreciate Jess's quality, speed, and trustworthiness. His pricing was also better than two local plumbers we called. He seemed to fix everything so well that we may never need him again, but I will certainly call him first if we do. I would recommend him without reservation.

Our toilets and bathtub backed up on a Saturday night! We toughed it out until Monday when Jess from Flow Right showed up to camera and clear our drains. He suggested we reopen up a clean-out in the back of our house (we didn't even know it was there) to help the drains flow from back to front. Jess also suggested we replace a small piece of old, rusted cast iron with new smooth PVC. His assessment sounded logical and his estimate seemed reasonable. We agreed to the upgrades! Jess and his partner Kenny showed up the next morning and got to work. They worked diligently, quietly and respectfully. The guys were polite and confident in their abilities. The job was professionally completed. We have clear drains we are happy customers. We highly recommend them!
