We had a very large slab leak in our building and asked multiple companies to take a look at the problem. The guys from flow-pro were very impressive and seemed the most knowledgeable and personable, so we chose them to do the job. We definitely made the right choice. They were very helpful and spent hours diagnosing our initial problem without charging us a diagnostic fee. They did the best they could to make sure the least amount of damage to our building was done and they fixed the problem as fast as possible and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. They even brought our company bagels to thank us for choosing them which was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you Flow-pro!

My bathroom sink stopper got broken resulting in a leak. I found Flow-Pro using a Google search. I sent an email via the 'contact us' link on their website & Rustie responded within 24 hours. I will say that the appointment they set was nearly 2 weeks out, but Rustie included the name of another reputable plumber in her message, in the event that that appointment wouldn't work for me or I needed more immediate service.

On the day of the appointment the technician arrived on time (I was given a 1 hour appointment window). He was friendly & professional. He quickly assessed the damage & gave me an estimate, which I found acceptable. He had to leave to get a part, but once he returned the repair went quickly. All in all, I'm satisfied with their service and would use them again.

The folks at Flow-Pro are amazing! We have used this company to install an on/off valve at the street, replace several exterior hose bibs, and repair a faucet for our garden. Most recently, they were able to help us with leak detection and repair, and they are currently working to repair a broken flange and reinstall a toilet for us.
