The folks at Flow-Pro are amazing! We have used this company to install an on/off valve at the street, replace several exterior hose bibs, and repair a faucet for our garden. Most recently, they were able to help us with leak detection and repair, and they are currently working to repair a broken flange and reinstall a toilet for us. We keep coming back to this wonderful company because of several key factors. First, both the owners and the plumbers are friendly, timely, and responsive to client needs. Their work is high quality and their attention to detail is perfect. As a woman and a homeowner, I appreciate their willingness to explain issues in a patient manner that is easy to understand. I couldn't have asked for better service. They came out right away and fixed the ongoing issue I had with the kitchen sink not draining. The service techs were polite, explained things as they did them and wore masks. I would highly recommend them. The price was also very reasonable.

This company is AMAZING!!! My friend referred me and I'm so glad she did. My parents hot water heater went out on a Sunday and when I called them they were so very pleasant and had a sense of urgency. They went out first thing the next morning to evaluate the situation and took excellent care of my parents. The part that went out was just barely out of warranty and they took care of it. They are honest, kind and extremely professional. They kept in constant communication with me throughout the process. I would recommend them!!

What struck me the most is the courtesy and politeness. I feel confident with Flow Pro, they dig right in and start there work, I like the can do attitude, none of the well lets see and Im not sure or WOW ive never seen this before!

Absolutely amazing company! I can't say enough good things about their customer service and the work they do. I needed a metal tub installed in an building with old plumbing and every little hiccup that happened they made sure to fix it and fix it right. Tim explained everything and gave me options all along the way. The price for the work was extremely reasonable especially with how above and beyond they went for the job.
Do not even try another plumbing company and just call these guys. You will not regret it!
