There was a lot going on and some unforeseen obstacles during the course of repairing my sewer lateral. All things considered, flow pro kept their word and made it happen. At the end of the day Omar, Josh, Jesse and Charles made things happen in a professional and detailed manner.

We had a sewer pipe leak and I looked at the reviews and called Flow Pro. From the initial call with Jazmin, our problem didn't sound so unusual and I felt good about the company. Then, Omar, the tech came out and readily checked out the issue and gave us an estimate. Gratefully, another tech, Miguel, joined Omar and they got it done in one day. Clearly explained everything, showed us the problem, and were super efficient, neat, and really nice. It was such a relief to have it taken care of. We even needed a clean-out according to the city and Flow Pro, took care of that, too. If you want the job done right, call Flow Pro. They are outstanding in every business aspect. I highly recommend them to anyone. They also send you a text with the photo of who is going to show up which I thought was a nice touch.

Flow Pro was available to come out when other plumbers were unavailable to service a plugged up kitchen sink. A young man came in and visually looked at the area under the sink before doing anything and pitched some sort of super cleanout service which I declined. He then took apart the under sink drain pipes (the p trap) and removed some food debris. He then pointed at some other pipes beyond the p trap and said his snake would not fit in them. He pitched a new set of pipes which he said he could clean out better with his snake device. Since our home is relatively new, this didn't make sense either since it seemed he should have the equipment to cope with a simple plumbing job. After about 25 minutes time, the charge was $329.

Update: One month later, the drain was plugged up again. We called our preferred plumbing company, Henson Plumbing, who spent the same amount of time, first inspected the cleanout access outside the house to narrow down the problem which the other guy had not even looked at, cleaned out all the pipes under the sink completely, gave us some good tips for maintaining our sink drains, and charged us $135.

Clearly we were taken by a person only interested in upselling services and padding his bill.

I called Flow Pro at about 9 AM because my water heater was leaking. They stated that they would have a plumber to my house between 2PM and 5 PM. I called back later in the day and requested an update. They stated between 4 PM and 7 PM because they were running late. I was okay with that because it was an emergency. The technician got here as promised. He looked at the water heater and said it needed to be replaced.. I was not surprised. The technician worked up a quote. Three thousand dollars. I was pretty shocked. I asked for a breakdown of the price. He refused to provide it. I asked how how much it would cost to install a water heater that I purchased. He said twelve hundred dollars. I asked him if the water heater that he was installing cost eighteen hundred dollars. He didn't know. I paid 89 dollars and sent him on his way.

These scoundrels need to be exposed. Jerry, the owner, changes your water report to 'Normal' when your water is 'Hard'. He won't take responsibility for his overpriced equipment that was installed. He said to me, 'Why are you the only one that complains?'. He shifts the problem to the client.
Flow Pro always says on the phone, 'We want you to be happy.' Well, we aren't. I didn't research this company before I hired them, as I usually do. Research, research and research.
