We have been using Flow Pro since 2019 when Jesse and company re-piped our house.
We just got a new toilet and it was installed on the same day along with a water pressure gauge.
We were given all the options and answered all of our questions.
The tank on the toilet was a bit wobbly but they came back and fixed it. Great service. Thank you.

Today, I learned that all the issues I have been having with my washer were a result of the whole house water filtration system not being properly bleed that I had purchased. As time passed, I started getting errors on my washing machine and eventually my washer just wouldn't work. When I took it apart I found carbon caked inside and it had clogged it. This is after I ran my bathtub for an hour after the technician left when the filtration system was installed. Super frustrating.

Price not competitive at all. I use them because my regular plumbing contractor is busy and it was an emergency. I Recommend to check with other competitors first before contacting them.

We had a water heater leak which caused significant damage at my home. The repairs included removal of the walls affected, water mitigation and restoration of the home structure.
While the repairs were completed, our new water heater (replaced under warranty) needed to be placed provisionally away from the area of construction, and moved to its original location once the repairs were completed. So we hire Flow Pro Plumbing.
From the initial consultation, the Flow Pro Plumbing team - Jesse, Kayla and Joshua were very professional, attentive and communicative. Every step along the process went smoothly.
Flow Pro Plumbing went above and beyond, facilitating the completion of the work at home. From taking care of requesting the replacement of our water heater under warranty, they made sure we got the same exact water heater we originally had. Joshua, our assigned technician performed a clean, neat and efficient job. A remarkable installation in the provisional water heater location as well as in its final location.
I read previous reviews about the cost of their services. We, in particular, paid in advance, BUT submitted the total cost of the repairs to our home insurance. We got reimbursed 100% for the services, except for their membership that we opted in for, and we did not expect, of course, the home insurance to pay for. So, all around we were ecstatic with the cost and services provided by Flow Pro Plumbing.
I highly recommend them.

After my emergency leak got repaired, I decided to have my plumbing re-done.
I've had a few minor leaks over the past 2 years and got tired of being nickel & dimed with repairs
The owner Jess presented a plan and pricing that included a NEW water heater. I found the price very reasonable.
From the Owner Jess to the service technicians (Hamza, Omar, & Josh) & Office staff (Kayla & Jasmine) I found them very competent & friendly
Hamza is the lead plumber, he took care of making sure the job went smoothly & all the ""T""s &!""I""s were crossed and dotted.
Can't say enough good things about Flow Pro.

Very responsive and easy to schedule, but that's where it ends.

Our tankless water heater had an error code that signaled the need for a cleaning. Cost for a cleaning? $300.00, but only $150'ish if I signed up for their membership.

The valve. The cold water valve had a damaged washer that the tech said is NOT sold in stores. The only solution was a new valve that was 580.00...for one valve!

Today I went to home depot and found a set (two brand new valve's) for $139.00. Oh, and I found the washer for $1.99. I spent almost $800.00 dollars for a valve and a cleaning.

I called today and asked to speak with a manager. Jesse should be calling me back. Hopefully he's able to make it right.

Great job! Hamza B did an excellent job from finding the leak, the possible issue causing the leak, explaining how he will repair it and fixing it. He answered any questions we had. We appreciate the time and effort he took. He certainly enjoys his job. Couldn't ask for any better.

Jesse, came out to assist us with clogged toilets, the problem was tree roots interfering with the sewer pipes from out house to the street. He cleared the pipes and gave us a few options to remedy the problem from returning. No pressure, highly informative and very professional. Will definitely use him for future jobs.

If you don't know what's wrong with your plumbing and have extra money to spend, these are you guys. Polite and pricey. Always looking to upsell. Personally I went to American plumbing instead, who did exactly what I needed with no surprises on the price.

I had an issue with a gas line. Called the same company I have done since 2018. The guy who came out, Hamza, was great. Informative, took his time explaining things that I wanted clarity on, respectful. Kayla was great too. Very good work done and very nice people to work with.
