I purchased a Halo water softener 2 years ago from Flow Pro. I started noticing a blue green residue being left on all my fixtures and a white film around the sink. This was never there when I had my previous water softener. I called Flow Pro, and the service guy tested the unit and said that everything was fine. He said that I need to change the fixtures in four of my sinks and one shower. This cost me another $5000. When I returned to look at the job the shower looked terrible only part of the fixtures were replaced. The technition said that the only thing I paid for was The shower head changed. I still have a rotted tubes and handles. To finish the job on the shower it will cost me another $3000. Flow Pro is a terrible company that doesn't stand by their product and charges an insane amount of money.

Joshua was great. He took the time to go over everything, provided options. He assessed the situation and was able to fix all of our cheap plastic valves from Seeno Homes. These cheap valves broke and flood our first floor. Joshua from Flow Pro was able to replace them with more reliable metal valves. Here are some before and after photos of the job. We heard about Flow Pro from a neighbor.

Not the greatest experience , Had an issue with my water heater. Flow pro sent over a technician to diagnose the issue in which they offered a plan & warranty for repairs, The repairs were made but again had to call next day for same issue.
Now they send another technician , to review previous technician diagnostics in which he invoice me for additional repairs .
Repairs were not done right first time, was informed that repairs for issue had a 1 year warranty .
They describe additional services/repairs , not sure why the first technician didn't correct the problem.
As this should has covered the warranty repairs
Next time I'll take my business elsewhere

Very expensive and it wasn't an emergency call three hours work for a main shut off valve in the wall of my condo cost me $950. Not even a union shop.

We have been using Flow Pro since 2019 when Jesse and company re-piped our house.
We just got a new toilet and it was installed on the same day along with a water pressure gauge.
We were given all the options and answered all of our questions.
The tank on the toilet was a bit wobbly but they came back and fixed it. Great service. Thank you.

Today, I learned that all the issues I have been having with my washer were a result of the whole house water filtration system not being properly bleed that I had purchased. As time passed, I started getting errors on my washing machine and eventually my washer just wouldn't work. When I took it apart I found carbon caked inside and it had clogged it. This is after I ran my bathtub for an hour after the technician left when the filtration system was installed. Super frustrating.

Price not competitive at all. I use them because my regular plumbing contractor is busy and it was an emergency. I Recommend to check with other competitors first before contacting them.

We had a water heater leak which caused significant damage at my home. The repairs included removal of the walls affected, water mitigation and restoration of the home structure.
While the repairs were completed, our new water heater (replaced under warranty) needed to be placed provisionally away from the area of construction, and moved to its original location once the repairs were completed. So we hire Flow Pro Plumbing.
From the initial consultation, the Flow Pro Plumbing team - Jesse, Kayla and Joshua were very professional, attentive and communicative. Every step along the process went smoothly.
Flow Pro Plumbing went above and beyond, facilitating the completion of the work at home. From taking care of requesting the replacement of our water heater under warranty, they made sure we got the same exact water heater we originally had. Joshua, our assigned technician performed a clean, neat and efficient job. A remarkable installation in the provisional water heater location as well as in its final location.
I read previous reviews about the cost of their services. We, in particular, paid in advance, BUT submitted the total cost of the repairs to our home insurance. We got reimbursed 100% for the services, except for their membership that we opted in for, and we did not expect, of course, the home insurance to pay for. So, all around we were ecstatic with the cost and services provided by Flow Pro Plumbing.
I highly recommend them.
