We have used Flow Pro Plumbing twice now and are 100% pleased with their services. Both times I called to schedule an appointment, Kayla has gotten us set up for same day service. Thank GOODness because when you need a plumber, chances are you need them ASAP (not in a few days, like our old plumber)!

I like how Flo Pro sends text message reminders. They send an initial text confirming your appointment, and then additional messages letting you know who to expect (which technician), and another when they are on the way to your home.

Our most recent plumber was Steve Goodnight and he was quick, courteous, and kind. Costs are reasonable and fair.

While I don't want to have to call them anytime soon, when we need a plumber we know where to go - FLOW PRO.

These guys are very professional and friendly. They came on time and let me know their ETA. They did a great job repairing the water heater. They also fixed the water faucet on the side of the house on a earlier visit. Both service technicians were professional and did a fantastic job! I will definitely use them again if needed.

Got a quote for a water heater replacement from another contractor I had done business with years ago, but their business morals went downhill when new owners came in. All I heard was a price completely out of reason and a sales job that included how I could pay with low monthly payments that stretched out into infinity.
So, I went on Yelp and saw Flow Pro's great reviews and gave them a call. They were straight forward, explained their pricing, and showed up on time. It was a positive experience and they did a quality job at a very reasonable price!

Excellent work, customer service and price. Received three different quotes to replace a corroded copper pipe and Flow Pro was easily the best price. Keelen came out and provided friendly and knowledgeable customer service. He went above and beyond to explain everything and also checked other areas of the house to make sure all the plumbing looked okay for no extra charge. He was efficient and high quality with his work. Highly recommend Flow Pro and Keelen based on this experience.

I called them first thing in the morning, she got me in by 4pm, great! Tech shows up, he is nice, goes out to his truck to get his machine. 15 min later it's all cleared up, Sweet. He tells me it's $150 because they have a extra charge for the ""Big Machine"" WOW we had it done before for $92.00. Oh well it's fixed. 2 days later it's backed up again! I call and they tell me they would have to charge me again, I was stunned! Two days! I'm pissed she says she would check with the owner... I told her ""you have 30 minutes or I'll have to call someone else. They never called back, called another plumber, $95 bucks later it's fixed & he says 30 day warranty!

Flow Pro responded with a quick appointment. They were courteous and provided good explanation and advice. Charged by the hour, but when it only took a fraction of that hour they only charged me that fraction of the cost. I would definitely use them for future projects or problems.

I had a slight emergency with a water leak under my sink due to another company's mess up. And mess up is saying it nicely. I called Flow Pro because my usual plumber was unavailable. Flow Pro said they could have someone out within two hours. John (from North Dakota) showed up early and began working right away. Although there were several mess ups (NOT John's fault at all), John continued to work hard. The mess up from the other company caused what could have been an hour long fix into three hours. This small job ended up being a big headache but John was adamant he get it done right. Thank you, John for making it right.

I called yesterday to request service, they scheduled a visit the same day, came by and fixed my issue super quick, collected payment and left.

Just a great company to work with, they were upfront about costs and diagnosis, had great communication, and we're polite and personable.

John from Flow Pro Plumbing arrived on time as scheduled and was a true professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it within my budget and recommended other options to keep problem from getting worse. He was also able to do a quick fix on our kitchen sink.
He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. My wife and I really appreciated the communications with the office regarding email and text updates which included a photograph of who was arriving at our home to do the job.

I will use Flow Pro Plumbing in the future and will request John to do the job.
