I appreciated the detailed photos of the before and after showing what they had done to resolve the issue and Alberto who did the work super professional and patient with all the questions we asked. Great experience! Just before a holiday weekend, we lost access to hot water and Connor was extremely responsive. He and his tech came out quickly and repaired the problem (we have radiant heat and not many plumbers know how to work with our system). Great communication and quality of work. and he and his tech came out quickly, Highly recommend.

Connor from Flow Masters has saved me twice from a dying home heat system in cold conditions so far this fall and winter.

Both times, he went out of his way to secure parts on short notice. In fact, I'm writing this on Christmas Eve, when he came out at 8am to fix my boiler which died two days ago, leaving my home frigid (okay, by SF standards, but still!).

Beyond his skill, he's just super nice and easy to work with.

I used them in March, and should have written this earlier. I would advise making sure u know their rates and what they propose to do. Our tub leaked and it turned out the plumber needed a part to test the drain, and had to,leave to go get it since it wasn't in his truck. Turned out he couldn't fix the problem (understandable, it was the tub, not the drain) but wow, the charge was the hourly rate of $250, for 11/2 hours due to the trip to get the needs part, so $375! No break for me in light of the fact that he couldn't fix it!

One of our hydronic radiant heating zones stopped working. Flow Masters Plumbing was highly recommended by Pace Plumbing Supplies, which was where our original plumber bought our radiant heating system. Pace also provided some install consultation to our original plumber.

Connor, who serviced our radiant heat system, was very friendly, professional and showed up with a mask on (for Covid prevention). He found the problem very quickly, addressed it and also took a quick inspection of the system to make sure everything looked good including sending a scope into the embedded pipe to make sure hot/warm water is being distributed throughout the zone. It's nice to have our heat back!
We're very happy with the service provided and will definitely contact them again for future service needs.
