He did a thorough inspection, gave a clear picture of the various problems and offered both a replacement and repair solution. I received a quote from the company within an hour of his visit! Pipe under kitchen sink sprung a leak on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving around 5:30 pm. Called a plumber we'd used before; they answered but kept hanging up on me. Then I remembered Flow Masters, which had serviced our condo before as well. Connor answered right away, was his usual cheery and friendly self, and arranged for us to be serviced the next morning at 8 am.

Willie arrived on time the next morning, was friendly and efficient, and took care of another minor issue for us (no extra charge).

We've used many plumbers in S.F. over the years, with spotty results. Flow Masters is our top choice from now on!

Flow Masters was referred to us as part of our driveway pavement project. It was a good opportunity to replace the ancient sewer lines. Conor was prompt in giving us an estimate of the job involved. The project team worked under a very short time frame and cleared our installation with the City on the second day. Conor was always courteous and informative. We got detailed pictures of the pipes under the driveway for documentation.

With backup in our sink and poor drainage out of our washer I knew we had a problem. I called Flow Masters in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon - thank goodness! It took several attempts to track the backup point but they found a huge problem with pipe connections that had stopped the flow of toilet paper. They corrected the connections & increased the pipe diameter and we're good to go! The team was professional, polite, kept us informed and were really tidy. I highly recommend Flow Masters.

Great experience! Just before a holiday weekend, we lost access to hot water and Connor was extremely responsive. He and his tech came out quickly and repaired the problem (we have radiant heat and not many plumbers know how to work with our system). Great communication and quality of work. and he and his tech came out quickly, Highly recommend.
