My htp Phoenix high efficiency water heater stopped working at the start of the cold snap, disabling my underfloor radiant heat and household hot water. Tired of service techs that did not know about my equipment, I contacted the manufacturer, which put me in touch with the regional sales distributor. Steve at Action Sales, quickly put me in touch with Conner at Flow Masters. Conner arranged to come down and check out my problem the next day. He diagnosed the problem as incorrect installation by the original contractor. They had simply failed to protect the air intake vent from the rain. Moist air had been blowing into the fan and burn unit, eventually causing the fan unit to seize. Water was also leaking from around the the burner chamber, so I decided to replace rather than repair the existing water heater. The technician Beto, came down the next day to start prep work. The new boiler was installed during the next 3 days.

I can't say enough good things about everyone involved in this chain of events. The manufacturer and sales rep were very quick to connect me to Flow Masters. Conner was very knowledgeable about the products and candid about the risks of repair or replace. Beto was prompt, courteous, very respectful of my property. Everyday before leaving, he would clean up his work area. The new system was seamlessly mated into the existing plumbing. He also is in possession of some wonderful professional tools. Beto really put in the extra effort to bring up my hot water as soon as possible. The new tankless boiler works so much better than the old system. Beto also took the time to explain the system to me, the changes he made, and importantly, the maintenance required.

My tankless water heater stopped working and I contacted the manufacturer and they referred me to Conor at Flow Masters. Conor came out to assess my situation and had Alberto scheduled to come and service my tankless water heater the very next morning. Alberto did an amazing job. He diagnosed the problems both with the tankless water heater and the exhaust and fixed everything that day. I'm super grateful and appreciate Alberto's work and Conor for making this happen.

My radiant heat system had some zones that were not working and they replaced some valves of some sort. What a relief ! Finally we have heat all the way through the house.. my kids are super happy! They also did a maintenance on my boiler and said I should really be done once a year. Seemed like a good crew. I'm planning to get them back every year now to service my system.

Pipe under kitchen sink sprung a leak on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving around 5:30 pm. Called a plumber we'd used before; they answered but kept hanging up on me. Then I remembered Flow Masters, which had serviced our condo before as well. Connor answered right away, was his usual cheery and friendly self, and arranged for us to be serviced the next morning at 8 am.

Willie arrived on time the next morning, was friendly and efficient, and took care of another minor issue for us (no extra charge).

We've used many plumbers in S.F. over the years, with spotty results. Flow Masters is our top choice from now on!

Flow Masters was referred to us as part of our driveway pavement project. It was a good opportunity to replace the ancient sewer lines. Conor was prompt in giving us an estimate of the job involved. The project team worked under a very short time frame and cleared our installation with the City on the second day. Conor was always courteous and informative. With backup in our sink and poor drainage out of our washer I knew we had a problem. I called Flow Masters in the morning and they arrived in the afternoon - thank goodness! It took several attempts to track the backup point but they found a huge problem with pipe connections that had stopped the flow of toilet paper. They corrected the connections & increased the pipe diameter and we're good to go! The team was professional, polite, kept us informed and were really tidy. I highly recommend Flow Masters.
