Ileana, our co-founder is a degree holder of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Prior to, launching Florida Palm, Ileana was employed in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the local market. Ileana's experience in Environmental Engineering has been instrumental to the growth of Florida Palm.

As the leader, Ileana manages all construction management and plumbing services. She is highly active in the South Florida community, having held a position on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an involved member of various organizations within the field. She has driven expansions in commercial departments and is a dedicated owner of this small business enterprise.
