Our founder, Ileana is a degree holder of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Before, co-founding Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the local market. This experience in Environmental Engineering has been crucial to the development of Florida Palm.

As the President, Ileana supervises all building management and plumbing services. She is highly active in the South Florida local community, having held a position on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an active member of various groups within the industry. She has led expansions in government departments and is a proud owner of this women-owned business enterprise.
