Ileana, our co-founder is a degree holder of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Prior to, starting Florida Palm, Ileana was employed in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the local market. This experience in Environmental Engineering has been crucial to the development of Florida Palm.

As the President, Ileana manages all construction management and plumbing services. She is highly active in the South Florida community, having served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an engaged member of various associations within the sector. She has driven expansions in business departments and is a dedicated owner of this minority-owned business enterprise.
