Ileana is a graduate of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Prior to, starting Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the Florida market. Ileana's experience in Environmental Engineering has been instrumental to the success of Florida Palm.

As President, Ileana supervises all construction management and plumbing services. She is actively involved in the South Florida community, having participated on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an engaged member of various associations within the field. She has driven expansions in commercial departments and is a dedicated owner of this women-owned business enterprise.
