Our founder, Ileana is a graduate of Yale University with a focus in Environmental Studies. Before, launching Florida Palm, Ileana had a career in Environmental Engineering, primarily in the local market. Her experience in Environmental Engineering has been crucial to the growth of Florida Palm.

As President, Ileana manages all construction operations and plumbing tasks. She is deeply engaged in the South Florida community, having served on the Board of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and being an engaged member of various organizations within the sector. She has driven expansions in government departments and is a proud owner of this women-owned business enterprise.
