I can't comment on their work because I ended up not working with them but their customer service was lackluster. I contacted them and was asked for my information for them to contact me. I exchanged a few texts and I was told a technician would call me to give me a quote. I never received a call even after I texted them again to inquiry about it. I ended up hiring a different plumbing company that actually followed up.

chris did a great job today. the kitchen sink garbage disposal wasn't working when he arrived and now it's working perfectly. chris was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient. He got the job done and we appreciate the great service we always get when we call Flood Brothers!

We had a leak. Chris came by on Saturday and stopped said leak. On top of that he was nice, complimented our dog and followed COVID protocols. I hope we don't need Chris' services again soon but it's nice to know that we have a go-to plumber to call.

This is one of the fastest and most honorable companies I have called in so long. We were asked to call a water restoration company by our insurance to make sure a small leak we had under our sink didn't cause any more permanent damage. They came out so quick and the agent Chris was so fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and fast. He was also wearing a mask the whole time and very professional which I appreciate so much because I have an autoimmune. He explained there was no severe damage and gave us some quick tips to help us get out any residual water if we still had concerns by buying a dehumidifier and placing it under our sink where we had the little leak and he let us know the reason one of the faucets had no pressure was the last plumber had turned it off under the sink! The previous plumbers really led us to believe we had so much wrong they needed to fix and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and they were really aggressively pressuring us, but in fact they had caused what was wrong! Money is so tight because of covid and the losses to our business. This company prevented us from being completely taken advantage of by the first company we had called and we are so truly grateful to them and to the agent Chris that came out. It is so rare to find companies you can really really trust anymore and I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! The agent was so nice and so helpful and they even came out for free which is practically unheard of anymore and makes me feel like you can trust them even more. We will never use another plumbing company ever again. Flood Brothers impressed us so much they are our go to plumbing and restoration company forever!! We only wish we had found them years ago when we first moved here. Thank you so much Flood Brothers and Chris for all of your help! You are truly our plumbing heroes!
