The water started backing up when I ran the dish washer, so I called Flood Brothers. While the man on the phone was going to send somebody out, at night and charge a fairly substantial fee (which I thought was their standard fee), I got a call from the plumber Phillip who said that if I waited till the next day I would only pay the service charge. So of course I waited as it wasn't an emergency. The problem was a small clog which Phillip took care of in a minute and then he actually waived the service charge since he was in the area. I am more than grateful and I will definitely call Flood Brothers next time (and ask for Phillip).

Philip and Brendan were a dynamic duo, in the most positive way! They came out not only once, but twice to analyze the situation, and they didn't charge at all for the two visits. They came out a third time to start the process in resolving the issue and were very honest about taking it step by step. Will def use them again and will be recommending them to many others!

I scheduled a service to clear a clogged drain and due to miscommunication on my part, I missed them. I thought they wouldn't want to come back out but they were HAPPY to! I have never had a more AMAZING experience. Tracy was prompt, polite, knowledgable and took care of my clogged drain in a few minutes. I live in a large condo complex and I asked if he could give me his opinion on a water temperature issue I and a few neighbors are having and he was happy to weigh in on that - free of charge! Brandon S. was great. He called about 20 mins prior to arrival. He was quickly able to identify the the issue and the fix needed. I was worried as we knew there was a large possibly he'd have to punch a hole in the wall to access the problem, but he worked diligently to solve the problem through the original pipe opening into the shower saving us over $800. I highly recommend Flood Brothers and will use them in the future.

Jerry is just the best. I had to write again to say so. After 20 years we finally found a great plumber so we had him come fix a laundry list of things. He came back a few times and took so much care and effort to make sure everything was right. Our bathroom countertop / sink / faucet had been cut and installed incorrectly, but Jerry found a way to make it work without us having to replace the sink or countertop. He went under our house to locate the pipe rattling that had been driving us crazy and making us nervous. He is honest and cares to understand the actual issue and fix what is causing the problem rather than putting a band-aid on a symptom. We love him and will call him for all our plumbing needs.

Flood brothers to the rescue! One random day, our house started smelling like a sewer, and after working with another plumber who I didn't like for several days, just to still have the problem, we called Flood Brothers. Mike showed up and was honest and transparent with me on the situation. He called the smell ""devil farts"" and said his middle name happens to be Devil Fart Assassin. True to his name, him and his team diagnosed a bizarre situation (negligent work by a previous contractor) and solved the problem. His teams were polite, efficient and always had great communication with me. Mike was always here to check up on the work after to make sure everything looked good, unlike the other plumbers. Plumbing problems are difficult and expensive, so if you are having issues make sure you hire someone who will do the job right. Just call the Flood Brothers save yourself time and hassle.

Desperately needed a plumber that could come out immediately. Called around and Flood Brothers came out within hours. Tracy was professional, personable and suggested a not too expensive fix to see if that would solve the issue before having to resort to a more expensive solution. Appreciated Tracy's advice and wise counsel. Highly recommend Flood Brothers!

Brandon from Flood Brothers Plumbing was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of our multiple issues we called him out for. Definitely recommend him and I will be using Flood Brothers again in the future if plumbing issues arise.
