In our attempt to get a beer and wine license, we were required to install a urinal in one of the bathrooms of our restaurant. What a fiasco that turned out to be! The LADBS complicated everything in such a way and scared away one plumber after another. 2 years and 8, (YES, 8!!) plumbers later, Jerry with Flood Brothers stepped in and was able to make it happen! He came highly recommended, provided excellent communication and did exactly what he said he was going to do in a timely, professional manner. Jerry is always easy to get a hold of, does not waste my time making me wait around for him, and gives me quick solutions with long-lasting results. He has done everything from minor faucet leaks to fixing rattling pipes in my crawlspace to a full sewer line repair leading up to the city's sewer. His estimates are reasonable and his work is terrific. Most importantly, if we have a real problem that needs a fix FAST, he always makes time for us. I am under the impression that this concierge-type service is not just reserved for our family, but for all of his customers.

I have used Flood Brothers for a few years. I was selling my old house so Jerry came out to fix a few things and make sure my pipe out to the street would pass inspection. Then when I bought my new house Jerry came out and fixed some of the less than standard work the prior owners had done. He has also took a lot of time and effort fixing my waterless heater which was good of him because he didn't install it. He has been to the house a few times since we moved in, he is always on time, kind and professional.
