I had a running toilet issue that was costing me a lot of money, and on top of that, the water valve (angle stop) was broken, too. After calling a few plumbers that I didn't go with (neighbor recommendations), I would up Googling Flood Brothers and my gut told me to go with them. I am glad I did. From the time I called them and spoke with Daniel, to the actual work done by Brandon, the communication, attention to health & safety and detail was second to none. Brandon wore a mask, gloves and booties on his shoes. He checked the job after complete, asked me to double-check, and then made sure all the water pressure in the house was fine after turning the water back on. This company cares about who you are and what they do. I hope I don't have another issue, but if I do, I know who to call and so should you.

Flood Brothers Plumbing has just become my go-to plumber. Yesterday around 3 p.m., my main water regulator went out. My pressure was way too high and I was on the verge of having a pipe about to burst. I was worried as hell because it was a Friday afternoon, I had to turn my water off and my regular plumber wasn't even available until Monday!

So I called Flood Brothers Plumbing and in barely an hour, one of the technicians--Brendan Lee--and his crew were on the job. In less than three hours from the time I first called, the job was finished. It was amazing!

Our garbage disposal seemed to die, so I called Flood Brothers and the dispatch connected me with Giulio almost immediately. After sending him texts of what kind of disposal we have, he waited in line at his supplier for an hour during the coronavirus crisis to get a new one. When he arrived, to install the new disposal, it turned out that my current one was just clogged and he didn't even charge me for the trip! What an amazing experience in customer service. Also, Giulio came in a mask, gloves, and plastic booties fully complying with the important co-vid virus guidelines. Flood Brothers has set the standard in my mind for customer service. Truly a GREAT company.

Prompt service and careful to wear protective gear in our home. Woke up and there was a pool of water on our bathroom floor. After a failed attempt to fix ourselves, and a call to our usual plumber who told us he wasn't doing house calls during the covid-19 quarantine, we called Flood Brothers. They had us video call to assess the problem and then were able to get Guilio to or house that day, which was excellent since we couldn't turn the water on until this was fixed. He had our sink fixed right away and even came back to fix a different leak the next day and cut us a break since he had just been there and it was a quick fix. Super glad he was able to work so quickly and was very careful about wearing a mask, gloves, and booties in our home. Thanks Guilio!

My primary contact, Brendon Lee, goes above and beyond to make sure I am in the loop at all times and is ridiculously responsive. I could not ask for a better partner in trying to make sense of the massive amount of plumbing work our old building has needed and I feel secure in the knowledge that I will always get a fair, honest price and high quality work done. Also, and this is an especially nice touch, when a technician is on the way they send a photo of who's coming - which really put me at ease the first time we used them. Highly, highly recommend!

Our bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and we didn't know what to do and couldn't turn off the water for our whole building. Jerry was able to locate a faucet that would work just by a photo we sent and be at our apt to fix it within an hour. So thankful otherwise the water would have had to run all night long! He was very nice, professional, informative, and fixed the problem so quickly. Will definitely be calling Jerry for future plumbing issues for sure!
