I always have a great experience with Flood Brothers. They are friendly, communicative and always responsive. Recently, my earthquake valve needed to be reset and the pilot light on my hot water heater was not functioning. I called Flood Brothers and one of their service techs James immediately called me back and said he would do everything he could to get fit me in to his packed schedule and he did. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue to get my heater back up and running and did not even charge me. Love the customer service here. I recommend them for all of your plumbing needs whether large or small as they previously repaired a leak in our bathroom that we have had no issues with since. Thanks James and Flood Brothers!

Short notice minor emergency: pilot light problems on the water heater! I didn't discover the issue until around 4:30 and it was well after 5 by the time I ran out of my own solutions. But you know, we gotta have our hot water in the morning! So I messaged Flood Brothers through Yelp, they responded within 25 minutes. I reviewed the problem over the phone, they quoted me a fair after hours rate, and their guy Phil arrived in an hour. Phil examined the problem and proceeded to finesse the mechanical box with his many years of experience with old GE water heaters. Got it lit and warming water within fifteen minutes. A total pro. Highly recommended.

Phil from Flood Brothers was incredible. They rearranged some appointments so they could come day-of as it was an emergency, and turned out they could come 4 hours before the scheduled time, which was even better. Phil couldn't have been nicer, was super clear, let us know our fix today was under warranty, and gave us a fair quote to repair some damaged pipes. Giulio & Anthony are the BEST! They diagnosed the problem quickly, told me about the options and were honest when they realized the job would be much easier than projected and therefore less expensive for me. Had some miscommunication at first with our landlord contacting the plumber first, but the company was super helpful and professional in sorting that out and rescheduling. Flood Brothers are the best! I had a clogged pipe and it was difficult to find someone who would work in condo buildings. Luckily Giulio and Anthony came to the rescue with their big snake and got the crud out of my pipe! I also appreciate that they came early and wore masks and booties. Again, this company is great and I'd use them again if needed.

I contacted them for a non-urgent issue. They came the next business day at noon to provide a free estimate and had the issue fixed by 1pm.

A previous handyman told me that the issue could not be fixed. After a few months of tolerating the problem, I decided to get a second opinion. I was expecting it to be a costly repair.

The person I spoke to correctly identified the issue over the phone, but they still sent someone out to survey my shower and provide a free estimate. Once he assessed the issue and I agreed to the price, he went out to get the part and returned for the repair/replacement. It was much quicker and cheaper than I was expecting. By the time I moved my laptop and charger to my living room, Brandon had fixed the issue! This was a few months ago, and everything is still holding up. I wish I would have called them sooner!
