Horrible follow up and customer service. They do not show up for appointments and never call to advise their clients of this. I will be looking elsewhere for a reliable septic company. Shame on you for not caring when we cancelled for your shortcomings as well.

The most horrible business experience in recent memory. I called on 7/17 to schedule a pump, inspection, and line scope. Was told that they were about 3 days out to being able to see me. I wanted to schedule for Monday, 7/24. After talking to their specialist I was told that he would get it set up and call me right back. Silence.....called him back the next day to find out what was going on. He sent me a questionnaire that I filled out and sent back within about an hour of receiving it. Silence....called back the next day to find out what was going on with my appointment. He told me that he would talk to his guys and call me right back . Silence... After not hearing back on Friday or over the weekend, I call back at 9:30 am Monday morning to find out if they are coming out to do work. He says ""I tried to call you but your phone says out of service."" I say, ""I've been talking to my realtor, the appraiser, the home inspector, and my wife, but you are the only one who can't get through? No pumping on Monday, but rescheduled for between noon and 2pm on Tuesday, No show on Tuesday. They called at 2pm to say that they were behind and would be able to be there until 7pm. No show at 7pm. I get a all at 7:30 pm saying that their truck broke down and they wouldn't be able to make it. I fired them on the phone and told the receptionist that this was the worst, most unprofessional experience. She says ""Sir please stop talking to me like that"".....WTH. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!

do not contact this company.... i will be filing a complaint with bbb and the attorney generals office. i called sunday to tell them that are alarm went off and we needed someone to come to our home. we have two disabled children and need our system serviced. they set an appointment for monday at 2 and said the tech would call us 30 minutes before coming to our home. we called at 1:29 and was told they would be here between 1 and 5 (totally different story). we called again at 4:18 and was told that they are coming... again no show. we called again 6:26 and spoke to a rude guy that said ""we will be there before 10pm"" i said but it will be dark, he said ""we work in the dark""... we then got a call from them at 8:17 a lady this time, she said that the tech was busy digging a 3 foot hole and that he is ""the only tec on duty"" and that they will try to come out ---- home owner took off work all day for them and they did not show --- they should pay him for his lost time and fix and pump the tanks for free...

So I called in a Thursday afternoon to have a tank pumped out. I was told they would be out the next morning. LIE! They asked if I wanted to pay then over the phone, or the driver. I opted to pay the driver. He only takes cash or check. The driver moreover cannot provide you with a receipt. Then after showing up after 530pm. He was in a hurry to leave. After he pumped the tank, and after he gave me a receipt that he hand wrote on a scrap of paper he had in his truck, he sat in front of my house for about 20 minutes. This company is beyond disappointing, how they manage to keep the doors open and the lights on should be given to Robert Stack. If you need a service like this in the greater south Pierce County, call Vactec, he's more money, but he's worth it. Lesson learned.

Beware do not use this business. They are not honest and will charge you for services not done. Their policy is to lie and say that their is something wrong so they can take your money. Find another company.

Do NOT use this company. First time owning a rental with a septic tank so I was a newbie to septic problems. I got a call from my renter stating that his toilets were no longer flushing and he was getting sewage backup in the tub. I called flohawk to see what was going on and what they could do to help. I was told that the tank was probably full and would need to be pumped. Fine. Someone went out and pumped it. That night I got another call from my renter indicating that the problem had not been fixed. I called flohawk again and was told that the tech made a note that there might be an issue with the drain field but that they wouldn't know unless I paid an additional $300 to have someone run a snake from the house to the tank to see if that was the problem. Someone went out AGAIN, snaked the plumbing and that didn't work so I called flohawk again and was told that it was my definitely my drain field and that someone would call me to arrange a day to go out there and look at it. Two weeks later...still no call. I called another company and someone got back to me with an estimate the next day. I will NEVER use FloHawks or recommend them to anyone. They basically STOLE $855 from me and didn't fix ANYTHING.

This is the second time we have tried to use FloHawks. They gave us a four hour window both times and then never bothered to show up. The first time, I called and they were completely unapologetic, we had to wait another three hours after our scheduled appointment time. The second time, my husband scheduled the service before I could remind him not to go with this company. They again gave us a four hour window, it was in the afternoon. That morning my husband called them to tell them how to get in the house. The guy on the phone said, ""Oh, we may not be able to get there during the scheduled time, we will get there tonight"". They never bothered to show up, when my husband called, they said their driver couldn't be on the road any longer so they would get there two days later in the afternoon.. Please do not waste your time with this company, they don't care about you or your schedule.

My scheduled appointment was between 1 and 4 PM. They called at 2:30 to say they were running late and it would be late afternoon before they could come out. I called at 6 PM to ask if they were still coming and they said yes they were finishing a job and then they would be out. They then called at 7:45 and said that they were on their way. It is now 9 PM and they still haven't shown I finally had to call and cancel and all they could say was sorry.

BEWARE!!!!! COMPANY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE!!! This company is writing fraudulent reports saying that septic pump systems are failing and requiring that it be repaired or they will file with the county it is deficient!!! A flowhawk guy showed up at our house to do an inspection told us everything was good to go and he would file with the county. Mind you this is a 1.5 year old system as we just had the house built 1.5 years ago!! After not filing the report we continued to reach out because of a fee the county will place if not done in time. All a sudden a second man shows up at our house today saying he is checking to make sure the guy before did everything correctly. We later get an email saying our pump is totally shot and we need a new pump. We contacted the people who installed our pump and they checked it and said it is in perfect working order!! That they have heard FLowhawks is doing this to get people to replace pumps with them and clearly using scare tactics saying they will report it to the county it's defective if we don't get it fixed. Well we now are taking things into our own hands!! We have reported them to the county and will be making sure EVERYONE knows about this SCAM they are trying to pull!!!! DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!! THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS TRYING TO DECEIVE PEOPLE!!!

Do not use this company!!! We believe FloHawks plumbing charged an exorbitant charge during a scheduled repair in the amount of $935.05 for 2 hours of work. FloHawks was asked to replace two(2) toilet inserts in our upstairs bathrooms. The FloHawks employee assessed the problem. He then proceeded to inform my spouse that the parts were not on his truck therefore, he had to drive to McClendon's Hardware to purchase the items. Upon return, he completed the repair job satisfactorily. Our main complaint is three-fold: 1) The FloHawks employee did not provide a estimated cost of repairs to my spouse so we could shop around if we found their estimate not agreeable, and (2) The FloHawks employee overcharged for the repair by adding the time of travel, 2 hours, from our home to McClendon's Hardware to purchase the required items, and (3) given the repair job it should not have taken 4 hours to make this repair. The total charge for the repair was $935.05. Within this bill, $699 of the charge was for the total time spent at our locations and the trip to McClendon's Hardware, which I vehemently disagree with. I called the store 3 times and spoke to an individual named Joe. Joe agreed with me that the charges seemed exorbitant for the repair that was required. Joe promised to raise my issue up with upper management. I conducted two other follow up calls - no one from FloHawks has contacted me to discuss this dispute in detail. I believe FloHawks acted inappropriately by over-charging for the required repair.
