Beyond happy with how quickly Jim came and fixed our problem. He was professional and easily rectified our issue.
Would absolutely call them again...I just hope I don't need to

I bought a house recently with the knowledge that FloHawks had just replaced the septic pump. Not less than a week later I found the alarm going off. After much research I found they installed a pump that was on the low end of the rating and brought this to their attention. After more than a month of stalling and unreturned phone calls, they refused to put in the pump that the design called for. I guess $3,000 doesn't include fixing errors or customer service. Not recommended!!!

GREAT Customer Service!! We have had very positive experiences with Flohawks several times. In fact, I'm shocked to see anything less than great reviews here. Flohawks is the large company that acts like a small, personal company. The first time I called, i assumed they would not be super knowledgeable about the in/outs of septic systems in rural areas. But their entire team, from Kevin Elbert (who manages things from behind the scenes and gets the right techs, but is clearly in the role because he knows so much as well) to the individual techs who have come out (Matt and Mark), have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and effective!
They leave things clean, they explain everything to me, the answer emails and phone calls right away, they follow up after to make sure things are going okay. Having worked in customer service before myself, this isn't accidental. This is a company that clearly works on ensuring a good customer experience.
I had to call Flohawks again today for another unrelated problem -and while I hate that I have the problem, it is so comforting to know that they will be able to quickly and reliably help. I also appreciate that a septic system has both plumbing and electrical components and they are able to handle both easily...something the other company we were working with could not.
Pricing also seems fair, but I don't have a lot to compare it to. I just know that they are upfront about costs and have tried to do simple (less costly) fixes before trying huge costly fixes. I appreciate that.
Thank you, Flohawks.

We recently had to have some work done by the company. We have had dealings with a number of septic companys over the years and FloHawks has been the most professional. The stand behind their services and do what it takes to make things right, not common in companies this day.

This is the most dishonest, incompetent, useless company in the industry. Not one thing they said came to pass. Price, when they'd show up, what they would do, and when they say anything don't believe them. They are scam artists. They will trap you so BE WARNED! THIS WILL COST YOU DEARLY! I had seven different people tell me completely different things. People never showed up. When they did they couldn't fix one problem. You will pay for them to learn, not well, and then you'll pay thousands of dollars. And no guarantees.

This how Flowhawks left our yard after 6 weeks of having 3 holes in our yard. I would not recommend this company for anything at all they are horrible.

We had this company empty our septic tank years ago (it's time for it to be emptied again) and we never said anything about this to them cause we figured it's a cheap fix. Anyway they broke the concrete cover for our septic tank and now it's broken into multiple different pieces and is letting water leak into the foundation of my home resulting in it sinking! i'm already gonna have to pay almost triple what i paid for my tank to be emptied to fix this company's issue! I'm not happy with this!!

Terrible experience. Do not call these guys. Had them come out and test my system because the alarm was going off. The guy that came out was troubleshooting the problem for over two hours. He admitted he was not too knowledgeable about electrical. Then on hour 3 I heard him on the phone talking to another tech that was telling him how to troubleshoot the pump. It was a simple ohm test to check for continuity. Found out the pump windings were bad. A simple test that takes 5 minutes. Instead I get charged $600 because the tech wasn't knowledgable about his job. No one should be charged $200+/hr when the tech doesn't have a clue. I then get an estimate for $3300 to install a new $1500 pump you can get at your favorite box hardware store. That's on top of the troubleshooting. Next I notice on the receipt that they were trying to charge double tax! This was almost another $300 on top of the already $300. Quite the scam going. They didnt get that past me though. Finally on top of all that they spilled primer on my $1000 yard lawn curbing (it's one long continuous piece). The stuff doesn't come off and is permanently stained with dark blue drips right near the front door.
Tldr: warning! These guys are there to take as much $$$ from you as possible. Techs don't have a clue. Shotty messy work. You will pay for their lack of knowledge. Either that or they are intentionally killing time just to charge more. Possible tax scam.

The main shutoff valve in my house broke in the closed position. I've done quite a bit of plumbing but have never dealt with either the main at the street or the main in the house so figured it was safer to have a pro do it as he'd be aware of issues I might not and would be prepared to fix anything that went really wrong.
When he arrived, he asked if I'd been told the prices. I said no so he told me $249 for the first half hour, $200 per hour after.
Since I just needed one valve replaced (2 cuts, two solders, one valve) I figured a half hour should be plenty... so fine.
First 'attempt' failed (and took way longer than half an hour). Both of his solder joints leaked. So, he started all over. He didn't charge me for the extra parts, but the parts are nothing compared to the extra $400 in labor he charged to fix his failure.
So, had a reasonably priced, skilled plumber came out, it probably should have cost less than $100 total and my final bill to solder 2 sides of one valve was over $900.

I've been using FloHawks for all my real estate septic transactions & for personal plumbing jobs & for the most part they've been good. Expensive yes & sometimes doesn't come within the window but all stuff you can work with. Recently my elderly father had a clogged sink. Had FloHawks come out they snaked the drain we paid they left.
Fast forward 3 weeks later my dad calls me to tell me the sink is clogged again & he's hardly used it since it's been fixed. How water only doing down the drain. I call FloHawks back & get nothing but a rude jerk on the line. Telling me it's our fault because we're putting Grease down the drain & because we didn't put a degreaser down the drain like they told us. The guy told us to use degreaser 2 times a year for maintenance it had been 3 weeks.
And there has been no grease down the drain since it has been fixed. Basically FloHawks said it worked when they left so it's on us not them. After calling back & getting a nicer gal on the line we seemed to have a meeting of the minds on if FloHawks come back out & they pull more Grease out then this is on FloHawks & if not we pay again. Asked her if they could put a camera scope down the line to make sure it was clear for sure before they leave again. Nope she says you'll have to pay 425. For the scope your the plumbers you should leave a job knowing you repaired the problem. You guys suck Your service sucks. I'll never use you guys again period. I'll find a new septic company that has some integrity & cares about their customers. We called Mr Rooter & ended up canceling FloHawks from even coming out again. Truth be told you don't even deserve the 1 star.
