Called them at 9pm after finding we had a leaky pipe in our attic and they didn't have to answer the phone that late, but they took my call and even asked if we needed them to come out right away. Out of human decency I declined but asked their availability and surprising to me they had availability the very next morning. Their plumber showed up right on time with a good attitude and professional manner even though he knew he was about to crawl through an attic filled with blown out insulation to find a leak and repair it. The tech was very personable and quick at making the repairs and was honest when he charged me less than what we were originally quoted over the phone which is greatly appreciated as a consumer and can be admired as someone who manages a retail business. I will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone who needs plumbing repairs and hopefully don't have to use them again but if I ever need a plumber they will be my first and only call from here on out. They've definitely earned a long term customer.

Arrived at my house and provided a quote for a leak that I had. I thought the price was fair, so I scheduled a time for Juan to return, and actually do the job. He then proceeded to no show, and stopped responding to my calls/texts. I ended up using a different plumber, who ended up being half the cost!

Had a bathtub leak and decided to rebuild the shower. Went through about 7 quotes and decided to go with Juan at Flo Star since he was very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. Best decision I ever made. He installed tub in reasonable time and had his team lay tile and reinstall all plumbing! What really impressed me was the attention to detail!! Juan and Rodolfo with Flo Star plumbing came out to take care of a leak we had with our landscape plumbing. They did a great job taking care of the issue and replacing what needed to be replaced/repaired. We plan on hiring them for some other future work. We used Flo Star for our first slab leak . Juan The owner seemed trustworthy. Called him for our second slab leak 10 months later and this time he made up this whole story that the leak is coming from our kitchen (bigger job) with out using his detection machine. Thank god we had a second opinion for that one since it was going to cost so much (7k) . Our second opinion used the detection equipment for about 45 min and told us there was no leak coming from the kitchen and only behind the downstairs bathroom sink. Our second opinion saved us $6300. Juan is a good talker/sales don't let him trick you.
