Had a leaking Reverse Osmosis system. I asked for quotes and Juan responded with a quote and his plan of action. I scheduled the job. It was not an emergency as I had shut the water off.

Juan messaged me to set a time. He called to let me know he was running late. No problem. I'm flexible.

The dreaded kitchen drain clogged hit us this morning and the usual attempts at clearing them ourselves was unsuccessful. The business responded within minutes of the request and answered all my questions straight forward and did not play any of the games some other places started doing such as the old we need to do a visual quote first. Angel came over immediately and was very courteous, respectful and had a great sense of humor and also provided some very good maintenance tips to help us try to prevent future problems.

I needed to replace the corroded 3 shut off values, underneath Kitchen sink. Juan responded to my phone call promptly. He was available the next day, and quoted a reasonable price.

Juan arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job. I noticed a slight leak after he left. He came back a few minutes later to fix it. It just needed tightening.

Got home this morning from work and noticed my garbage disposal was leaking water. Called Juan around 810am and he got to my house around 840. About 25 minutes later he was done installing a brand new garbage disposal.
