Fletcher's Plumbing & Contracting
Company Overview
Since 1973, Fletcher's Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. has been the go-to plumbing, remodeling, and water treatment expert in Northern California. Our skilled plumbers possess the expertise and tools to complete the task effectively—day or night. Emergency services are available around the clock.
In 1973, Rod Fletcher established Fletcher's Plumbing. In 1987, his sons, Carl and Adam, became part of the business. The first office located on Second Street in Yuba City included a plumbing showroom and later branched into remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. With this expansion, Fletcher's Plumbing obtained the California State licenses for C-36 (Plumbing), B (General Contractor), and A (Underground Engineer). Rod Fletcher emphasized that exceptional service and quality workmanship were the foundation of the company until his passing in 2008. He also believed in keeping up with the latest technology and equipment in the industry, investing in both his company and the community. Today, honoring Rod's legacy, Fletcher's Plumbing & Contracting, Inc. has expanded to larger locations at 219 Burns Drive in Yuba City and a second site in Chico at 1905 Nord Avenue.

A month ago I posted a review about Fletcher's plumbing Yuba city and a situation . They contacted me and we talked about the problem . They listened to my side and I listened to theirs . They seemed reasonable and fair. We came to an agreement that was fair for both of us . I should have called them that day instead of venting on Yelp. It would have saved me some time . I promised to give them another chance they've earned it .

I had a poor experience at first but I have to say this company made it right and fixed everything!!! They also fixed old plumbing issues in my entire house!!! They were outstanding to work with and definitely will call them again the future! Thanks Rick, Jim and Michelle for your hard work and professionalism!!
Thank you

I always hear how expensive Fletcher's is but after my recent experience I have to say maybe you get what you pay for! I called and was able to have someone out the same day. They confirmed time and made sure I was home before coming. Mike, the service man, arrived and was friendly and kind and gave me a written estimate prior to starting any work. He explained everything to me and taught me how to maintain my water softener and change the filter. He had filters brought to the house while he was here so no time was wasted. I am so pleased and will definitely call Fletcher's again to work on my kinetico water softener. Thank you for making every penny worth it!

Fletchers did contact me after reading my Yelp review.
Therefore, I would like to update my review:
1. I was not originally charged $139.00 as previously stated but $169.48.
2. Fletchers did refund this amount entirely.
Kelly in dispatch was professional and very easy to deal with.

I have worked with Fletchers Plumbing for many years, here at Marcum School. Their work ethic amazes me! We were having sewer/septic issues through no fault of theirs and they have been on the job for several days working diligently to make sure our system is up and running before we go back to school. What a great group of employees!!!!! They are conscientious, hard-working, meticulous and thorough. So happy they are at the top of of our Plumbers list! Thank you, Thank you, Adam, Ray, David, Miguel, Josh, Rick and everyone else that had contributed to this project.

They do not keep window time. Between 9am and 12 noon. Wish I would of called around before relying on their window time. Hope their service repair estimates are better then their arrival time estimate.

UPDATE: David brought us another hose to our dryer because ours was too small. Talk about great service. Thanks again! 11.21.15
Thank you David Suarez #22
Last night PG&E came out to look where the gas leak was coming from. He found it was coming from the gas hookup to the dryer, and the valve that connected to the water heater, and one that was found today underneath weather blanket. PG&E had to deam it hazardous, and the gas was shut off.
My land lords called Fletcher's, appointment time between 1-5, David was here at 2-2:30. He came in looked at the dryer valve, and water heater. He told us straight up that our heater was too old, and they didn't have the parts.
He went back to their shop, brought us us a new heater. Here's why I'm going them/him 5 stars. He went above and beyond to help, stayed passed closing time just so he could finish the job. Very friendly, joked with us, and as he was fixing everything. He put up with me and my annoying multiple questions, and worrying if the gas was going to be turned back on.
At first he was just going to put in the heater, fix the valve, and turn the gas back on. Then come back Monday and finish the job, by bringing everything back up to code. Instead he stayed nearly until 6:30, and completely finished the job.
He fixed the dryer valve that connected to our dryer, put in the heater, and brought it all up to code, and finally turned the gas back on. Even though it's Friday, and people want to go home right at 5. He stayed and finished the job.
Thank You Very Much.

Do not use Fletcher's Plumbing. When you ask on the phone they will tell you it will cost $29 for someone to come out and then when they get there they will tell you $89 an hour minimum for work done. Just for ten minutes of work reinstalling a little pipe under the sink, $125 it cost us. Ridiculous. They should be more upfront about their service fees.

Save yourself the trouble. If you call a company and they tell you they'll send up a ""technician"" to tell you if they can do a job or not. That's the first red flag. Secondly, when they're not sure if they've ever installed a jet pump before (especially when they're just replacing one that there), why would you think a customer would be interested in using your services if you can't even tell them that you know what a jet pump is? Although the gal on the phone was nice, I think a technician should have been able to say ""yes or no"" on their ability to do the job. I would stay away from a company like this.

Fletcher's Plumbing charges a $30 show up fee then quotes an outrageous price for service and repairs. I will never call this company as they charge way too much! I don't feel that they are honest with their pricing.
