My reviews don't always end up online, so I'll give this a try again because I think it matters. I recently left a review (that I don't see here now) to say how much I appreciated the service I received from Ray and Ryan when I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Ryan was clearly being mentored by Ray, and the experience was a pleasure. They were both courteous and efficient, even nicely squeezing in a service that also needed attention. I waited a few days, but I survived! Fast forward to this week when I needed service for a water heater. The leaking began over the weekend, so I did an online request for service on a Sunday afternoon. (I understand that I could have asked for emergency service, but I didn't think it was necessary.) I hoped for service asap during the week, and Fletchers really came through! First, they were very responsive to the online request, so you're not wasting your time with that. I received an email response and then a phone call first thing in the morning. And second, Tommy had our hot water restored by Tuesday afternoon, even with adjustments that needed to be made requiring the second day. He was very courteous and thorough, making sure every little thing was perfect before he left. He obviously took our problem seriously, wanting to resolve it as efficiently as possible for us.

We have done business with Fletchers for many years now and have also appreciated the way they stand behind their work. I have no reason to make this stuff up! They just keep doing a good job for us. I don't think anyone is perfect, but Yelp requires five stars if you want to say ""Great"". ""Good"" just doesn't seem good enough.

I had a leak in my yard that had to be fixed. I also needed the bathtub snaked because it was draining slow. I called Fletcher's plumbing and got an appointment for next Friday. Yesterday their office called to say one of their plumbers had been sent our area and had finished early. Could they send him over (4 days early)? I said yes, of course. They sent James over and he was terrific. Their plumbers are usually very qualified but James was very pleasant on top of it! Poor guy had to dig down in the adobe mud to reach the cracked pipe on the first really hot day of the year but he never lost his pleasant disposition. The repair has been made and I am longer wasting water.

Fletchers we're honest and reliable. Jim kept me well informed and kept me from making a huge costly mistake! He made me feel comfortable to install Kinetico so far so good. It's only been days since the install and it does take time for the hard minerals to flush out of my plumbing. Joey installed the water treatment system for my well. He did an awesome professional job and kept everything looking great. He was very informative and answered all my questions. He's a pretty nice guy and goes out of his way to do it right the first time. Thanks Fletchers.

After having out hot water replaced, our old manifold started to leak. I contacted Fletcher's plumbing and Clint did a great job replacing our manifold. Would recommend fletcher's going forward for quality of work

Josh I. Came out on behalf of fletchers for a drainage problem in the shower which he promptly fixed. While he was here my mom asked about fixing a leaky kitchen sink pipe and he did so right on the spot. Throughout the whole process he was courteous and took the time to explain everything to her that was going on with the plumbing. Nice guy, great company, definitely recommend.

Needed some plumbing work done at our house. Our technician was Lewis. Long story short. He was stupendous. Fixed what needed to be fixed. He was efficient, knowledgeable & courteous.

After looking at many reviews about Fletcher's it would seem they are very good at what they do. However, that was not my experience with them. The technician seemed to be courteous and professional. However, my mother-in-law recruited Fletcher's to fix a small leak underneath her house. They fixed the leak for $2600 but left a new problem behind. The hose that connects to the opposite side of the yard is no longer connected because they disconnected it fixing the leak. When told about this they said they could fix it for a fee but they are the ones that broke it in the first place. Now she has to buy a longer hose to connect to the opposite side of the lawn just to reach her plants. We will not call them again and if anyone asks we will steer them clear of Fletchers. Don't want one problem fixed to have another after all.

Two Days before Christmas I contacted Fletcher's Plumbing about fixing a water leak under my house. Because of the holidays we scheduled them to fix the problem on the Wednesday after Christmas. It snowed that day so they had to cancel and rescheduled for the following Monday. Then is snowed again a little and even though I could drive up my driveway in my car the service man refused to try and went back to the office. That night it rained so any snow was dissolved. I called on Tuesday and then they told me that they would not service the area I lived in until after winter. That is not what I call ""customer service"". I do not recommend them to anyone!

Lewis is the BEST! Not only is he friendly and courteous, he explained all my options for installation of a new kitchen faucet. I felt comfortable that he was not selling me a bill of goods like other large plumbing companies. The space between my sink and island is extremely limited but he did not let that stop him as it has previous plumbers. I will always call Fletcher Plumbing when I have issues. Thank you Lewis. You are outstanding!
