Michael came out to my property today and he was great with his communication and even called the city when he thought the leak could possibly be the cities. He was able to make the repair once the city could not determine where the leak was from. I am very happy with the service I received.

After purchasing a very expensive Whole House Water Purification System, I had Fletcher's Plumbing install it. They could or would not hook up the Ultra Violet Light component which gives a final bacterial filtration to the already purified water. Seems to me a competent plumbing company should have been able to do that. That component was a major reason I selected this expensive system.
Additionally, today when I went to pick up some more of their water softener material, they would not take cash unless it was exact change, so I had to use a credit card. I was shocked to hear they charged an additional 3.5 percent for the PRIVILEDGE of using a credit card (on which I also pay a percentage of interest).
What a RIP-OFF outfit ! Being big, doesn't mean being better !

Lewis came to my house unannounced and 3 hours early, so needless to say I was not pleased. But.... Lewis changed that. I needed two toilets repaired, one leaked and the other wobbled. He had both done almost instantly. And his attitude was so warm and sweet, very respectful, and he actually acted like he cared about me. He wore his mask, cleaned up his and the mess that the plumbing had caused. He cared about his work and wanted everything to look perfect. I really can't praise him enough. I would give him more than five stars if I could.

I truly cannot rave about this company enough from there dispatchers, secretaries to the actual plumber. Their customer service is top of the line amazing. They truly care about your issue and explain to you in detail what the problem is, your options , how much it will cost and how long it will take. I had my entire sewage line replaced by PJ. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and you can tell he takes his job seriously and enjoys it. They might be on the pricey side but they worth every penny. I highly recommend this company especially PJ.

We used Fletcher's in June '20 for our water heater. Today, it was for a sewer blockage that we noticed last evening in our back yard. We were hoping a tech could come today since it was Friday and didn't want to wait over the weekend. Within an hour on Thursday evening after I placed a service request, Fletcher's called and made an appointment for today between 10 am and 2 pm. Today's tech happened to be Lewis, who serviced us in June. Lewis arrived around 9:20 (masked up too) and was even waiting until I arrived back home from an errand. He diagnosed and fixed our problem in less than an hour. He also provided his input as to the potential for future blockage problems. Thank you, Lewis and Fletcher's. We appreciate your excellent work and timely appointment and recommend your company highly!!

DO NOT USE FLETCHER'S!! I called asking to speak to a manager about my outrageous bill, (I waited 6 weeks) and I got no response, until I left a Yelp Review. The man who called me was arogant, cocky, rude and called me a liar! Horrible business practices. They take your money and run!! CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Our tankless water heater failed and was still under the warranty for our house. During this pandemic I have very low expectations since most parts stores are closed and things are difficult for everyone. Shawn (sp) never treated this as a low priority. He made it a point to make sure we were treated as their #1 customer and did everything he could to repair our unit the same day. Oh also he was here within an hour of the initial call. Since he had to replace the entire unit he had to wait until the next morning but came as early as he could in order to get us hot water today. Thank you to him and his team we took hot showers as soon as he left!

The plumber who came was Josh and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very intelligently. He was efficient and he also cleaned up the area that was disturbed by my huge leak from a bursted pipe inside my wall. I would recommend Fletcher's and Josh to friends and family.
