My bill was paid right after I Posted my review. As I stated, I really wanted to get across to the owner my experience so they can have feedback on a client's onboarding and billing process. It's unfortunate they say it's false. What I stated in my review was fair and accurate - just a bad experience. It happens, you can't win them all - just be warned, being nice and speaking to managers just got me a ""That's false"" and complete denial from the company, even though I only have written my experience accurately and fairly. This means they seem to be unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes and might not be good at working with you to resolve issues. Just my two cents on that last part.

No complaint about the actual work done but problem with getting the 90 day warranty for the work. Called the business 3 times and told owner/manager would e-mail the warranty to me. Still waiting on that warranty!

Friendly Jennifer answered my call & scheduled the appointment for the next day, per my request. The technician, Diego, arrived promptly at the scheduled time & diagnosed my problem as exactly what I already knew the issue to be. No ""upsell"" tactics or overselling. Service was quick and the job was done to the highest quality standards. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work and quickness of the installation of my ejector pump. I would highly recommend this company.

Robert refused to fix the gas dryer leak he left and I l found a year later. I told him I had 3 gas leaks and he only fixed 1. They don't have proper equipment to find leaks. They rely solely on the old method of spray with soapy water. Your house will ""blow up"" before your leak gets fixed if you rely on these plumbers! I went out of my way & purchased a legit gas leak tool from Home Depot. He told me it's not working & to return it. 1 hour later Nicor shows up and finds the same leaks with their device that I found with my device. Robert had already left because he didn't know what to do. We were left ""shut off"" for 5 hours until we could get a knowledgeable plumber. Calling Robert a professional licensed plumber is similar to a licensed CDL holder that cannot backup a shipping container into a dock. We never asked for Robert in the first place. We asked for Jason!


When using the electric gas leak detector, if a red light come on, it is very very concerning. Cannot be ignored!

So update the issue was not the toilets after all. These guys told us it must be the toilets so we changed out all our toilets. After having the issue persist my husband and buddy took one off and found cracked flange and it was set too low. Had a plumber

Express indeed. We needed a gas line relocated for a new appliance. They arrived the next day at 0700 sharp, spent 15 minutes reviewing the job for a quote, and were finished before breakfast.

The first two guys Brandon and Diego that came out seemed very nice and I was under the impression the work would be completed properly. A couple of thousand dollars later I was left with a bunch of pipes that were falling apart. I called and they sent out someone who confirmed everything needed to be redone and the job was done poorly, I could even hear him on the phone with Brandon asking him what he did and that everything was falling apart. The guy said he would come back the following day that he needed to get parts(which he never did come back) I then called and asked to speak with the owner in which the secretary seemed annoyed by and I never received a phone call back from the owner. On the third day and three guys later and the only reason I rated it two stars instead of zero is the problem was finally taken care of by Dave who did a good job. Overall they way overcharged me, were a huge inconvenience and did a poor job. I will not be using in the future.

DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!!!! Condo Association called them to look at rodding main line and possibly my unit. Out there for two days, took off my toilet and didn't seal it correctly (have video). There was not one drop of water on the floor in the unit before they came, after they finished, the toilet leaked overnight from the bottom and flooded the unit. They were called the next morning, they came in, took a look , then went back in their car for 20 min. they came back and said it wasn't their fault and left. Didn't even ask if they wanted to take care of it. I called them and a supervisor came out 5 hours later and resealed the toilet. After numerous run around phone calls about the damage they kept saying ""Have to talk to the plumber in charge"" they then said ""were not talking to you, you didn't hire us"". Their insurance premiums must be sky high because this isn't going away and they will eventually pay one way or the other.

My kitchen drain has been clogged for a few days and Draino and some of the other drainage brands just wasn't cutting it. Called Flatley's Plumbing Express and they sent a plumber almost immediately, which I was shocked! They even sent a text message along with the plumber's name. Diego was VERY PROFESSIONAL and polite explaining to me as he was unclogging the drain. At one point, he attempted 3 times to get the drain to move. Diego was diligent and persistent at getting the water to move through the drain. Mission accomplished!! Once he was finished, Diego made sure the area was clean. 1,000 Thanks to Diego and I will call/recommend Flatley's again for my plumbing needs. Again for thanks Diego and Flatley's for a job well done!

I needed a plumber right away. I called and had someone show up within an hour. They charge by the job and I like that. I needed more extensive work done and they were right on it. They told me what they thought the problem was and they were right on. Dan and Ray worked all day and fixed the problem. They also explained everything to me so that I could understand what they were doing. Their experience is priceless and I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing job.
