We just woke up on a Sunday to a leak that was drenching my daughter's room. I found this company through Yelp and gave them a call. They were at my house in just over an hour and patched the pipe quickly. I usually feel like technicians will adjust their fees based on what location of town you live in, but Keith gave me a price I thought was very reasonable. They were friendly and professional - I will be using them again when we need work done!

They repaired several items in my home during an October 2014 visit. Everything wasn't quite right so they came back that same week to tune up the repairs they made.

Now, five months later, some of the parts installed on the October 2014 visit stopped working. Without a complaint, Mr. Keith Lamb himself (owner of Flat Out Plumbing) personally made a repair visit, brought new high quality parts and installed them himself.

Plumbers are expensive these days. What could be better than a plumber who backs their work with a one year warranty and doesn't duck you when you call to exercise that warranty!

Mr. Lamb is on my very short list of plumbers I will call in the future. I haven't had much luck with plumbers in Houston (only have one other plumber on my short list); can't figure that out. I can list a lot of plumbers who will visit once, do sloppy work, collect their money and then dodge your phone calls forever.

Flat Out Plumbing is a plumber you can trust.

Had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening. Flat Out was at the house within an hour. We were very pleased with Keith and his professionalism.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they just weren't that punctual. The first night was great, the next two days they had us waiting around for awhile. Now, having said that once they arrived the work was non stop, and I'm pleased with the quality of work.

The techs were very courteous and respectful of the household. I will call on Flat Out plumbing if the need arises again.

Finally a honest plumber! After being burned several times by other plumbers, I was skeptical when I called Flat Out. The guys came over and pretty much immediately diagnosed the problem. I was given a fair quote and fully plan on having them do the major work I need.

It's good to know that in a world of crooks, there are businesses doing the right thing. I hope I won't need them after this work, but I will recommend them to anyone who asks.

My hot water heater quit working and I needed someone to help me. I originally thought that the pilot light was out, and Keith told me he would come out and check it out for me that evening. He came out and discovered it was needed to be replaced. So he checked on the warranty for me. We had purchases the house a little over 6 years ago and so I didn't think it was still valid....unfortunately, the warranty had expired 4 months ago. He quoted a fair price for parts, labor, and removal and then gave my husband time to discuss the situation while he wrote up the quote. After about 10 minutes, Keith came back inside and discussed three options for a new water heater. We were able to choose an option that fit our budget and he scheduled an appointment the next day...after our work hours on a Friday night! Thank you for working around our schedules!

I would definitely recommend him and his company to any of my friends and will call him for any future needs!

I called @ about 1pm, in need of having my toilet on the 3rd floor unclogged. They provided me with an appoitment between 6&7pm. That was perfect, kept me from having to take off from work.

We had a broken pipe that needed urgent repair. We called Keith at Flat Out, and within a few hours, he and his helper were on the job. It was evident that he was knowledgable and capable.

He diagnosed our problem and give me a clear detailed explanation about the impact of the damage and my options for dealing with it. We were dreading the prospect of having to cope with this issue over multiple days. Without toilets or showers, we would have had to go to a hotel. No worries there - Keith worked hard until very late that night, completing the job before we went to bed. I'm also very satisfied with the price for these services, particularly because of the experience, skills and persistence that Keith demonstrated.

My expectations were exceeded in every way, and I'm looking forward to working with Keith and the folks at Flat Out on other plumbing projects in the future.
