Kieth and his crew have been my go to plumber for 2 years. They installed my tankless unit and cleared clogs.

I am writing this review today, because Kieth responded quickly over the weekend to my emergency situation as we spotted a tiny leak from our tankless unit. He showed up next day (Sat!) and took a look at it. It turned out it was just condensation, no leak. Kieth is professional and considerate. I always call them first and will continue to use them. I highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. I canceled my appt before they even came out. The receptionist is so rude, and isn't helpful at all. Flat out plumbing won't give you an exact time they will meet. I don't have time sit around and wait two hours for them to get there, especially since this is an investment property an hour away from me. It's a shame, this property needed a complete re-piping.
Update: Keith called to apologize and address the issue. I will consider using again.

Excellent service! Sam and Tyler were great! I had two toilets repaired and another toilet installed. They diagnosed the issues quickly and gave me a quote that was half the price of another plumbing service highly rated on Yelp. We will definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs!

I am flat out disgusted. I called this co. due to the posted reviews, but received a less than an accommodating individual who answered the phone. She said that I would have to wait until the end of the next business day for an appointment with Keith, the owner who is a licensed plumber. He never showed up. I never received a courtesy call to reschedule the appointment. I also asked for an estimate of the cost for the service since I knew exactly what I needed. I never received a call regarding this matter either. I can imagine the company/owner response if there would have been a problem with the quality of any services rendered since I didn't receive decent customer service on the front end of the transaction. I felt Yelp members should be aware of my experience.

After that experience, I'm going with AAA Plumbing since all of the individuals are licensed plumbers rather than techs that so many plumbing companies employee and the AAA supervisor was very accommodating about estimating the time for my service (AAA charges a flat rate so no surprises or jacking up the prices like some plumbing companies).

I really have to laugh, I just got off the phone to get an estimate to replace 2 toilets in my new construction home. The powder room and master have crappy toilets and I refuse to live with plungers next to my toilets. I have had toilets replaced in a home last year and I like the Kohler Cimmaron. They cost about $260 each their quote is $675 for each toilet that men's they charge$415 to install and remove a toilet. I have another quote of $900 to install both and order and bring the toilets

We just woke up on a Sunday to a leak that was drenching my daughter's room. I found this company through Yelp and gave them a call. They were at my house in just over an hour and patched the pipe quickly. I usually feel like technicians will adjust their fees based on what location of town you live in, but Keith gave me a price I thought was very reasonable. They were friendly and professional - I will be using them again when we need work done!
