I called after 9PM the night before Thanksgiving for multiple backed up toilets draining into showers. They were here in probably 15 minutes. Very kind, respectful and explained everything they saw to me and had no problem picking up the phone to relay the information to my landlord as well. I honestly assumed there would be a surcharge given that it was late the night before Thanksgiving but that was not the case. Super reasonable pricing from genuinely nice, hard working people.

Flash was very fast in answering my inquiry, and then completely dropped the ball on the appointment. They were supposed to come from 1-2pm, and then called me at 12pm to see if they could come early. I said yes and took off work to wait for them since I needed them to come today. 12-1pm goes by and they didn't end up coming early like they said. I ask for an update and they say they'll be there soon. 1-2pm goes by and no update so I ask again since I've been waiting 2 hours now. They finally get back to me and said they had an emergency, but nobody let me know so I wouldn't be waiting around... so I waited for 2 hours and it turns out the technician wasn't even in my area at that time. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but this was a very poor experience that did not inspire confidence and showed me that they did not have respect for my time.

I can truly understand why Flash always gets a high rating. I was skeptical at first, but the initial contact was followed with a timely response. The job was completed in a very timely manner at a price that is reasonable. I would definitely refer Flash to all.
