Just had them out to my home in a pinch my bathtub spout was having issues and wouldn't budge to switch from shower to tub fill which of course was a no no for me being a single mother with a child that completely refuses to take a shower so I called them up same day which I was super stoked about because well same day services are not always available without it being an arm and a leg these days ..anyhow my tub spout is no longer an issue anymore And my daughter can continue her bath time adventures

So grateful for the fantastic service provided by Daniel and his incredible team. My husband and I were facing a plumbing nightmare with a broken garbage disposal and a flooded dishwasher. Daniel is a rockstar! Not only did he come out and do the inspection at no cost, but he took the time to show me the litany of issues (including root intrusion) on my main sewer line. He later matched the price i was quoted from another company. Unlike so many plumbing companies out there, Daniel also came out and worked alongside his crew while the work was being done. I appreciate that he makes the time to be present and is perfectly willing to get his hands dirty. Very dirty, in this case. While performing the agreed upon job, Daniel discovered some additional concerns upstream. Though he could have deceived me, he was honest and upfront about the lack of immediacy of the issue and suggested that when we begin renovations in the coming months, the construction crew is going to need to replace the existing plumbing anyway. He could have easily pushed the need to make some additional money, but he took the high road. His overall conduct and the way he conducts business has gained him a lifelong customer in me.
If you have a plumbing need in the SGV, I'd highly recommend you give Flash Plumbing a call. AND if it's of import to you (it is to me), his is a small family business!

They cancelled an 8:30am appointment for 12/26 at 5:30 on Xmas day, by text, and said that their next available appointment is 7 days out. Just awful.

Daniel and Richard were not only fast but friendly and professional. They came out and handled the leak we had and replaced a garbage disposal. There were a couple other issues that we've been juggling and decided to move forward with them sooner. Highly recommend you invite them into your home to handle your plumbing needs.

I called after 9PM the night before Thanksgiving for multiple backed up toilets draining into showers. They were here in probably 15 minutes. Very kind, respectful and explained everything they saw to me and had no problem picking up the phone to relay the information to my landlord as well. I honestly assumed there would be a surcharge given that it was late the night before Thanksgiving but that was not the case. Super reasonable pricing from genuinely nice, hard working people.

Flash was very fast in answering my inquiry, and then completely dropped the ball on the appointment. They were supposed to come from 1-2pm, and then called me at 12pm to see if they could come early. I said yes and took off work to wait for them since I needed them to come today. 12-1pm goes by and they didn't end up coming early like they said. I ask for an update and they say they'll be there soon. 1-2pm goes by and no update so I ask again since I've been waiting 2 hours now. They finally get back to me and said they had an emergency, but nobody let me know so I wouldn't be waiting around... so I waited for 2 hours and it turns out the technician wasn't even in my area at that time. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but this was a very poor experience that did not inspire confidence and showed me that they did not have respect for my time.

I can truly understand why Flash always gets a high rating. I was skeptical at first, but the initial contact was followed with a timely response. The job was completed in a very timely manner at a price that is reasonable. I would definitely refer Flash to all.

I am happy to have stumbled upon Flash Plumbing. I recently had a plumbing emergency. They were super fast and attentive with responses and sent a team out within an hour. They did major repairs into the night to have my house ready by Thanksgiving. They are a smaller family owned business and the prices and customer service are better than the big guys.
